This is especially important for those folks who decide to stray away from the top dogs (Toyota, Honda, BMW, etc. car repair shops). I've been to other places where businesses make you feel ashamed to ask questions when it's them you are paying. I definitely would not say the same about this place, I felt like my questions were valued. If there was one thing I would suggest, perhaps giving some love to the inside waiting/front desk room. I think it could use a good cleaning to ensure customers are comfortable where they sit. Other than that, this place is great and I would come back for any further car repairs. Their reputation is very important to them and they aren't the type of business that will try to have you break the bank on unnecessary repairs. Their full inspection diagnosis charge is right around $80 bucks. This is recommended before you make any rash decisions on repairs that aren't an immediate cause for concern. They have Covid measures in place to ensure you are kept safe. One of my favorites is the contact less car pickup -- they pick up your car, check it out and then send you pics of anything that raised any flags, share their advice and thoughts via text. You can certainly call for further clarification which they are more than happy to give. All in all, these folks are wonderful and do care about their customers. Will be using them in the future.
