All of the staff is kind and welcoming. We've been personally going to Crystal, my son loves her, & I appreciate her! She has her barbers license, is super quick ,and does great work every time! Crystal has gotten to know what we like for him and does a great job every time. The business itself is clean with a good amount of parking. This afternoon I walked by Scored to check the hours of operation for Thursdays; it's clearly posted in the Windows that they close at 6:00 p.m. I drove back over and arrived at 4:45 pm. Much to my frustration there was a close sign in the window, yet the shop science were all lit up and there was customers inside.. it's very frustrating that I took the time to come specifically here to get my haircut I was here way before the hours of operation before they close at 6:00 p.m. if you want employees and customers out of your store by 6:00 p.m. then perhaps maybe you should simply say that you are closed at 5:30 straight across the board. That way you don't give a customers the impression that you are open later on certain days. I have been coming here since 2013 to get my haircuts and just in the last couple of years I've noticed a change of ownership and the customer service here and their lack of sticking with the actual hours of operation is a constant problem. I will not be bringing myself back here or any family and friends for business. It's very frustrating to drive over here when you were just there just a few minutes before and you could clearly see the hours of operation. read more

Not sure who cut my sons hair but he will never be getting a haircut here again. My husband took him while I was work. We NEVER get him lined up in the front. This lady decided to take it upon herself & butcher his hairline. I don't even know how this can be fixed. Hoping it grows out FAST. Replying to the owner: Of course my husband knows what a line up is. They got the same haircut except my husbands line up is nice & what a line up should look like. My sons line up looks like up side down stairs. They had two different stylists so maybe the one that cut my sons hair should learn how to do line ups. read more

I'd like to start with I'm 45 years old and have been getting the same fade hair cut for 24 years. Maybe I should try something else but it works for me. I've been going to the same gal for 15 years and she's awesome and know one in town seems to be able to give me a decent fade. This year she's been out of town a lot so I've had to go else where to get a hair cut. And I get one every week. I'm very happy to say I've actually had 3 hair cuts from 3 different girls here and they have all been great. I'm very impressed with how clean and nice it is inside. So my son has got his hair cut here sense his first one .... I know they close at 6pm .... I walked threw the door at 520 pm the lady in the front booth told me they close at 6 I said I know.... she tells me it would be a after hours cut .... I said so you can't do it a she said yes but it will double in price .... hair cuts are 18 dollars i usually give them 30 the rest for a tip .... so again I walked in at 520 ..... she wanted 40 to cut his hair .... This place used to be the go-to place for my friends and I until today. I always appreciated the customer service and always left with a great haircut I loved. However today, 5/29/2019, I came in after a long shift at Panda Express because I needed a haircut before my sisters graduation and was greeted very rudely and told that they weren't cutting hair anymore for the day. I could understand if there were a lot of people ahead of me as it was 5:00 when I came in and the posted closing time was 6:00 but there were only two customers sitting ahead of me. I will not support a business that runs like that. If you want to close at 5, then close at 5 but don't lie to your loyal customers and say you close at 6 but refuse service at 5. Absolutely ridiculous and I will not be returning and will tell everyone I know looking for a haircut NOT to come to Scores Haircuts. read more

So. Haircuts can be daunting with a little guy who has sensory issues to overcome. (Hair combing. Tooth brushing, etc) with that said, I have brought my son here for the last few years and we always see Rae, she is always professional and friendly, and he isn't the biggest fan of haircuts, she put his mind at ease, talked with him the whole time, and his haircut is always on point. You can totally tell she's a Mama and knows how to talk to kids who are scared of haircuts. After our first experience we were not sure we would go back (Previously we had seen another stylist who was rude, rushed and we left unhappy.) I am glad we found Rae! I'd like to add "I'm not sure who wrote that horrible review but we saw Rae on saturday and her behavior was not that and we have never seen that type of attitude from her. read more

Come here when am in a rush since is near my house. They are always rotating the ladies that work there so consistency depends on that. Generally they have good service and they have lots of tvs with either sports or cartoons for kids. They have free drinks, wash and hot towel. I have never had a problem with my sons haircuts, they will do everything they can to give you the best haircut, and even give you some tips. On the last visit they even etched a spiderweb into my sons hair, and he is still going around showing people. Took my grandson for a haircut today 1/23/19. The hair stylist rushed a razor around his head and cut his ear! My grandson started crying. She took a towel and dapped his ear to stop the blood. I asked for a first aid kit, which she replied they had none. She then told my 8 yr old grandson that he moved and that was why he got cut. My grandson was so distraught and she continued to tell him not to move. She lacked empathy and should not be working with kids...I will never go back to scores! read more

The barbers at scores are all so nice and as soon as you walk in they acknowledge your presence right away even if they are busy with a haircut they still greet you and let you know if your next or if your requesting a specific barber. Okay so I have to start off with saying this location of scores is under New Management. And because of this fact this is the one of the main reasons why I continue to go to this store. Kayla, the new owner, is always friendly and works really hard to make sure every time I come in that my haircut is just perfect. I've read some reviews where mom's bringing their bratty little kids to get a haircut and leave disappointed because they think the barber or hair stylist is supposed to calm your kid down. They try and make their kids hair look great, but if your kid won't sit still then you only have yourself to blame. I know it's a hard task but you can't blame the establishment. They obviously want your return business and are going to do whatever they can to make it right. I may beoff on my view but if your kid is a troubled kid maybe you should learn to cut his hair for the first ten years of his life. Not everything has to be perfect and not everything has to be about you. I continue to send all of my clients and friends to this location and I believe you're getting a smokin' deal for the service they provide here. I was their first shave client when they got there barbering license and it was a great experience. I can't thank Lisa enough for the wonderful customer service, sweet patience, and kindness she gave us. I took my 4 year old son who absolutely hated haircuts every since he got one at 2 years old. I had to give him haircuts at home and even then, it was a struggle. I decided it was time to expose him to a public place again. We got to Scores and right away Lisa greeted us with a friendly smile. She played with my son and showed him her hair equipment so that he felt comfortable. When it was time to begin the haircut, of course I was extremely nervous. She talked to him the entire time. She truly is amazing.
