Make 'Em Pay is the third process service I've used for this same defendant. The first service put forth minimal effort, if it can even be called effort. The second was quite good, diligent and thorough, but now retired. This is the second company I hired to try and attempt to serve small claims paperwork to an individual, and let me tell you that they were amazing. First off, Thomas at Make 'Em Pay was very professional and organized in telling me what I needed to send them and the whole process of serving anyone. Their response time is impeccable, I had a rush job for restraining order court paperwork to be served. These dudes went above and beyond and were able to serve the individual that day at their work! The paperwork process was simple using Dropbox. I called in the morning and immediately received a response. After scanning all the paperwork and compressing the pdf document to an appropriate size, I was able to upload and complete everything using just my phone and a printer. I had to download an app to compress the size of the pdf, but after that the paperwork was easy breezy and straightforward. It took less than 40 minutes to complete the applications and within four hours the individual was served with the documents. I'd recommended this business to any of my friends and colleagues.
