They text to let me know they coming and when the job was done. These guys were ready to start and they cleared my 9 room house and moved my things into my new place all in 4 hours! Set up beds, connect fridge, washer and dryer too. But what really makes this an outstanding experience is I met the guys, pointed to what to take/leave and left. They took care of the move without my supervision and did exactly what I asked for and in good time. They were so professional and personable, and reliable. The price was not bad either. All of my items arrived safely, they did rush or just treat my things as objects or just stuff. It's MY stuff and they treated my stuff with great care. Thanks guys! We hired this company to move us across state lines from Memphis, TN to MS on October 4th 2026. The…read moreowner of the company showed up only to supervise the loading of the moving truck in Memphis, then sent two of his men to the destination location to finish the move. This can only mean he had no account for what happened after the truck left. Once the movers arrived to the new home and began unloading, it quickly became apparent that the items being unloaded sustained damage in transit. One of my painted cabinets got badly chipped and another sustained broken wooden components. There was also a handful of smaller items that were damaged as well. The movers were not careful when moving my antique bedroom furniture, causing property damage to my bedroom doors. I called the owner promptly to alert him of the concern and he stated both in conversation on the phone and in text that he would "get all that taken care of either money or fixing it." I made the mistake of taking him at his word. By October 7th, I had yet to hear from the owner, so I followed up via text and didn't hear back for more than 24 hours, where he asked what he could do to make the situation right. I responded the following day and didn't hear back. Come October 14th, after almost a week of no communication, I reached out again. This time he gave me the run around and then the next day on the 15th, he attempted to blame my husband for the damage sustained on our small items, disregarding the damage to the larger items his movers caused. That was the very last communication received from the owner. His responsiveness was below mediocre at best. Please BEWARE when choosing a moving company. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone else. I documented the damage and took pictures of all the items that were impacted, which I provided to the owner. My door has yet to be fixed. The damage they caused is preventing our bedroom door from closing and I'm stuck replacing the small items that were ruined. 0/10 service given that we paid thousands of dollars to this company and received incredibly poor results.

I've been in this market place for over a decade and these fools pop up with a similar name and I'm getting accused for their trash . On moving day, they packed and loaded up our things in a caring and timely manner. They were even able to disassemble, load, unload, and reassemble my baby grand piano (other movers contract this out). I was highly impressed with their courtesy and efficiency. The company canceled my original move at the last minute (The company canceled at 6:00 p.m. the night before, citing the driver "lost his license," asking me if I was comfortable letting him move my belongings without a valid license--an alarming, unprofessional question), then sent an untrained crew who arrived late, smoked near the open garage door, pushed furniture across floors without protection, and caused multiple damages to both property and belongings. Basic care and professionalism were completely lacking. I am uploading only a couple of photos here. Furniture and property were severely damaged: scratched walls and floors, severely dented appliances, grease-stained mattresses (yes, they charge you for the mattress covers, and then did not use them at all), and broken bookcases. A Christmas tree was snapped, refrigerator handle broken, and the truck poorly packed. I filed a formal complaint with the BBB, but the company did not follow through on what they stated in their response. No claims manager ever contacted me--directly or indirectly--despite their promise to do so. This entire process has shown me how unreliable and unprofessional this company is. They were suppose to be at our house at 10:30 to help us move over the next 8 hours, yet they magically had another move scheduled the same day that they needed to be to 30 minutes after they were scheduled to help us move. After our belongings were placed into an 8x15 storage unit, I found that the items had not been organized efficiently. For example, the couch was positioned directly at the entrance, making it difficult to access other belongings. When I asked about the arrangement, the mover explained that customers must specifically request that items be organized. Given the cost of the service, I expected a more thoughtful and efficient placement of items in the storage unit. Overall, based on both the price and the quality of service, I would not recommend this company.

It was a great time to stop in, not many people and I was able to take my time and explore. I haven't been there in a while and they've made some changes so the employees were a great help in showing me the layout. They had some great sales, and I certainly got more than what I came for. I made my way to the food section of the store the kitchen was closed but they always have a good selection of snacks and frozen goods to try at an affordable price. Next time I go, I plan to try the vegetable dogs they sound interesting. I feel like I'm on an adventure every time I go to IKEA and I like that!
