Every station he gets a little something to positively reinforce his participation in the experience (stickers, little toy, and of course, he got to pick what kind of toothbrush he wanted). Doctor Allie and her team just know what they are doing. Even when making the appt, they are patient and flexible. The person who answered the phone was very rude and told me because I had had orthodontics done on my teeth before, their doctor would not see me and that this was common practice, so I should spend my afternoon calling every orthodontist in the area to see if they would make an exception (but Rawle Orthodontics would not). I explained that I hadn't seen an orthodontist in several years, had moved over 1000 miles away from that office, and therefore needed a new one, but they would not take me as a client for this reason. I was not asking for them to fix a broken retainer someone else had made, I was asking for a completely new one and would have been willing to follow whatever advice/procedure the doctor thought was best, even if it was not the original type of retainer that I had. I am very disappointed and already have an appointment with a new practice that thought this experience with Rawle Orthodontics was ridiculous.

They are a trio of chaos and fun wherever they venture and the Dentist office is no exception. As a person who really likes their teeth I have made sure that my boys have taken care of theirs since they first got them. They are super nice and courteous. The techs are so patient and were great with all three of the kids. The other two techs; Yolanda and Jackie were equally attentive to my other two kids. The office is great. They have this surfer/tiki/island theme throughout the entire place that had the kids asking me to do that to their rooms HA! Yeah sorry kids.. you are lucky if I can put border on the wall straight. The dentist, Dr. White, was great. He answered my questions and put to rest the worries I had about medication affecting my kiddos permanent teeth. My kids have been going to the dentist for a few years now and this has been the best experience thus far. We live pretty close right now but once we close on our house we will be a bit far away but this place is definitely one of those that are worth the drive. I am so glad that we came here and will continue to come here for all of my kiddos dental needs. Some other great features: 1. The wait was minimal (I think we were in the waiting room for about 5 minutes) 2. You can print out the new patient forms from their website and bring them in.. a great time saver. 3. They are adequately staffed so if you have basketball team like me you can get them taken care of simultaneously and not be there forever. 4. When I politely asked about it in the room, she shook her head and shut the door in my face. I wasn't arguing; I planned to follow the rule even though it didn't make much sense. Meanwhile, Amanda was in the background giving me looks that made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. We've since switched to another dentist where our family can stay together and the experience is much more welcoming. Dr. White deserves better support than this. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend Lake Mary Pediatric Dentistry.
