I am not from the area but visit on vacations and have taken out pizza multiple times and look forward to more! The pizza is amazing. He has done a great job with homemade dough/sauce and cheese combo. Its pizza perfection! I'm hungry just writing this review. The owner is also a great guy and extremely friendly which as we all know makes a huge difference! He remembers my order each time I call and that gives the store a personal side which I appreciate. I am a bit boring when it comes to pizza , I always get extra cheese and onion. He does a very generous amount of cheese and in my opinion is the perfect amount. Most places lack on the cheese level even when you order extra. Onion amount was perfect as well. As you'll see from my photo's this is a true store and not just a pizza restaurant. He also has subs, salads, sandwiches and wraps. They sell chips, snacks, candy, bottled drinks, bottled soda's , Kombucha and bottled coffee or brewed coffee. They have Ice cream by the quart and I believe they'll soon be scooping and serving ice cream at the counter.. Plus they sell wine to boot! What else could you possibly need! Stop in and give the food a try or just pick up a few things you might need you won't be disappointed! Myself, I can't wait to get back to the area and pick up a pizza!

We waited at the food counter but no one paid attention. They were talking and laughing with each other, oblivious. The woman from the register had to come over and take our order. We finished shopping and waited for our sandwiches. 30+ minutes, standing there. The only ones. They're still yammering away. In between all of this, the register lady is running back and forth from their area to hers while they weren't worried about anything. This place is set up to be a real money maker. The food was good once we got it. The location is great. But it's a completely inefficient operation. Hire someone to man the food counter and get the kitchen help to focus instead of socializing- what a difference it would make!

Literally everything is great there; their personal favorite is a Turkey BLT, which isn't always on the whiteboard menu but they'll happily make any way you want. And it's just delicious, with fresh lettuce, tomato, a generous stack of thin-sliced turkey, and topped with an ample amount of thick, crispy bacon. They also make a great black and white milkshake; it's probably not the ticket for chocoholics but great for vanilla lovers who want something creamy with just a hint of chocolate. The last time we went my friend had a mushroom-Swiss burger, which he seemed to enjoy immensely.

I ordered scallop basket, my husband ordered a shrimp basket, and my daughter got a kids meal with chicken nuggets and Mac & cheese. The portions on the baskets were huge. We also splurged and got a tiramisu and a Maineberry pie slice. No major complaints on the food itself. Seemed to be cooked well and packaged well. The prices were a bit high, but nothing outrageous considering the area. The service was relatively quick considering the size of our order. The ladies were definitely very helpful and friendly. I'd eat here again and definitely try any of their other menu options. Ps - my daughter loved the variety of their playground while we waited for the food. She was sad to leave.

I would have gone back to have the hot smoked haddock sandwich for dinner later the same day, it was that good. Hours of operation are flighty, but if you can manage to get there before too many of their homemade flavors are devoured then you shall not be disappointed. It just always seems we arrive a little too late and painters tape has been applied to 3/4 of the flavors on the board, so usually it's just the basics: Chocolate and Vanilla. Also, they have a lunch board with a limited number of choices; recently we chose between Roast Pork, Smoked Haddock, or Salmon served with various accoutrements between the slices of fresh bread. Low and behold the Roast Pork sold out ten minutes after opening! The smoked Haddock and Salmon sandwiches worth the wait.
