After a failed attempt to resolve it via live chat, I made an early morning run to my local Summit office. I worked with the rep for 30 minutes and finally got both issues resolved (wayyy too complicated to explain the resolution). Everything was done In few hours and my internet is FAST, I used Speed Test to check and it clocked at 899mbps top speed, normally it's around 300-500mbps depends on where the meshes (BEACON) are placing, much better than Xfinity and it's just an extra $4 than Xfinity and best of all, that price is FOR LIFE. I don't have to worry about future price will be higher. So far, I don't experience any outages yet. FYI, I have it for a month now. Customer service and tech support was awesome, they guided me through setup for my phone WiFi. It worked like a charm. I wish that Hyperfiber have an app like other internet companies so I can monitor bill pay, outages map... instead of search it on Google. The genius on the other end of the phone told me, "It was impossible for their piece of equipment to process HBO." Guess what I was watching on that piece of equipment - HBO. They scheduled a service call for today, between 10:00am - 12:00pm. It's 1:30pm, haven't heard from anyone. I just called Litestream, and they have no idea where their technician is. This is one of the better interactions I have had with Litestream since the Board at Carlton Lakes bought into the BS Litestream was passing, and gave them the exclusive contract to cable and internet service. If your Board ever considers doing business with these purveyors of chaos, protest vigorously until they are vanquished! If that doesn't work, seriously consider euthanizing the members of the Board...
