Each vendor's kiosk is clean and nicely decorated. My impression started to fall down when I used the ladies restroom and discovered that there was no toilet paper in any of the 3 stalls. Unfortunately, I didn't realize this until I had chosen a stall that I thought had paper in it. So no toilet paper for me. There are signs in the restroom advising patrons to let a staff member know if the bathroom needs attending to. I'm supposed to do your job? Shortly after we went to the check out desk. I had a simple pair of earrings. The check out desk had at least 4 women doing various tasks. Only 1 woman was checking out the customer before us. I honestly don't mean to sound disrespectful, but whenever you have 3 elderly customers huddled around the check out desk with the one cashier, it is a sure bet that the transaction is going to take an extra long time. And that it did. None of the other 3 women acknowledged me to signal that they could check me out so I didn't have to wait for the 3 elderly people to finish. After about 5 minutes one of the managers signaled to me "one moment". So I expected her to put down the task she was working on and check me out. Didn't happen. She continued to do her task as did the other 2 women and I continued to wait! After another 5 minutes or so, a worker came to the check out desk, set up and finally checked me out. I did not appreciate having to wait at least 10 minutes (maybe more?) to check out when I was the only one in line. IMO, a customer waiting to check out should take precedence over clerks doing other tasks. I want to return to look through the other half of the store that I did not have time to see. But frankly, the check out experience left a bad taste in my mouth so I am not in a hurry to return.

I'm a board gamer and I used to go to the store because they used to have a decent selection. Now everything here is basically leftover stock from when it used to be a good game store. You also didn't have a problem if you needed to use the public bathroom inside the store back when I visited originally. Apparently, now they don't let anyone, other than employees, use the bathroom in the store which I find completely ridiculous and I'm sure is against some sort of commercial code. Even when I said that I was in a tough spot and I really needed to utilize it they still wouldn't allow anyone to use it. This place is a joke and shouldn't even be in business if they're gonna treat people that way. Definitely go somewhere else if you're looking for anything board game related. The reason we came here was that my son is learning to play Pokemon, which (if you're also unaware) is a card game with more simple rules for younger audiences to play for hours on end, completely content and completely engaged. We were hoping to find some Pokemon cards for purchase, and to see if anyone was playing. We found a small selection of Pokemon products, but were completely astonished by the overwhelming catalog of Magic cards, sets, posters, mats, and several tables with several players engaging in their favorite pastime. I commented to one of the co-owners, Justin, on how cool this place was and how I didn't know anything about Magic, but could appreciate the passion that these players had around the game. Justin politely excused himself and brought me several decks of Magic cards and handed them over! He let me know that they give out free starter packs for people who are trying to see if they like the game or not. It was just a sampling of what some call "cardboard crack", Justin told me. He invited us back to play any time, and even promised to hold the last Pokemon starter set for my son to purchase after saving his allowance. This is how you run a small business : focus on something you love, your passion... show customers how much you love it... and share it!
