When I went back to the place to check, I noticed the same smudged footprints from our movers, debris, straight up dirt on the ground and product streaks on the counters and toilet. The fridge and microwave which did need their focus, were spotless. I texted the person I had communicated with and asked if they even cleaned the floors with pictures attached. She did quickly remedy this by having a cleaner return in the morning to do the floor. Overall, I am grateful for the work they did and the price I paid. Then the emergency was taken care of sooner than expected, so I contacted Rino again. We rescheduled service for the following day. An arrival window was provided; they arrived promptly.
