I completely understand that coming in about 10 minutes before closing isn't ideal, and I was fully aware that the store closed at 6:00. I had no intention of staying past closing time. However, from the moment we were walking in they immediately turned Half of the lights off, and we were immediately told there were "less than five minutes" left, even though there was clearly more than five minutes until closing. After that, we were repeatedly reminded that they were closing. I understand giving customers a reminder, but I don't need to be told over and over again when I'm already aware of the time. What really bothered me was that at 5:55, an employee told us that they were closing, even though the posted closing time was 6:00. At that point, I knew I only had five minutes left and was prepared to leave by 6:00. It just felt like they were so adamant about getting us out that we were made to feel unwelcome for simply walking into a business while it was still open. If customers aren't supposed to come in during the last 10-15 minutes, then the store should have an earlier last-entry time posted. Otherwise, customers who enter before closing should still be treated respectfully.

It was close to Christmas so I decided if I found something it would be great for a gift. I barely got noticed in the store and when I finally chose something I went to checkout. The woman was pregnant she made no acknowledgment of me, she put the merch in a box not giving me a bag and shoved the box toward me no thank you, come back and see us nothing. I walked out thought about how rude she was to and wish that I had declined the merchandise. I could tell I was not welcome there and every time I see the commercial I have a bad feeling. I love specialty shops but that one shop I will never shop in again. I felt discriminated against and it didn't matter whether I could afford it or not. I have experienced such negativity from a merchant in some time.

We asked if they would consider a lower price than what was listed and we were told flatly no. It is unfortunate, because even though there were alot of potential buyers, everyone was walking out empty handed, due to their pricing and unwillingness to negotiate.

Things were nicely arranged and not cluttered. On our late summer visit, we were serenaded by the mild sound of crickets, and it was a nice accompaniment to my browsing. I didn't pay attention to prices since I didn't see anything I had to have, but I would come by again.

what i liked about this store is it ihas very nice clothes, especially formal wear. The have a…read more plus size section which i appreciated. The cashier was very nice. Earing/jewelry selection was big. The thing I didn't like was the older woman working there stared at and followed me throughout the store. I had ONE shirt in my hand and she was "i'll put that in a dressing room". 2 mins later I held another shirt and she was next to me again to take it to the fitting room. While I appreciated her starting a fitting room for me it was a little much. I am capable of holding a few hangers before I need a room. She was liike a shadow and I didn't appreciate it. I would have shopped longer if this didnt happen.
