It was a lovely experience, and we cannot wait to return for more cheese and try their pork. The cheese itself was delicious. We already ate the Rockweed and it was one of the best cheeses we've had! The middle was briny since Allison adds seaweed to it -- it doesn't get more "Maine" than that.
