They text to let me know they coming and when the job was done. These guys were ready to start and they cleared my 9 room house and moved my things into my new place all in 4 hours! Set up beds, connect fridge, washer and dryer too. But what really makes this an outstanding experience is I met the guys, pointed to what to take/leave and left. They took care of the move without my supervision and did exactly what I asked for and in good time. They were so professional and personable, and reliable. The price was not bad either. All of my items arrived safely, they did rush or just treat my things as objects or just stuff. It's MY stuff and they treated my stuff with great care. Thanks guys! I hope you guys stay so busy you need to get another team of movers!

We hired this company to move us across state lines from Memphis, TN to MS on October 4th 2026. The…read moreowner of the company showed up only to supervise the loading of the moving truck in Memphis, then sent two of his men to the destination location to finish the move. This can only mean he had no account for what happened after the truck left. Once the movers arrived to the new home and began unloading, it quickly became apparent that the items being unloaded sustained damage in transit. One of my painted cabinets got badly chipped and another sustained broken wooden components. There was also a handful of smaller items that were damaged as well. The movers were not careful when moving my antique bedroom furniture, causing property damage to my bedroom doors. I called the owner promptly to alert him of the concern and he stated both in conversation on the phone and in text that he would "get all that taken care of either money or fixing it." I made the mistake of taking him at his word. By October 7th, I had yet to hear from the owner, so I followed up via text and didn't hear back for more than 24 hours, where he asked what he could do to make the situation right. I responded the following day and didn't hear back. Come October 14th, after almost a week of no communication, I reached out again. This time he gave me the run around and then the next day on the 15th, he attempted to blame my husband for the damage sustained on our small items, disregarding the damage to the larger items his movers caused. That was the very last communication received from the owner. His responsiveness was below mediocre at best. Please BEWARE when choosing a moving company. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone else. I documented the damage and took pictures of all the items that were impacted, which I provided to the owner. My door has yet to be fixed. The damage they caused is preventing our bedroom door from closing and I'm stuck replacing the small items that were ruined. 0/10 service given that we paid thousands of dollars to this company and received incredibly poor results.

The company canceled my original move at the last minute (The company canceled at 6:00 p.m. the night before, citing the driver "lost his license," asking me if I was comfortable letting him move my belongings without a valid license--an alarming, unprofessional question), then sent an untrained crew who arrived late, smoked near the open garage door, pushed furniture across floors without protection, and caused multiple damages to both property and belongings. Basic care and professionalism were completely lacking. I am uploading only a couple of photos here. Furniture and property were severely damaged: scratched walls and floors, severely dented appliances, grease-stained mattresses (yes, they charge you for the mattress covers, and then did not use them at all), and broken bookcases. A Christmas tree was snapped, refrigerator handle broken, and the truck poorly packed. I filed a formal complaint with the BBB, but the company did not follow through on what they stated in their response. No claims manager ever contacted me--directly or indirectly--despite their promise to do so. This entire process has shown me how unreliable and unprofessional this company is. I strongly advise others to avoid using All My Sons Moving & Storage to prevent similar stress and frustration. I would give 0 stars if it were possible!

I used ABF Upack for the first time for my temporary move to Memphis. I say temporary just because…read moreI'll be in Memphis only for a few months boo.......! Anyways, enough about me, here's the low down: ABF Upack is just like PODS, where they drop off basically a large metal box(ABF calls these relocubes) or large trailer and you pack up your stuff and they move it to your destination for you. Customer Service: Extremely helpful! I was first contacted by a customer service rep after I received an initial quote online. I negotiated with him and got the price down to what made sense for me and we had a done deal. He was extremely friendly and courteous. The customer service reps in Philly were just as friendly and helpful also. Service reps(on the phone at least) in Memphis were a bit less courteous, something that I found interesting. They were helpful nonetheless though. Price: I paid 1400 to move my stuff from Philly to Memphis. To give you perspective, Uhaul and Pensky were both quoting me around 1k for a 14 foot truck, but I would have had to pay for gas also. Do a simple best case scenario calculation for 1000 miles; 10 mpg(if you're driving extremely conservatively......Uhaul quotes mpg for a truck as 6-10 mpg) x 1000 miles x 3.25 a gallon = 325 dollars. 1400 vs 1325(again, best case scenario) = I went with ABF because I didn't have to drive a truck and plus I doubt that I would have gotten 10 mpg.....probably more likely 8 mpg. Also Uhaul wanted to charge me 200 dollars to hitch a tow dolly to tow my car........it cost me 105 in gas to drive to Memphis. Going with ABF just made more financial sense........and driving a large truck being the slow right lane driver just blows in general lol. Service: All my stuff arrived safely! Aside from 1 broken bowl, 1 broken plate, and 2 broken glasses, everything else was fine. The broken stuff was really because I didn't pack that box right. The main thing with the relocubes is that you need to pack these things correctly. All in all, I am EXTREMELY happy I found ABF, because they made my move that much easier(I'm sure you understand driving a Uhaul is not fun....especially for 1000+ miles), and it was cheaper!
