I was sat down and a grumpy lady in her 30's or 40's was assigned to me. I was literally out the door 14 minutes later. No soaking, 20 second massage, no hot towel. She worked my cuticles so hard, two of my toes were bleeding. I headed to Hawaii the next day and my two toes hurt the entire time. I'll go back to my two go-to places who at least treat you nice. She is not pushy like other nail salons I have been to who try to tell you what nails you should have done. I have had nail technicians try to change the shape of what I wanted or the color out of their own opinion. I love Lati's flexibility in giving me what I want and make it just how I pictured. She is a perfectionist when it comes to nails and that is what you want when you get your nails done.

Gel for pedi was $20 more which seemed a bit high. The mani felt more rushed and I got the service Saturday and Friday morning my gel was lifting. Normally, gel lifts from the cuticle, but this lifted and broke from the top. Not even a week! A few days later, they all started lifting and peeling. I've never had gel that lifted and peeled so easily. Usually I have to fight it to come off and thats after 3 weeks!

I said no. She said okay she'll book me but to please come early. I showed up at 5:20 and got started. The pedicure wasn't all that great, the leg massage was mediocre and the bottom of my feet weren't worked on at all. I was asked twice in ten minutes when the other person would be coming and I said shortly but that all she needed was a nail polish change. When she got there they tried to tell her she couldn't do just a polish change and had to do a pedicure. After she said no they started talking about us right in front of us! Oh and the best part was they were so rushed but we were done by 6:08pm JUST so she can start a pedicure on another male staff employee. Very rude, extremely unprofessional and will not be going there again.
