Absolutely no pride in their work. Did she sneeze while cutting the back of his hair? Then not bother to fix it? read more

Scores Haircuts - Barbers Near Me - Ripon, California

We took our 5 year old (who hates haircuts) and Kimmy cut his hair. She was awesome! So kind and patient with our boy, and gave him a great haircut too. Will be back and recommend to others. read more

Great place for a haircut! Popped in here for the first time with my son to get a haircut for him, and it was a great experience! I didn't get the name of our stylist, but she was so sweet and patient with my son. She listened to what we wanted, gave feedback when I asked for it, and was overall a great stylist to work with. There were only two stylists working on a Sunday, but they were both very polite to all of their customers, which goes a long way with me. His haircut cost $25, and I was totally happy to pay that, plus a tip! The place was clean, they had a kid's show playing for the children, and they also had a nice playlist playing for adults. Will definitely come here again! read more

We have had the best experience taking my son here to see Mariah! We took him to her for his first haircut when he was less than a year old and she was so great with him! Not only was she patient and so good with him but his hair also looked great! I don't know how she does it with him moving his head to try to look at everything but we just went in for his second cut and she did just as great of a job! Grateful we found our new go to haircut person for him! read more

I have been visiting Neelam for a couple years now. Her cuts are consistent and service is great. I enjoy coming into Scores. Neelam, Rita, and staff are always energetic and a lot fun. read more

Excellent place, very friendly and they did a great job on my hair. 5 stars. I highly recommend this place. Reasonable prices.

Hairstylist barb is talented and super friendly! I would recommend to anyone who wants a great cut

They gave my son a high and tight with bangs!!! We will not be going here again. Not sure why he was shaved all the way past the crown of his head or why his entire rear cowlick was shaved off, it looks horrible. The front is trimmed straight across like bangs . We will be going to a barber in Salida to have him fix this and not be going back. I'm also not sure if the owner is aware, but my husband has been turned away several times as a walk in 45 min before they close if there are 1 or 2 people waiting which is very unprofessional. read more

Scores Haircuts - Barbers Near Me - Ripon, California

Really unfortunate as well as completely unfair to post old reviews. Since Neelam took over ownership of this franchise, 2+ years ago and hired her amazing staff, there should never be a negative review. Every five weeks I walk out amazed at her talent and skill in styling hair and beards. Please YELP, discard old and invalid reviews. read more

I absolutely love this place!! So clean and the always get my cut just right!! I like my fade tight and they never let me down. This time I got my beard trimmed up too. My son only want to get his hair cut there too. They keep his skater cut looking hella clean! read more

Absolutely love these gals!! Great atmosphere and very welcoming. Never left this place unsatisfied. Ya wanna get faded up come thru and one of these gals will hook you up. read more

Scores in Ripon outstanding place to get a haircut. As soon as you walk in someone warmly greets you. I've had my haircut by a few different stylists. They all have done a great job. The star of the show is Neelum. She is a 10! Outstanding fades and cuts. Her customer service is top-notch. Also, the shop does a great job with kids' cuts. read more

Avoid this place! We've had the misfortune of coming here a few times I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but they are terrible. These chicks have zero customer service skills. If you find yourself in a pinch and don't have the time to make it to reputable quality shop then plan to be there no later than 5P it doesn't matter if the sign states "Walk-Ins Welcome" or "No Appointment Necessary" or that they close at 6P M-F. These lazy ladies will send you away. It's a mystery that can actually give a basic decent cut since they make it absolutely obvious they don't want to cut your hair. They act like they are doing you a favor by cutting your hair even when they mess up they act like your an inconvenience. Oh and be certain before you sit down how much they are going to change you because they seem to all charge different rates based on their mood. read more

Neelam is the best great quality, listens to what you want done and executes every time, goes way above and beyond your typical haircut. Quality conversations and a relaxing vibe when your sitting in the chair. Best taper and beard service in town and the other Ladys are just as good. Can't go wrong with a cut from any of them. read more

Great last 2 visits, they are very friendly and know how to cut hair! My new favorite local spot.

This is the only place my husband and son go to for their haircut! They love Neelam!! She is amazing! She is so great with my 4 year old son! She is so nice and kind and so patient with him. She always makes him laugh and smile. (He doesn't like the buzzing noice) lol. My husband always makes sure she is working. He loves the way she gets his fade so tight and close. He always says she's the best for the job! read more

Thank you Neelam for always taking care of my son's hair! She's always so patient and makes sure that he is comfortable with the process. Best customer service! read more

I love going here to get my haircut. All the gals are great, but Neary is the best! You pay more for a cut here, but you also get a wash, hot towel, and a free drink. I definitely recommend this place to others. read more

Saw the bad reviews for getting turned away before they close. Same thing here except got turned away a half hour before closing and didn't seem that busy. It Was our first time and last time going there. Don't know how well they cut hair but customer service is S**t. Won't be back. read more

Worst service ever, so rude I am never going back there again The wait is so long and they do horrible with haircuts. read more

Don't bother if you're not family or friends. They ignore anyone else. They say they don't take appointments, but will ignore the sign-up sheet for anyone. read more

SUPER disappointed with my Son's hair cut. Sides are uneven, lines are not even close to being straight....not sure what is going on at this place but we will not be returning...EVER. read more

Went there on Mother's Day to get my child a hair cut. My son is 2.5 years old. Was told by the staff that my son was being neglected because he had some tangles in his hair and moreorless was a bad parent. The stylists on duty were Alisha and Michelle. When I told them they were being inappropriate and asked them for the owner Jason's number, they refused to give his number saying they owned the place and the had freedom of speech. They then told us to get the "f" out. I asked for their license numbers that were not posted. When I took a picture of the legal owners name posted on place of business, they said they would not five his info and he wouldnt believe us anyway. I live in Ripon and have.met Jason before. Next time I see him I will personally let him know about what his employees are doing.to his business. read more

I brought my 3 year old nephew who refuses haircuts. Alisha had so much patience with him. Turned on sponge bob to keep him distracted as well as showing him the clippers were a race car. She gave him two lolly pops so he couldn't put his hands on his head. For a wild kid who refused she got the job done!! Thank you so much!! Will be coming back again. read more

I took my first teenage son there because his original barber was to busy. The lady was nice but completely butchered His hair. Few days ago same situation, our barber was busy. I took my other son to Scores and told the lady to TRIM his hair. She completely butchered His hair. He's now wearing a hat. She wasn't friendly at all. I always support local business. But this place we will not be visiting again. read more

The hubby took our son (3 yo) to get a haircut. They arrived 18 min before closing and were rudely turned away. My son has gotten his hair cut there many times before and literally takes them 5-7 min (our son is pretty cooperative and sits very still). He was having picture day at school the next day. Was pretty bummed on how they treat repeat costumers...well, we no longer will be back! read more

Rieda always does a fantastic job, even though I come in not sure of what I want, and with my hair a complete mess.

Went there for a normal haircut came out looking like I was on my way to the military! By far the worse haircut I have ever gotten! Won't be going back any time soon. read more

Kenzie is the best. Always friendly and does great work. Letty is also amazing. Don't know what they make but give them a raise! They deserve it. Great atmosphere. Good vibes. Good sports channels on the tv's. I recommend this establishment to all my family and friends. read more

These guys are awesome. We always get great haircuts and the wait times are reasonable. We love that we get a free drink and shampoo with every visit too. Best place in town highly recommended. read more

Neelam who did my haircut did a amazing job and was very nice. Far better than my experience at the DMV.

I go to scores because Letty is amazing and has never given me a bad cut. I have been coming here for over five years now but this place is starting to go downhill. The last several times I have gotten my haircut there, it has been a almost an hour wait despite it not being that busy and during a mid day during the work week. Time to start searching for a new place to go. read more

I get my hair cut here on a regular basis. Usually about twice a month. I take my son in there to get his first hair cut this morning and they tell me this is a Barbour shop they only do men hair cuts. They have a race car in there to do kids hair cuts. I told my wife to wait so we could go into scores because I knew my son would love the car. If you don't want to do the hair cut then say that. Does she really think anyone in there right mind would believe that? I will never return. There's probably a good reason why it's always slow. read more

My 3 1/2 old son loved going in the race car and that they played a show for him while he sat there. I was amazed because whenever we cut his hair whether it be me or a professional it's always snot and tears and a big ole horrible ordeal but when I took him here he was perfect! Not a tear in sight! They did a great job with him... will be back! read more

Great spot! Me and my son both go regularly and we are are happy. Great staff, and haircuts are on point.

Worst experience ever! Was told to wait an hour. After the hour was up sat down for a haircut only to be told she could not do a short finger length on the top. Told me I should find someone who is anorexic to cut my hair as they have thinner fingers! Completely Rude. read more

High school starts tomorrow and my son needed a haircut. We showed up at 6:50, ten min to close...... and we're denied service. Went to Supercuts instead, they close at 8. If I was the owner of Scores, I would be disappointed that I have a business with employees getting paid but won't go the extra mile for him to get paid or their customers needs. read more

Love the professional people there. Never had a bad haircut yet. Love the tv action and relaxing atmosphere

go in on Monday and Tuesdays ask for Letty! cuts it right all the time....

went in for a haircut showed lady a pic totally failed then blamed me for not bringing in a better pic, the shape of my head, and the fact that i had never been there before so she didnt know how to cut my hair. She was a straight idiot. and she tried to over compensate for her mediocre job by rubbing my head a whole bunch a times. i should have known what i was in for when she said she liked cutting men's hair over womens because if the haircut doesnt come out good that most men dont care. Well I guess most men that go in there must not give a crap about how they look. Avoid this place like the plauge. if there were a way to give this place no stars i would. That lady needs to be fired, and they wonder why no one goes in there. i guess she just wanted to go back to eating her mcflurry btw learn to use the comb thats why my fade came out looking busted. read more
