The trees died after two weeks, they completely burnt while I followed all the instructions I was given. I called them to let them know and see what we could do about it. While the first person I spoke to was very nice, the manager Heather was not helpful at all, she did not even asked me about the type of tree, what I did to maintain. She just said there is nothing they can do. While I understand their policy, I found her rude and not understanding at all. I was not angry, not accusatory, not even asking for a refund. I won't go back and do not advise anyone to buy anything from them given their lack of good customer service and professionalism. I lost $300.

She understood I did not want the typical FTD looking funeral arrangements. What I wanted was for my moms flowers to feel natural and garden like. The Rosery worked with hydrangea, peonies, iris's, mimosa, curly willow and lots of forsythia. They coordinated all the arrangements ordered by friends to match what I had on order. It was beautiful. Mom looked like she was asleep in a garden. Both friends and family were amazed. I thank the Rosery for working outside the box and creating such beauty for my moms final moment. We hired JJ's all Hardwood for removal of an old tree that was dropping large branches too close to…read moreour house. Once we reached out the responses were quick and within a week we had an estimate and a date set to anticipate the work being completed. We were offered options on how much or little work they could do in the way of the tree removal. They were very knowledgeable about the trees on our property and made recommendations on a surrounding tree that we didn't realize posed a threat to our shed. After having it removed it was clear it was only a matter of time before it became an issue if it had been left standing. Both trees were positioned up a hill, near multiple dwellings a fence and with power lines to consider as well as the neighbors property they navigated with ease... taking the time and care to cut each piece to fall exactly right, not to leave a trace of damage to anything! We are so thankful that we hired them and would definitely recommend to friends and family that are in need of tree removal!
