Main Street Cafe A very cute setting in a charming country town called Bloomer WI. It's right on Main St. So while there is parking on main street, I would plan on parking in the public lots about 1/2 a block away. When you enter Main Street Cafe its in your typical, very cute country setting from the pictures on the wall to the table and chairs. You will be greeted with a smile and the servers are pleasant and charming. They will smile and engage in conversation all through your meal if you so choose. What ever you decide to order will come out quickly and correct. Expect big and very tasty entrees. The Biscuits and home made gravy are wonderful with just the right amount of seasoning. A side of scramble eggs and sausage links makes this a tasty and filling breakfast. The Stuffed French Toast is also a "must try" breakfast. Filled with sweet cream cheese and topped with your choice of strawberries, peaches or apples make this a delicious choice. The coffee is always fresh, hot and smooth. Your pocket book will be very happy at the cost of this meal. Very reasonably priced. Overall the Main Street Cafe is a resounding winner, I would come back again and again if I lived in the area. An A+ Cafe. OH!! and the pies man, the pies!!! Over 50 different kinds of pies, about 30 different ones on any given day (seasonal) . The biggest tastiest pies you will ever have. The crust is soft and flakey and the fillings are the best I have ever had! Any pie you pick will be a winner!

Main Street Café is just like being home. Awesome breakfast and a full pot of coffee placed right on the table. When ever I'm working up north I can't resist getting up early giving my self extra time for breakfast at Main Street Café. On my last visit I tried the Blueberry Wild Rice Toast. I enjoyed every bite and looking forward to enjoying it again. The service is always great. The portions are so filling I usually work through lunch. Give this restaurant a try and you will be back again and again. Why bother with Those fast food places when plasticly tasting greasy eggs along with hard stiff hash browns and burnt coffee again cost more than these wonderful breakfast dishes.

Mr. Don Stoik... I seen a news report on your company, as a customer I tend to give my opinions on experiences I've had... I was literally berated and belittled by your staff on a public social media platform under a post about your company for all your other customers to read. As a local business owner myself I couldn't imagine my employees doing this... we've all had frustrated customers, you let them vent and move on.. I know I wasn't happy when I had a employee represent my company in a negative way... I just wanted to bring this to your attention... Have a great day sir... I have attached a photo transcript of their conversation for you to read...

Lifelong Wisconsin residents who moved to Alaska 7 years ago, back in town and was "jonesing" for a traditional fish fry. The Main Street Cafe did not disappoint! Two pieces of fresh flaky fish expertly battered and fried (can also order a four piece dinner but the pieces are quite large), the best lyonnaise potatoes I've had (crispy yet tender and lots of real onions), fresh lemon and good tartar. Hubby had 10 ( yes, TEN) crispy fried shrimp. Salad with tasty French dressing was delicious -much better choice than overly dressed coleslaw. Choose the French fried or lyonnaise over the too-small , baked-in-foil potato. Didn't need the carrots and limp celery that passed as the "relish tray" but small multi-grain roll and real butter was fine. No alcohol but lots of sodas and iced teas or lemonades. Water was brought without asking (kind of unheard of these days). And we need to talk pie- dozens of creme or oven- baked choices, all looked delicious. Get a piece of caramel apple crunch warmed with ice cream. Prices are very nice - two drinks, two dinners and two pieces of pie for $35.

Oh man....the pie selection at the Main Street Cafe is just impressive. I sampled just about all of them during my visit to Chippewa Falls. I'd highly recommend the raspberry cream, strawberry rhubarb and classic apple pie If you're eating in they'll serve you a warmed slice of pie with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream on the side. Good eats and great, friendly staff!

It's a nice spot, with a large windowed storefront and inviting signage. Inside is a large open area with the order counter toward the rear. An old brick wall, metal lighting fixtures, and a tin ceiling give it a vintage vibe. There are café tables with metal chairs for small groups. The noise level is reasonable, and it's easy to have a conversation. They have an extensive coffee menu, including tea lattes. But the one thing that really stood out was the bakery selection. They have items called Cornetto, which look like croissants. I was told they're similar and used in similar ways (fillings, glazes, etc.). We ended up getting a coffee, a London Fog Tea Latte (little lavender, little vanilla, extra foam), a Custard Danish, and an Apple Almond Scone. It didn't take long to get our order, and everything was amazingly good. The London Fog was made with loose-leaf tea and steeped well. The pastries were fresh, large, and very yummy. Everything was also very reasonably priced (you spend way more than this in most places -- and that's not something I usually fixate on). Excellent experience. Friendly service, excellent food and drinks, great value, and a warm atmosphere. If I could make one suggestion, it would be the metal chairs -- I just didn't find them very comfortable. Definitely on the "come back to" list!
