I called ahead to ensure that this would be a free scan as promised when the $143 I paid for my original gender reveal ultrasound failed to identify my baby's gender. Surprise surprise - even though I booked one of 16(!!!) available appointments on a Monday and they literally already have time set aside for me on their schedule, the representative on the phone said no, I could not come in at my booked time for a free follow up scan and continued to offer me times that do not work for my schedule. (I am a mom of three, almost 4, so I am not available for all hours of every day. I was available to many other times Monday-Thursday when I called last week, but they would not book me for those times despite their all day availability shown on their website's schedule.) The representative told me they only reserve a few spots for follow up appointments and the rest are for paid appointments. My response to that is that it's their job to make it up to me if I DID already pay a heinous amount of money for a service that was not completed, and also that their promo text offering the free follow up scan stipulates a "Monday-Thursday" appointment, not "unless another pregnant lady already booked a follow up that week." To be frank, if they have 16-20+ appointments available for every day of the week on their calendar, I am clearly not at all getting in the way of them accommodating other paying customers they haven't ripped off yet. To management - do the right thing , the honest thing, and the courteous thing and honor your promise to provide pregnant mothers the services they paid for. Calling to ask today if I could be seen for my appointment time they had available and that I booked (within the listed Monday-Thursday parameters) should have been a no brainer for anyone with an inkling of care for quality customer service. I have many recently married friends just now starting their families who I would have enthusiastically recommended this place to, but sorry to say after this sheer lack of basic courtesy, I will no longer be returning for additional scans for this baby or future babies, nor will I suggest my many imminently pregnant friends go there. In fact, if any ask, I will transparently share they are not courteous, not ready to look out for the needs of pregnant mothers, and absolutely not worth the money. Save your money for people who will actually care.

During my first visit, my baby wasn't cooperating, so it was hard to get clear 3D pictures. They kindly offered a free rescan within two weeks, which I really appreciated. The next day, I received a call advising me to come back as soon as possible since my baby was getting bigger (I was 30 weeks at the time), which could make it harder to get clear images. We scheduled the follow-up four days later, but unfortunately, the baby still wasn't in a good position. When we told the ultrasound tech what the call center had told us, she mentioned it would've actually been better to come back after a week instead of just a few days. They did offer another rescan, but by then, I was honestly over it -- especially since we live about 40 minutes away and the complimentary rescan appointments are only available Monday through Thursday. In the end, it turned into a $200 ultrasound without many usable photos. It wasn't really their fault, but I do wish the call center had provided more accurate guidance to make the experience smoother.

Take a wild guess whether or not I ever received that call... I did not. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called again today. Multiple times. Same thing. Yikes. It's unfortunate because I visited with my previous pregnancy and was pleased with the experience. I would've loved to return but if I can't make an appointment within a month of calling, there's a problem.

I called to schedule a Coronary Calcium Scan as a self-pay patient -- no insurance, no doctor involved. I made that very clear from the start. Getting through to someone wasn't easy either -- the phone system is a guessing game with no obvious path to scheduling. I would have preferred to book online, but a Coronary Calcium Scan simply wasn't listed as an available option on their website, so calling was my only choice. The appointment was set. Then, at 4:30 PM the day before my scan, I got a call telling me I needed a doctor's referral. When I reminded the rep that I had specifically explained I was self-pay with no referral, it didn't matter -- the appointment was cancelled anyway. I can't review the facility itself, the equipment, or the on-site staff because I never got that far. What I can say is that the intake process failed at every step: an inaccessible phone system, an incomplete online booking option, and front-end staff who either don't document or don't read patient notes. I hope someone at RadNet reads this and uses it as an opportunity to train staff on handling self-pay patients properly. A last-minute cancellation caused by an intake error wastes patients' time and erodes trust before the relationship even begins.

Now I have to drive to the imaging center, pay for parking, and waste my time and theirs waiting for images to be put on CD. CD? Hasn't this technology been replaced years ago with USB? Unacceptable Short-Notice Rescheduling and Lack of Communication -…read more Dear Dr. Chandak, I am writing to bring a severe matter regarding your office's scheduling and communication practices to your immediate attention. An MRI was scheduled for me, for this coming Sunday, June 14th. This appointment was confirmed approximately two to three weeks ago. However, today--Friday, June 12th--less than 48 hours before the scheduled procedure, I received a text message abruptly stating that my appointment must be rescheduled to Monday. Following this notice, my husband attempted to contact your office five separate times to resolve this issue. Not a single call was answered, nor have we received any return communication. This level of service is entirely unacceptable. Forcing a patient to shift an appointment from a weekend to a workday on such short notice is a major disruption. Furthermore, leaving a patient completely unable to reach anyone to discuss the change is a terrible business practice that severely damages client trust. Please be advised that I am contacting the law firm that coordinated this referral to formally complain about this experience and ensure they are aware of how their clients are being treated. I booked this company to do my SneakPeek gender sample collection + ultrasound. They tried two…read moretests on me and pricked me twice and weren't able to get a good sample for the gender test. Which is fine, I understand sometimes things happen. The company (Sneak Peek) offered to let me have a retest done since they weren't able to properly do it the first two times, all Bun + Oven had to do was administer the retest since that's the company I had gone through. They are saying they can't come unless I purchase another ultrasound (another $200) and there's nothing they can do. I never even received the photos from the first ultrasound they did. I'm so excited to become a new mom and really thought I could trust this company and that's why I didn't just order a test through the website. I spent over $350 with them and got nothing I paid for and they just weren't able to come to any type of resolution. I live in studio city and they're based in studio city. Just heartbreaking that people can really take what's supposed to be someone's happiest moments and make it a money grab, and I should've never trusted them. If you're thinking of doing any kind of blood draw with them I highly advise you not to.

If they want us to use these things, the screens should not be positioned so that anyone in the lobby can see them.
