He is all nice in consultation, but as soon as full payments are made he goes scarce. On wedding day he doesn't show up at all but sends some random staff we haven't met at all. Our Ceremony started at 1 PM and the staff were in a hurry going home at 3 PM while we had booked till 5 PM. They kept insisting they have another booking to go to, while Raja assured this would be his only booking for the day. Even 2 Months after the wedding and we were still waiting for our pictures. He just kept ignoring our emails, calls and texts. Finally when he picks up the call he argues with arrogance like we are asking him a favor. He falsely claims that he has already sent all the pictures, while he didn't send any. After a lot of struggle when we got hold of videos, we were extremely disappointed with the horrible quality of videos. We sent over several songs to be included in our highlights and wedding videos. None of the songs were added in videos. No efforts were put in shooting videos. We could have better off just putting a camera on Tripod and it would have been captured much better. They didn't even bother to give a mic to the Priest for wedding audio. I believe these all were outsourced and he didn't even bother to glance over before sending it over.   Key moments were missing from the wedding pictures. He didn't even bother to convert key moments like pictures with family. You would be better off handing over a camera to one of your wedding guests than hiring Raja.  I would have given it a 0 Star if I could.

Nothing felt awkward or staged, which was huge for us. They somehow managed to capture all the important moments without making it feel like there was a camera in our faces all day. And final product was amazing. The full wedding video turned out beautifully, but the wedding day trailer is what really blew us away. It perfectly captured the vibe, emotion, and little moments from the day. We've watched it so many times already and sent it to friends and family who all said the same thing: it feels like a movie. The editing, music, pacing -- it all just worked. Watching it brought us right back to the day and reminded us of moments we didn't even realize were being captured at the time. If you're even considering getting a wedding videographer, do it -- and if Liquid Video Lab is an option, don't overthink it. Long overdue on a long review (our wedding was in June haha), but wanted to share about our…read moreexperience with Pure Devotion. The team, Eric and Connie, is great - they're super sweet and passionate people. They offer a broad selection of services for you to mix and match depending on your needs, so if you are an overwhelmed couple like we were, then this is perfect for you :) We used them for videography, flowers and props, lighting, and photobooth. Videography: Eric handles all the videography and photography, and he's very knowledgeable about his craft. We were a little on the fence when we first started looking for a videographer (we didn't know if we could justify spending thousands of dollars for a short video), but Eric was very no pressure and just happily showed us samples of his work. He patiently made sure he understood what we were looking for, we ended up going with the "cinematic" style 4K highlight video (~3 minutes long). On the wedding day he showed up with 3 assistants and a drone to capture all the footage. It took roughly 3 months to get the video link and he mails a USB with the remaining raw footage. He went the extra mile and helped us edit the raw footage as well so that it was watchable and not a jumble of clips. Flowers: Connie did an amazing job with the flowers. I just sent her pictures of what I wanted, we discussed which flowers were important to have, and she delivered beautiful bouquets, aisle pedestals, guest table decor, and the dining centerpieces. I actually wanted taller centerpiece vases than what she had in inventory and she went out and got some! Flowers looked fresh and great through the night. We also had her help us with draping background for our garden setting. She went out to the site to make sure the draping would work and checked in with me before making adjustments day of. She kindly stayed through the ceremony to help move the flowers to the reception area afterwards. She has a ton of props in the studio, so don't forget to ask her what you want to rent! Lighting: We rented uplights to put up around the room. They also have pin lights and other fancy lights. The uplights were technically fine but I think we had missed communication on the color, so check beforehand :( Photobooth: Unfortunately can't recommend this service. Supposed to be backdrop with props manned by an attendant that prints out the photos. Camera ended up being unattended, photos mostly blurry/out of focus. Thank you, team! Couldn't have done it without you!

My wedding day wouldn't have been a success without their help! A while back, my friend told me that she used One Plus One Wedding Services (OPOWS) for her wedding in 2019. She had good things to say about them. My SIL's friend also used OPOWS, so I figured that if a few of my mutual connections have used this vendor, then I should work with them as well. Since I didn't have a wedding planner, going with a one-stop shop wedding services package was definitely a big help. It made my wedding execution seamless! I reached out to OPOWs about a year before my wedding date. Aggie is the main person who runs OPOWS. Aggie was super responsive with our conversations. She informed me about the wedding service package options. I decided to go with the Plus Package option which includes: photographer, videographer, wedding dresses (which I didn't use), Emcee, DJ (I gave the DJ our custom playlist since my husband and I wanted to pick our songs), hair and make-up artist, reception decorations, and chair covers. We scheduled to meet a few times before my wedding. Aggie was super helpful with providing recommendations and tips. I could tell that she really cares about her clients and wants to leave a good impression. Nearing my wedding date, she provided me with a run down schedule so that I could coordinate with her team and the external vendors that she partnered with. We made sure that my wedding day itinerary made sense. On the day of my wedding, I met most of my vendors in person. I was definitely stressed out because I always have this fear that something will go wrong. But to my surprise, all of my vendors did an excellent job on my wedding day. I could tell that they really enjoyed their job and tried to help me make the most out of my wedding day. Throughout the wedding and after the wedding, I received so many compliments from my guests in regards to the wedding decorations, the vendors we used, and etc. I made sure to advertise OPOWS to my guests in case they want to work with a one-stop shop vendor haha. Thank you again Aggie and team! My wedding day was very memorable and filled with happy memories! NOTE: If you're Chinese and can speak some Cantonese, this would make communicating a lot easier. Aggie, her team, and the external vendors that she works with are Chinese. There was a slight language barrier when communicating with Aggie and the external vendors since my Chinese isn't that great haha. But overall, we were able to communicate and get through the wedding planning!

We paid extra for our photographer (Tang) and my MUA (Hera) was amazing. Hera was my main point of contact regarding any upgrades, questions, or changes to our package. While Hera was on vacation, I worked with Aggie to discuss and finalize the decorations of the venue. I picked out my potential dresses months in advance and Hera put them on hold for me as another bride was interested in one of the dresses I picked out. The MC and DJ were assigned a month before the actual wedding to discuss a song list and anything the MC needed to confirm and know in advance. Our MC was Jason and he was very lively and made the night more fun with his enthusiasm. The entire team was very patient and worked with me throughout the whole planning process as I had many questions and requests. I'm really glad I booked OPO because I didn't need to deal with additional vendors and could focus on what I really wanted for my wedding that OPO didn't cover. Everything came out amazing and I would highly highly recommend their service for anyone debating on booking a package for their wedding.
