The person who answered the phone was very rude and told me because I had had orthodontics done on my teeth before, their doctor would not see me and that this was common practice, so I should spend my afternoon calling every orthodontist in the area to see if they would make an exception (but Rawle Orthodontics would not). I explained that I hadn't seen an orthodontist in several years, had moved over 1000 miles away from that office, and therefore needed a new one, but they would not take me as a client for this reason. I was not asking for them to fix a broken retainer someone else had made, I was asking for a completely new one and would have been willing to follow whatever advice/procedure the doctor thought was best, even if it was not the original type of retainer that I had. I am very disappointed and already have an appointment with a new practice that thought this experience with Rawle Orthodontics was ridiculous.

They speak to you as if they are mandatory services and not optional. The older women at the front desk are terrible. They are nice to your face but will speak about you behind your back. I called and canceled my appointment and received confirmation. The next day, they call to ask if I'm coming to my appointment. I explained that I called and cancelled the appointment the day prior. She said okay and apologized and hung up. Weeks later I receive a bill for $50 due to missing my appointment. I called and explained that I canceled. She said no problem they will take care of it. A few weeks later I receive another bill. I go in and show them my call log and that I called and canceled the appointment. They said okay and that it would be handled. A few weeks later I receive a bill for $50 again. I finally just decided to pay the money rather than this poorly run dental office send something to collections and ruin my credit due to them trying to scam patients who have cancer. Very disappointed in this company. I hope someone from corporate will reach out to make this right. I do NOT recommend going to this location.
