I know that other ADs do this too, but it's a deceptive practice and one which is hurting the watch industry. They now have a certified pre-owned section, which is priced at around 200% of the grey market value. I don't know who is going to spend $11,000 on a 30 year old, 36mm Datejust but certainly not anyone who knows the market. I still use them to browse and check out Tudors and their staff is always friendly: except the store manager - he's a bit sketchy. So, use them for window shopping, maybe jewelry - but not Rolex. They're just another AD who uses the list system to line their own pockets. Maybe Rolex will pull their license to sell someday.
