He gave me a fair price as I did do my research. As there were so many new icons on it needed a lot of time learning them. Eunice is there to work with you even after getting the car. She was an excellent teacher. All in all I am very comfortable recommending them to my family and friends. Ps I have the car for a few weeks now and I am very pleased that I got the crossover model.

My salesman, Daniel Ruffin was so helpful in making my final decision. No pressure, different options and add ons were presented in a warm , unstressed atmosphere. The manager Gary Zia's, was most pleasant and gave me a great leasing plan that worked within my budget. Last but not least, the Finance Manager, Maureen Heffernan, helped me with the financial aspect of the deal in terms I could understand. She offered excellent advice as well. We laughed like we were old buddies. I highly recommend this dealership. Ask for Daniel Ruffin, he'll change your mind about dealing with underhanded , tricky car salesmen. He was the best! Thanks, Daniel. I'm off for a spin in my new Forester which is great.

Big shoutout to Josiah for always being accommodating and consistently going above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. We purchased a Honda Civic about 12 years ago at Paragon Honda…read more When we did a test drive back then, the young and arrogant salesman who sold us our vehicle told us that he didn't drive Hondas since he drove a Lexus. Fast forward to last week when my wife and I went back to Paragon Honda looking to buy a brand new Civic. We walked around the lot outside looking at the few Civics they had. There were salesmen outside but not one of them greeted us or asked us if we had any questions. We then went into the dealership, walked around looking at cars for a while. No one greeted us; no one asked if they could assist us. Now, I don't know if the salesmen wouldn't help us because we were two women looking at cars, or if it was because the salesmen there realized we were looking for a Civic, which is one of their less expensive models. Needless to say, we left after about a half hour of no one speaking with us. The funny thing is we were ready to purchase the car and they WOULD have had a sale and our business (the dealership is the closest one to where we reside). Instead, we found a MUCH BETTER Honda dealership in Long Island. It was more of a trip for us, but they were very kind there and that's why we are purchasing our car from them. Paragon Honda is filled with douchey-dudes. Do not buy cars there. The salesmen there think they are better than everyone else. I still wonder if they would have assisted us if I walked in with a husband instead of my wife. Oh well. Their loss.

I couldn't sell it that day because I was waiting for my replacement vehicle, and I was told the offer would be honored if I returned a few weeks later and that it would simply be a matter of completing the paperwork. When I returned about three weeks later, expecting to complete the sale, they wanted to put the vehicle through another inspection with two different people, including rechecking the same cosmetic and mechanical items from the first visit. None of those items had changed. The offer was then reduced to $9,000 and later increased to $9,900. After about 1 1/2 hours, I decided to leave because this wasn't the process I had expected based on what I had originally been told. Before leaving, I was told that if I came back the next day, they would honor the $9,900 offer and it would simply be a matter of completing the paperwork. I returned roughly 12 hours later expecting to sign the paperwork, but the vehicle was put through a third inspection, again rechecking many of the same areas. The sale was ultimately finalized at $9,800. Between the three visits, I spent roughly four hours at the dealership. I also didn't receive my check that day. I was told it would take no more than three days, but four days later I still hadn't received it. I called, didn't receive a callback, and ultimately had to physically return to the dealership to follow up before receiving my check. The people I dealt with were professional throughout, and I want to be fair about that. My frustration is with the process. If you're considering selling your vehicle here, be prepared for the possibility of multiple inspections, changing offers, several hours at the dealership, and potentially having to follow up yourself for payment. IF you decide to sell you car here, My recommendation would be to get very clear upfront, in writing if possible, about how long the offer is valid, whether another inspection will be required when you return, and exactly when and how you will be paid. Hopefully that saves someone else from going through the hours and the process that I went through.

After 2 hours of test driving and completing the applications they jumped up the price by $9,000 and claim that the sites listed price is how they get business in the door - false advertising! A $9,000 commission must be nice! A bunch of scammers! 0/10 I addition, no where on the site did it say there were any disclaimers. The sales manager also mentioned that he couldn't find your hidden information listed on Capital One Auto Navigator nor did the site bring me to your main website. He clearly said which I'll quote "this is how we get people in the door". https://www.capitalone.com/cars/vehicle-details/2019/Mercedes-Benz/GLC/300/WDC0G4JB8KV146083 You should be the one doing your own research and not wasting the customers time.
