Every station he gets a little something to positively reinforce his participation in the experience (stickers, little toy, and of course, he got to pick what kind of toothbrush he wanted). Doctor Allie and her team just know what they are doing. Even when making the appt, they are patient and flexible. My toddler (and I) actually enjoy going- and I don't know many that can say that about a dentist's appt.

I received a call today informing me that they no longer accept my dental insurance as of January 1, 2026--for an appointment scheduled on Monday, May 4th. What makes this unacceptable is that I made this appointment after January 1, specifically because that's when my insurance became active. This should have been identified and communicated long ago, not days before the appointment. To make matters worse, I was also told that my son is "too old" to be seen by a pediatric dentist. This was never explained to me at any point. I did not realize that dental pediatrics differ from medical pediatrics in age limits, especially since pediatric medical offices regularly see patients until 18 (and sometimes older). I have spoken with this office at least three separate times, and my son even had a birthday in April--yet no one mentioned this during any of those conversations. When I questioned why this wasn't addressed sooner, I was told they "neglected to inform me" because they didn't have Delta Dental's phone number. That explanation makes no sense, considering they were already on the phone with me multiple times and could have clarified this at any point. Overall, this experience reflects poor communication, lack of follow‑through, and disorganization. Unfortunately, this has been yet another disappointing experience with a dental office, and it's very frustrating to have things fall apart due to issues that should have been addressed from the beginning.

She uses magical words, as she describes it, and explains everything she does without rushing her work, and my boys never have tears when leaving her office. She is very gentle and always makes sure she is never causing pain because if at any time my boys ever complain of pain, she'll reassess and take a break if needed. She just does amazing work, truly grateful for her. There's no one like her! She is hands down, the best pediatric dentist we've ever met.

You truly believe her when she says that she will take care of your child as if they are her own. And that takes a lot of trust. It never feels rushed even when they have a lot going on but I also don't ask tons of questions so not sure. lol bbbuuuttt they have been great here so I'll continue coming for myself and my family.
