From beginning to end I had a really great experience with Sudsmen! My mom was coming in town and was worried about what she would say about my car. I had recently seen a local blogger post about their services and thought i would give them a try! I went on their website and booking was super simple. They had plenty of available dates and times with affordable easy to understand options. The day of the cleaning he was running a little late due to traffic and nicely communicated that to me! I did not mind because I did book during rush hour. It was raining and cold, the next day we forecasted to be much nicer, so I suggested he come back the next day, and he has some openings and gladly re-scheduled. The next day he came and did an amazing job getting all my junk from under the seat and taking his time vacuuming every inch of the car and wiping everything down! I called one morning and they were short staffed and the owner, Russ I believe, came immediately and was the nicest guy you could meet. What's better is he clean my car SPOTLESS! This is the worst experience I had with these guys.after seeing the 5 star reviews, I did my car detailed on June 12th with their certified technician named Dante for $189 and he cleaned the headliner also. After a week, my car headliner started sagging and now it's completely sagging. My car is 2004 year. I don't have any issues with my headliner until the details, the issue started a week after the detail. I called the customer support and the guy on phone is rude and saying that a 13 year old cars headliner will come off and he is not even listening to me. I agree, that as times go off the headliner comes off, but not next after week after detailing. And with in 3 week, it is completely sagging...now it's waste of time and money for me to get that fixed. NEVER go to these guys....worst experience ever... read more

Carson arrived on time and stayed later than what he was supposed to, working hard to get my interior looking like new! I have a very floofy fluffy dog who goes just about everywhere with me, and I never thought I would see my carpets again! Quick summary: Amazing service, they were able to accommodate my schedule with very short notice, came to my location (hotel) on north-side of Columbus, carpets and interior looked brand new. Highly recommend. Longer review: I am from Indy area, but was in Columbus, OH area last month for work and wanted to have car cleaned before starting family road-trip that weekend. Looked online for options to have done at my location and found Sudsmen online. I reached out and asked if they could do a next day detailing in Dublin and they were able to accommodate. They texted me that next morning to remind me of appointment and again about 15 minutes before they arrived. They then talked with hotel staff about where they could work so they would not disturb any guests or staff. My car is a 2014 Buick Enclave with over 93k miles and have 3 kids. The interior had needed cleaned for quite a while, inside and out. I handed the keys over around 9am and Jeremy and Josh set off to work. They texted me again around 11:50 saying they'd be done in about 15 minutes. When I went out to meet them, the head of maintenance at the Marriott was out near them. He came up to me and said how impressed he was watching them clean. Very courteous and how detailed they were. This is my first Yelp review and I put off writing it for too long. My wife and I are on another road-trip (in Florida) and she was commenting how, 6 weeks later, the rain still beads on car and windshield, how clean the carpets are throughout, and how it still has that new car smell. Thanks again to Jeremy, Josh and the Sudsmen team. They did a fantastic job, were prompt, courteous and the cost was very reasonable, especially coming to me on short notice. I highly recommend! I wish I had a way to give zero stars... The experience with the detailing was not the only problem - because at the end of the day I could just request a refund or clean the car myself. The problem was the unprofessional and appalling way the company operates. Here's what happened: As a surprise for my husband, I had his truck detailed while he was on a business trip. I was also leaving for a business trip immediately following the detailing. I was on a conference call when the technician finished and she handed me the keys and left. Because the truck was in our driveway I simply placed my husbands keys on the counter and left for my trip. He came home and found his truck with the battery dead and not cleaned. He then tried to contact the company owner who, instead of apologizing for the poor service or experience - used LinkedIn to find his place of business and contact his work colleague! As the president and COO of a business, I have NEVER in my 15 years of experience heard of such a seemingly psychotic reaction to someone reporting a poor experience and writing a negative review. After hearing of Russ contacting my husband's coworker - he reached out to the company service department and the woman on the phone was horrified that her boss would do such a thing. Come to find out, Russ is a former employee of the company where my husband works from a number of years ago, and apparently found this an appropriate outlet for a personal issue with the organization. I feel concerned about the kind of person who would, after more than five years, hang on to a business grudge and take it out on an individual who didn't even work at the company at the time. And a business owner who has no regard for hearing about the quality of service and experience of his customers. read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Customer service was awful. I had a $189 gift card that I used when booking, but they only took $20 off my invoice. I called multiple times to try and get this corrected, but nothing was done. Credit card info was taken and charged incorrect amount after detail was done. I called again and was treated poorly over phone, though promise was made to fix invoice. Worst car detail experience I have ever had. I just had my Lexus detailed. I may never let it out of the garage again. It looks like it should be sitting on the showroom floor. A 4 year old car, new again. Andrew was the tech who was here. Very professional. Asked me questions about what I would like, and made every request come true. He did the inside of the car out in my drive, then moved it into the garage to clean, wax, and polish. If I could give 0 stars, I would. My wife had my truck "detailed" while I was out of town on a work trip. After I got back, before looking in the truck, I started the truck with my remote starter. Instead of starting, the alarm started going off. I went outside to check on it and found the drivers side door open and the battery dead. I asked my wife about it and she said she hadn't been in it since it was cleaned. I looked around in the truck to inspect the work. The truck wasn't clean. None of the thresholds to the doors were cleaned. I had a fire extinguisher quickly shoot powder into the cab a few months ago and that hadn't been wiped off. And there were still leaves and dirt throughout the interior. To add insult to injury, I sent an email with photos complaining through the website, and the response was with some darker photos that the tech had taken saying that the interior didn't match my photos--implying that I was making the whole thing up. I could have done a better job of cleaning this thing in 15 minutes. For $211, they should have been working on it for at least 4 hours. And I could have skipped the dead battery and the time I wasted trying to deal with the business directly. One more quick update, a guy from this company messaged by company president through LinkedIn to try to... I'm not sure what. Make me look bad? Get me in trouble at work? Today, a week later, the owner sent a threatening email implying that he might try to use connections with my company's clients to retaliate for my review. He has also threatened to sue my company to try to intimidate me into removing this review. Yelp! doesn't work if business owners are allowed to behave this way. read more

First off, let me start by saying I drive a white Mercury Milan, which does not really stand out much. About 99% of the time I go out there are a dozen other similar cars parked around me and it can actually get frustrating identifying which one is mine at a glance. After Sudsmen gave me a six month wax detailing job on my car I know longer have that problem. The difference is REMARKABLE and the mirror-like shine my car now has actually makes me proud to own it. I highly recommend Sudsmen. They are cheaper than some of the other premium car cleaning services out there, but they do a spectacular job leaving the car totally spotless. It would be a waste of your money to go elsewhere, this is truly the best deal in town. I also got the interior of my car vacuumed, steamed, and washed. I have never had so much as vacuumed it before, so it was a pretty big mess with numerous stains. Well, Sudsmen came through again, leaving me stunned at how nice and clean it was. Honestly, it was as if it was new, even having that "new car smell." As a nice little touch, they put little mini cork coasters in my cupholders to help keep it clean longer, and every little crack and crevice you could think of was dusted and stain-free. If you take pride in keeping a clean car, I highly recommend using Sudsmen. If you don't already have a clean car its never too late to start. You'll be shocked at how much more pleasant driving becomes. read more
