While I was there I was going to pick up some office supplies but their prices are outrageous! $3 for a spiral notebook, $2 for a ball point pen, even a simple folder was expensive. I really don't know how they remain in business with the prices they charge. The employees sit by the register and ask you if you need help as you're exiting the store - not very proactive. Thankfully I was savvy enough to figure out the directions for printing from the directions given on the printer. Next time I'll just go to the library. It's cheaper @ the staff is much more helpful.

They had tons available, and the salesman took me around the building describing the different models they had, their condition, etc. He even said that if I liked a chair but it had something like a scuff on the arms, they could pull an arm from a different chair and replace it. I bought it some time ago, but the chair is still obviously in great shape, because it's a Herman Miller, and I saved $600-$700. Very happy with the purchase, the business, and the people, and would highly recommend going here.

A day later, they called me to tell me that those error were irreparable, saving me not only the trip to their store but also the $75 they charge an hour for diagnosis/repairs. They even said they wished everybody will send them error codes and troubleshooting done to their equipment, to save money and time when there's nothing to be done. HONESTY at its best. I've also called other repair shops before I called RSD and they were way pricier. So, good pricing & honesty? They will be my go to for my printer troubles from now on.

They are willing to negotiate prices a little bit, also, even though their signs state otherwise. If you're short a couple of bucks, they'll let you slide.... I've purchased some high-quality, expensive office furniture in very good condition from here for only a fraction of the original cost. Like a solid cherry wood file cabinet by a top-name manufacturer for only $120.00, which would have cost me $600-700 new, and a solid wood large bookcase for only $65.00 which would have been two or three hundred new.
