After I brought up the fact that they should have called prior to the appointment to advise a patient of the amount that they expect at the end of service they said they didn't have an office manager anymore and they apologize for the inconvenience. I spoke to Dr. Marfori he and all he could say was I understand and I apologize; not once did they offer a payment arrangement for me...so I was out $300 that was not budgeted for. No one had any sympathy for what I experienced needless to say I am looking for another pediatric dentist.

However, the dentist told me she only had one cavity and suggested taking the tooth out instead of fixing it, which didn't make sense to me. As a parent, I felt uncomfortable with that plan and decided to get a second opinion the same day. The new dentist took fresh X-rays and confirmed that my daughter actually had three cavities -- the same number found by her previous dentist -- and even discovered one big one that needed to be treated right away. This second dentist fixed all three cavities immediately and was very caring and professional. I do not recommend this office based on our experience. The diagnosis and treatment plan here were utterly different from those of the other two dentists, and I'm glad I trusted my instincts and went elsewhere. I wish I could publish the X-ray of my daughter, but I will not.

I was 15 minutes EARLY. After sitting in the office 30 minutes PAST (no explanation given by the staff) my scheduled appointment time, I decided it was time to leave. Let me get this straight! If I'M late YOU charge ME for every 30 minutes BUT the dentist can be late WITHOUT EXPLANATION or cost? The receptionist handled the situation kindly. Not HER fault! I left only to return a few minutes later to collect the documents I was required to fill out and sign. Just before leaving, an EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE employee stated "I was just coming to get you!" Sure you were!! My point is life happens. Charging a patient $50 per every 30 minutes late is acceptable? Patients wait 30+ minutes with NO explanation? Sorry. Double Standards don't work in my humble opinion. There's too many other places to choose from that will RESPECT and APPRECIATE their patients. Arrogance and incompetence at its best!

She knows I am a nervous Nellie when it comes to the dentist, but she really works hard to put me at ease. She takes the time to explain everything and listens to all of my concerns. I really appreciate her office staff as well. They are all very kind and clear about all costs. I highly recommend this practice.
