She is very gentle and always makes sure she is never causing pain because if at any time my boys ever complain of pain, she'll reassess and take a break if needed. You truly believe her when she says that she will take care of your child as if they are her own. And that takes a lot of trust. I had to have my 6 year old's son teeth pulled and he had to be sedated and the whole process was super easy and went perfect. I called early in the morning on a Monday, and was immediately booked a same day appointment for my general cleaning. Got there 15 mins before my appt, and only had to fill out one paper work. I waited less than 15 mins to have my X-ray taken, then shortly after was called in for cleaning. I was introduced to Dr. Tran, and assisted by Carmen and Jose. The team here is very professional and friendly. Parking lot is huge and the waiting room always has chairs available. The rooms are clean and all employees wear their masks appropriately, which is huge plus for me because I work in the healthcare field too. I clearly expressed that I've already invested over $10,000 in dental work and was looking for solutions specifically related to the discoloration and possible crowns. Instead of addressing my main concern, the appointment felt focused on upselling. After multiple X-rays, I was told I needed an upgraded cleaning costing around $500, along with other recommendations like braces, none of which addressed the reason I came in. I left without receiving the care I requested. After confirming with my insurance that a basic cleaning was covered, I called Sterling Creek Dental and scheduled a second appointment specifically for that service. However, when I arrived, I was again told in person that they would not provide a basic cleaning and that I would need to pay for the upgraded service. This could and should have been communicated over the phone. Instead, I had to take time out of my day for an appointment that the office already knew they would not honor as requested. Overall, I felt my concerns were dismissed and the focus was placed on selling higher-cost services rather than providing patient-centered care. Clear communication and respect for a patient's time and priorities are essential, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would not return to this office or recommend it to others. Nobody called and when I did, I was told to call today, the 23April. I did at 9 am and I was told that I will be called back by 2 pm. No one called. The manager and office stuff are clueless ruthless and not even bother calling. I am / was a customer for15 years and office changed hands, but this is the worst experience I had. Don't go there, is A humiliating experience and at this point a fraud. Definitely I want to be reimbursed and find another dentist.
