Hair cut bad and wait way too long. Granted I came in as a walk-in the wait was way too long. I came in at 1:30pm was told to return at 2:30pm. I returned at 2:25pm and was told it would be a little longer since the barber was still working on the previous client. I waited until 3:25pm to be seated. Hair cut was not done well that another barber had to step in a fix the hair cut. Terrible service. read more

I had to update my review. Kyle isn't here anymore, so I started going to Tiffany. No disrespect to Kyle because he is good, but Tiffany is the best/my favorite barber I've ever had. Sitting in her chair is just flat out fun, and I always look forward to my chair time with Tiffany. I've never had a barber who pays so much attention to my beard. When she's done with my beard there is NEVER one hair out of place. Because of Tiffany I actually have a hairstyle right now and that's pretty cool. Right now Tiffany has me looking like the best me, and for what I'm going through I didn't think that was possible. It's that extra confidence her cuts give me that set her apart from other barbers. You can book an appointment online, it's a super simple process. You can pick whatever services you want, barber you want, and see all of the prices right there. It seems like they're always open and always have appointment available. I was really prepared to not like my experience. I'm not what you would call a "guy's guy." But I'd grown tired of unhappy experiences at chain haircut places and started to wear a beard. Let me say - I was blown away. I don't typically like places with such an overtly masculine atmosphere, but I knew I needed a barber and not a stylist, so I gave this place a shot. I got there about 5-10 minutes before my appointment time, and Kyle apologized that it would be a short wait. I was in my chair by my appointment time! As far as what I wanted to do with my hair - I knew exactly what I wanted. But Kyle made a few suggestions and explained why I should do it that way, and I could't be happier with my hair. Kyle then started to talk to me about my beard - and I just told him - "you're the pro, I just want it cleaner and to look nice." I wish I could post before and after pictures, but I forgot to take a before. I've never gotten so many compliments and more than once person has asked me where I go - and I left three hours ago! Needed a post C-19 haircut/shave/cleanup and this is my neighborhood barbershop. Sara had an appointment the next morning so I made a reservation. The experience was absolutely delightful. Took about an hour for cut, beard work, and shave. Treated like royalty the whole time. Left feeling relaxed and ready for the day. I would note that the music in the shop is definitely for the metal head, but that fits me just fine. read more

Made an appointment with Kyle as a first time client for my son to no avail. After waiting 45 min after the appointment time for my son we were told that the next appointment was there & we could be accommodated for a real quick 15 min hair cut. Did NOT instill ANY confidence as a new client to be given a possible sub standard haircut in order to accommodate another client who also made an appointment. I left disgusted & very upset that my time was wasted after waiting 45 min after MY appointment time. Not one to normally write bad reviews but was very upset that my time was not as respected as the client before me & after me. read more
