Everything was done In few hours and my internet is FAST, I used Speed Test to check and it clocked at 899mbps top speed, normally it's around 300-500mbps depends on where the meshes (BEACON) are placing, much better than Xfinity and it's just an extra $4 than Xfinity and best of all, that price is FOR LIFE. I don't have to worry about future price will be higher. So far, I don't experience any outages yet. FYI, I have it for a month now. Customer service and tech support was awesome, they guided me through setup for my phone WiFi. It worked like a charm. I wish that Hyperfiber have an app like other internet companies so I can monitor bill pay, outages map... instead of search it on Google. They had a cushion bench that we plopped down while we waited. Dominic T. helped us out. We headed over to his station. There was only one tall stool which my mom took. We had a unique problem, but Dominic helped us further along by getting us a sim card and finding out that my mom's current carrier only ports numbers once a day at 11 am Pacific time.
