He should understand that as men we want to look good for whatever the occasion may be. I showed him the style I wanted. As a professional he should have said he could not do it. But he proceeded to do the job of the most lazy person you can encounter. I should have read the reviews others have given him. $30 for less than 15 minutes of work and the quality of it? It is an embarrassment! I hope more people post their reviews about Ruben as I'm sure there are a lot more out there who were treated unfairly. Please find yourself another place and barber.

Our barber took on another client before us. I always make an appointment so I can plan my time accordingly. Being a new client she might have assumed it was okay for us to wait but I believe it's good business practice to honor people with appointments and possibly ask the walk in to possibly return later or wait. I assume he just walked in because he attempted to pay with a card when her confirmation text clearly tells us to bring cash, Zelle or Venmo.
