My car was white before I moved and now look at the pictures! Just kidding, but it was really messy. Then I stumbled upon a groupon for interior detailing and I decided to go through and buy it. Joseph is extremely professional, courteous, and diligent with his work. He thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed the fabric in my vehicle and made sure the console and compartments were cleaned as well. Not only did he do a fantastic job and the inside but he even helped with the exterior at no additional cost! I'm completely satisfied with my service and will happily employ him again the next time I need something. Exceptional experience!

After they left, I noticed several spots in the interior were missed (sprayed but not wiped so left spots). The buttons on my steering wheel and my radio got so soaked during cleaning that it messed up my radio and Bluetooth and it was broken for several days. I notified Joseph immediately and he owned up and apologized, letting me know he would take care of the issue and have a mechanic come out and take a look. I sent him several videos of the radio and Bluetooth glitching and after telling me he needed to come out to try to vacuum the moisture out, he started ignoring my texts. Luckily, it's not back to normal but even if he wasn't, he clearly decided he no longer wanted to take care of the issue he caused.

When Jeff called me he said he would need to keep car over,which earlier i said was OK, cause he couldn't get carpet cleaned well enough. At the request of Detail Solutions, the truck was not washed at the dealer, nor by myself. They did an excellent job with the ceramic coating, from what I can tell so far, but what they failed to tell me was that there is a bubble (not sure of it is cracked or not) in the paint on the roof. 4 days after I picked up my truck, I was cleaning my sunroof when I noticed it. When I contacted them to inquire about the bubble, I was told that they didn't notice the bubble & that it "sucks" that I have to take it back to my dealer as they don't fix this kind of issue. I was also asked "Didn't you look over the truck before you bought it". Well yes I did but I didn't crawl up on the roof. And if I would have washed it or had it washed at the dealer, it would have been noticed. I'm assuming Detailing Solutions would have noticed it with washing & the tedious work of putting on the ceramic coating. I guess that's what I get for "assuming". This is a "detail" shop, how do you not notice something like this? Especially when someone is paying $$$$ dollars for ceramic coating. I'm not upset that they didn't fix it, I'm upset that they didn't notice it before they applied the ceramic coat. I would not recommend this shop.

DO NOT DEAL! They…read morescratched my truck! I got my truck badly washed. Their workers were very rude with me. They refused to give me the receipt. I'm a professional truck driver, so I stopped there to get my truck "professionally washed". The guys there firstly were really nice and pledged to God, that I'd be happy with their work (I needed my truck to be washed either from the outside and under the hood). So guess what? I had to show them multiple times, where they missed! And instead of doing their job right they started to yell at me, saying that they are pro's and I'm an idiot! For example, Mr. MIKE squealed at me, after I pointed out to him that he and his guys didn't wash the outside of the cabin of my truck. He replied in a very rude and disrespectful manner, that he is not going to clean it, because his back hurts and demanded me to pay him $130 dollars right now. I payed him in full and asked for the phone of his supervisor, to that he pointed out to his truck with the printed phone number of the Office on it. Same day I called the Office and met with the rep. The lady said that they don't have any "special tools" to wash trucks! We walked around my truck and I showed her the scratch, all the missed spots, dirt, smashed bugs over my cabin and other sh*t they left. She nicely ignored me and refused to either get the job done right, or give me the receipt, or my money back, saying that she will contact me soon. Right now they blacklisted my phone number. Not the least or most expensive - definitely kind, courteous, personable, and professional. He worked over my 2012 Civic, and I'm happy to driver her again. He showed my 1998 Jeep some love, and, wow, I'm proud to own her. He showed up on time (and called 30 minutes prior). He worked diligently, for hours to get everything just right. Very happy he found the time to work on my vehicles. I will definitely hire him again, and hire him to detail my Dad's car for his birthday.

Liquid Luster is a mobile detailing service. It took two guys a little under two hours to clean, clay bar and wax my car as well as detail the interior. Plus, since they're mobile, they came to my house (at exactly 9:00am) and detailed the car in my garage. My car looks (and smells) brand new again and my wife is happy. Money well spent.
