Third: she made our drinks before taking our payment so when we told her we only ordered 1 cookies and cream and not 2 that we saw she made she was like "well the screen says you ordered 2.... but that's fine I will take it off" said in an annoyed tone Fourth: she hands us our drinks, with the cooler obviously spilling and does not offer to give us napkins and tried closing the window quickly but i called out before she could to ask for the napkins. Fifth: she gave the wrong type of straw for a cooler designed with cookie chunks in it so I couldn't even enjoy my drink as it was intended. Needless to say not a great experience.

We were tired of basic fast food... Even tired of Starbucks and we're basic b's who love Starbucks! Found this place on Yelp and gave it a shot. Sippet got the job done and did it well. Our bagels were delicious. Our coffees were perfect. We were in and out of the drive thru QUICK and it didn't cost a fortune. The staff inside were also very friendly and competent, despite having a busy morning themselves. Very happy with our choice. Would love to come here again sometime.
