Well they had NO Welcome Home banner. I was sooo surprised about this. I ended up finding a "Celebration" banner that was really nice & made of fabric so its reusable. I did buy some balloons @ the Dollar Store as I do find them very $$$ here knowing I can get them somewhere else. I also picked up some cute candy decorations for cupcakes that were Mickey Mouse on one sheet & the other sheet had Elmo & Cookie Monster. They have a big selection of themed party decorations, plates & utensils. They have a lot of theme stuff such as Cinco De Mayo, Football, Halloween, etc. If your in need of party supplies & you can't find what your looking for head on over to Party City. This is my go to place when I can't find stuff @ other stores. Masks are required, staff was available & they're following COVID rules. There is also curbside pick up too.

It's difficult to find words for how displeased I am with Savvy Event Rental. We had our tent,…read moretables, and chairs booked with them since November of 2021, and with 57 days until our October 1st wedding, they emailed my fiancé this past Friday afternoon to state that they had to cancel our tent, and if we wanted the tables and chairs we would need to pick up and return on our own. They alluded to being short staffed, which is very easy to understand given the times we're in, but left the email very vague and not entirely apologetic. They offered no alternative companies to reach out to, and didn't even list our names in the greeting of the email. It looked to be copied and pasted to every other 1-star reviewer who has had the same experience as us. Meanwhile, every other company we've reached out to has shown more empathy and help than the company we actually booked through, offering alternatives and expressing their sorries very genuinely. Despite being in crisis mode to find the things we need to hold our wedding for family and friends, I'm far more upset with the way Savvy has handled their business and their customers through all of this. They said they've "exhausted all options," but didn't bother to give us a heads up until they were certain they couldn't provide what we needed even though we paid a deposit and booked a year out. At the very least, a phone call with a sincere apology would have gone a longer way with me than what they've done. We didn't even get an in-person apology when we went to pick up our deposit refund at their storefront in Biddeford. I'm well aware that times are difficult for businesses at the moment and help is hard to come by. This, however, is no excuse for how they decided to handle their customer service and cancellations of the numerous large events they committed to for the remainder of the year. At this point, I'm just thankful that I wasn't one of the events that was cancelled 10-14 days out, as I can't imagine what those brides must be going through at this time. Bottom line, DO NOT utilize Savvy Event Rental unless you have a backup, and especially not if you're looking for any type of customer service or personable experience.

The layout of the store is nice because each theme is grouped together such as boy birthdays, girls birthdays, adult birthdays, graduations, weddings, luaus, holidays, Mardi Gras, Cinco de Mayo, sports, you get the picture. The front of the store has greeting cards (saw no discounts) and a balloon filling station. iParty also stocks beads, toys, party favors, cups, plates, napkins, plastic utensils, costumes, and Red Sox decorations. The prices here are not the cheapest with many items such as the kids birthday supplies and greeting cards were priced higher than other party stores I've been to recently. iParty has a few good sales in their flyer such as party bubbles (3 for 99 cents) and Patriotic Beachball (99 cents).
