Four hygienist chairs lined up side-by-side with TVs mounted above them -- perfect for keeping little ones relaxed and distracted. Our hygienist was fantastic. She was calm, patient, and explained everything in a way that made my son feel comfortable. She carefully checked his teeth, flossed them, and applied fluoride without rushing a single second. This was NEW...and it was another $350. I was like what?!? I have insurance that you take and it covers cleaning. She literally says to me..you have an infection..hmm well that's weird because I just got off of 2 weeks of antibiotics for an illness not to mention I don't feel or see one...AND your dentist just came in and said I have some of the best teeth he's ever seen and I just had my teeth cleaned 7 months ago...They would not clean my teeth without me paying them so I left. Pissed by the way...fast forward 2 weeks when I get into another local dentist that takes my insurance I told him everything Sage dental said -He said first of all oral cancer screenings are free and they charged me. My X-rays should of been covered by my insurance and so should my cleaning and in NO WAY did I have an infection. Which is what they tried to tell me when they wanted to charge me $350 out of pocket just for a cleaning. That place is CRIMINAL! He's like, you have one of the least problematic mouths I have ever seen. They are clearly trying to rip people off. DO NOT GO THERE unless you like throwing away money and being lied to.
