It is attached to the laundromat so when we first arrived we weren't sure about where to enter but we found the entrance. Upon arriving, they were working hard on some pick-up orders. We were not in a hurry so we went to sit down. They explained to us that it was going to be a wait while they finished up the orders which was not a problem and quite frankly, I appreciated them letting us know. As soon as they were down, they came and took our orders. Service was great. The food was warm and tasty. I got a skim vanilla latte which was hot and tasted very good. We all ordered the breakfast bagel sandwich, mine was with ham on an everything bagel. Bagels & Brew was clean and quaint. Food was good and so was the coffee. She then tells us our order is $14.51. We were shocked by the cost so we tried getting her to confirm the price at the drive thru before pulling up to the window but she would not respond. Third: she made our drinks before taking our payment so when we told her we only ordered 1 cookies and cream and not 2 that we saw she made she was like "well the screen says you ordered 2.... but that's fine I will take it off" said in an annoyed tone Fourth: she hands us our drinks, with the cooler obviously spilling and does not offer to give us napkins and tried closing the window quickly but i called out before she could to ask for the napkins. Fifth: she gave the wrong type of straw for a cooler designed with cookie chunks in it so I couldn't even enjoy my drink as it was intended. Needless to say not a great experience.

The small sign outside says "Welcome home friends" which hints at the overall atmosphere you'll experience at this popular Willmar coffee shop. Old guys with bald heads and white chin beards gather around a small table on the patio to sip coffee, discuss their golf game and gripe about the rising cost of home owners' insurance. Nearby, a couple of moms in yoga pants catch up before launching into their busy day. Inside, a 20-something works remotely at a table not much bigger than her laptop. And there's me.
