He said the exhaust, intake, down pipe, Inter cooler and turbo were changed. It also has coil over lowered suspension and HUGE big brakes up front. He said he would need to get the part number off of the turbo to see exactly what it is. I came in for an oil change and a scheduled brake fluid change. The owner Luis was very personable and performed those tasks at a reasonable cost. He took a look at the car and told me about the modifications. It has a JB4 system (piggy back). After a test drive his opinion was that the car is making a bit more power over stock. He said he could get the car to make more power with a tune to the ECU instead of a piggy back. I will definitely be back at some point to do a tune and get the dyno comparison.

Victor asked me to drop off the car on Monday 12/07 and the next morning I got the first updates, they sent me a link with a bunch of photos and notes of what they did to that point. Another part was needed so this may have delayed the process by a day, so yesterday 12/10 I got a call from Victor saying that the car was going to be ready before the end of the day, around 2pm I got a text and a phone call from Yani saying that the car was ready. I checked the link and it was a new photo showing the car completed. When I arrived to pick up and pay I got a total of $1475 (which was shown in the last update received) but I had an estimate of $1030, I understand when you are working with insurance you send them a "preliminary work" and then you can add a few or several "supplemental" and the insurance usually pays them, but this money was coming out of my pocket, so I was definitely expecting the $1,030 figure or a little less... all in all Victor explained to me the extra work done and reduced a bit the final number. Conclusion: I'm a hard person to please type of guy, I believe they did a really good job, the 3 days to finish the work is appropriate and the way they kept me informed with calls and photos is top notch! I highly recommend them, just be open to pay a bit more than originally expected...

The sea water rose too high where they had my car parked and effectively flooded my car. What made it worse is that they waited until I had paid the full bill and handed me the keys before telling me it had flooded and claiming they wouldn't be involved with fixing it- that I would need to handle that myself. My entire electrical system was fried. My insurance deemed the car completely totaled. Following this, Mercedes Auto Center proceeded to lie to both my bank and insurance trying to claim it was due to a faulty sunroof and that I hadn't wanted it fixed. Thankfully my insurance had full proof that it was salt water that had caused the damage from the ground up and there was no issues with my sunroof. Please reconsider before using this Auto Center for your Mercedes- I have never received such terrible customer service from a business.
