Took our 2 year old son here to get his first haircut. Cassidie allowed him to sit in my husband's lap while she worked on him, which was so helpful for our son who was a little fearful. She was gentle, patient & super efficient. I couldn't believe how fast she was able to get us in and out while also ensuring our son got a great haircut. She even set aside a lock of his hair (I had forgotten to ask!) and gave it to us with a "first haircut" card for his baby book. Highly recommend taking your kids to Cassidie! If you ever want to envision what your toddler will look like with a receding hairline, this is the place to go! We have been going here for my son's haircuts for over a year, and my fiancé told the lady that this haircut is important because we're getting married in less than a week; he comes home with this. Edit: I just want to point out that I have had great experiences at Scores. I have taken my son here for over a year and have recommended them many times. One bad haircut does not define a company, although timing for this is poor since I am getting married on Tuesday, and my son will have this haircut for photos. I will not go back due to an encounter on the phone with the owner. I politely texted the owner, who called me back and offered to have another stylist look it over and try to fix it before the wedding. Then, shortly after, while I am feeding my son dinner, I get a another phone call from the owner; however, this time, it was a 16 minute rant about him being upset with me posting my son's haircut on social media, regret offering to remedy the problem because of it, and blaming my fiancé for the bad haircut citing that wives sending in husbands with the kids for haircuts usually results in miscommunication and mothers being upset over the haircuts. Yeahhhhhhhh, no. I don't know why I sat there and listened for 16 minutes; I should have known that it is difficult to reason with someone when the person is upset. However, if you do go to Scores, my tip is to try to catch Cassidie (she was the reason why we kept going back). She's very professional, patient, and great with kids. read more

My hairstylist moved to another city and I was nervous to go anywhere else as she was my hairstylist for the longest time. I took a chance and went to this location. "JAY" welcomed me into the shop with opening arms and made me feel like home from the start. He is super approacable, sociable, knowledgeable, cuts in minutes and a talented stylist. I told him what I normally get. He recommended another style and I loved the idea. He kept a conversation going with me the whole time and kept my focus away from the mirror which can be hard to do when you try a new stylist. He was knowledgeable in his cuts and held his clippers in confidence which made me feel at ease. Afterwards I got to see what I looked like and the outcome was "AMAZING,INCREDIBLE and UNBELIEVABLE!" I went back a few more times and I received the same great work from him! He doesn't take any shortcuts and makes sure you leave loving your haircut! Took my 2 sons to get haircuts. One stylist did a wonderful job with one son & the other butchered my other son's hair. My poor son left with tears in his eyes & his hair cut was so short & horrible that there is nothing left to do but grow it out. This place really is a coin toss as to whether you will get a good hair cut unless you know & prefer a particular stylist. I would give this place one star if not for the one young stylist who gave my youngest son a decent hair cut. Unfortunately we will not be returning again. My one son would have been better off had I cut his hair at home with clippers. It would have been a step above what he got done "professionally" at this place. read more

Unless you want to deal with completely unprofessional people that don't know what they're doing and want I completely different haircut than what you ask don't come here. Lady did my hair way too fast and started cutting before I was even finished describing the king of cut I was getting. Her measurements were way off and she wasn't willing to own up to the fact that she did it wrong. Still had to pay full price for this BS cut. Would not recommend coming here.
