While there I noted what was for sale consisted primarily of annuals and herbs but all were robust and very competitively priced. I haven't visited NY during the October-November months in some time, so I was surprised to see this elaborate setup while driving by. The first thing Nancy said was we got to get a photo there!! So that's what we did. The photo op area is a well-built play area for kids, there is actually a slide and ladder on the backside of the man-made pumpkin, little ones can climb inside and look out through the eyes for a fun photo. There are several other photo op areas, not quite elaborate as this one that adults can join in on as well. Farmer Jon's has a unique selection of pumpkins, gords, seasonal flowers, yard art, clay and concrete sculptures, and more for sale for a reasonable price.
