Deputy Paul Digiovanni is an unqualified criminal in a cops uniform. I was assaulted and he responded by saying I was lying. I was never asked if I needed an ambulance or assistance. He refused to investigate my assault even though I have a medical diagnosis of assault. I had to take myself to the emergency room because I could barely walk or talk from strangulation.
