You always ended up waiting for 2 hours before being assisted. I even ended up sometimes last to leave the building just to be seen by the doctor. I was early once, earlier than the receptionist herself and another person came in, ended up waiting for another hour and the person who came after me was called first. Another person after me was called second. We all just want to get things done as all of us have work and other appointments to attend to. But this department sucks, is related to my race that's why they always leave me last to assist? I hope not. But they have to improve.

They should offer to return the ID by courier. when I called back I got the scheduling department who refused to give me a name to write a letter to complain to then procrededto to blame me for "forgetting to ask for it back" Handing over valid identification and not returning it then pivoting to blame the customer is a violation of trust. When you get your scan done there ask yourself what other things might the staff there so casually disregard. People at medical front desks need to be professional and take their jobs seriously. I see lots of doctors and get lots of scan and never once was my ID KEPT without returning it. I was there another 20 minutes doing the scan but the place is not laid out so that I would pass the front desk, when finished, from wkat I can tell he left the voice mail while I saw as getting scaneed and was too lazy to get up and walk over to the technician and say he still had my ID. When the scan is over your not thinking about paperwork and IDs so accusing the customer of being the one who "forgot" is highly unprofessional and rude. They should emphatically take responsibility and return what they so casually disregarded. If they had called.and emphatically aplgized for not returning it rather than putting it on me I my reaction would have been far more accepting I will never accept a referral there ever again.

I got a voicemail message back informing me that I didn't need an appointment and could visit any of their locations to get tested. After arriving at the closest one I was informed that they cannot perform an antibody test because their tests had all expired. So I called the next location as was initially misinformed because no matter what you ask for they presume you mean antigen test. But after asking that they verify they have the antibody test I was told they don't. I'm giving them a low score for being so careless both in neglecting to read my initial message carefully, for having misinformation or out of date information on their site, and for being misleading on the phone. None of that is or should be tolerable in the health industry.

Then they started raising the price and removing services at the same time which was problematic given just how expensive some of those services are. A house call went from $500-$1500. On top of paying $6000 a year and for labs or any scans. Where I really draw the line is poor bedside manner and treating a patient who is suffering like they have somehow brought this on themselves and are at fault for needing care. I certainly understand that every doctor needs to use discernment, but having someone leave feeling just as bad as when they arrived is truly unacceptable. This is supposed to be a luxury service. That's why you are paying so much. So yes a person expects to not have to wait and to also be treated quite well. There has been an extreme decline in medical care in the last 12-15 months. This has looked like non standard of care medical treatment, long wait times even when there is only one or two other patients present and you have made an appointment. Major errors in lab orders causing delays in potential needed treatments. A refusal to make an appointment for a phone call with the medical director after several requests and several screw ups because he's busy running the whole company now. This is simply bad business and not the way to maintain long term clientele. My belief is that they are banking on not having a major competitor at the moment, but that can easily change given that their patients are wealthy and they are doing such a poor job serving them. It's really just a matter of time before another group of doctors gets together and builds a similar business model.

Unacceptable Short-Notice Rescheduling and Lack of Communication -…read more Dear Dr. Chandak, I am writing to bring a severe matter regarding your office's scheduling and communication practices to your immediate attention. An MRI was scheduled for me, for this coming Sunday, June 14th. This appointment was confirmed approximately two to three weeks ago. However, today--Friday, June 12th--less than 48 hours before the scheduled procedure, I received a text message abruptly stating that my appointment must be rescheduled to Monday. Following this notice, my husband attempted to contact your office five separate times to resolve this issue. Not a single call was answered, nor have we received any return communication. This level of service is entirely unacceptable. Forcing a patient to shift an appointment from a weekend to a workday on such short notice is a major disruption. Furthermore, leaving a patient completely unable to reach anyone to discuss the change is a terrible business practice that severely damages client trust. Please be advised that I am contacting the law firm that coordinated this referral to formally complain about this experience and ensure they are aware of how their clients are being treated. I expect a prompt response to resolve this situation immediately.

Otherwise, very smooth experience, and I would come back again! Bonus tip: they accept HSA.
