THANK YOU SO MUCH to Alyssa and the rest of the staff that helped me find my phone that mysteriously disappeared from my back pocket. She was just as concerned as I was for my phone. I can't thank you enough. We had a great time and their help made it all worth while. Thank you!!! -Laney H. read more

Establishment as a whole is clean and family friendly, however - the value for your money - not so much. You wait :15 - :30 mins between attractions and the value of the wristband. No bueno. read more

On 8/25/18 three friends and I went to Main Event to have a good night at 10:30PM. Second time to come to Main Event I believe it was a year or two ago... couldn't really remember why I didn't come here until last night... (oh yeah terrible customer service) Spent $285 total after the night, $65 on a bowling Lane the rest on drinks and food. The service was so awful and the employees did achkowlege is the whole time. First off we waited patiently in line to bowl and once we got up to the front the male and female talked to each other and did not even acknowledge us until about 4-5 minutes later looked up and finally asked how they could help us. Not very polite or acknowledgable. Secondly my friend and I went to the bar couldn't get any help we wanted a drink and pool balls so we pulled a waiter aside or someone who had Main Event attire on and asked how we could get pool balls while we waited on a bowling lane. The guy pointed at the bar and said "the people behind the bar can get you the balls", like he couldn't just get them himself. Walks off then goes to the kitchen - this wasn't too big of a deal just just alittle frustrating after we couldn't get anyone's attention at the bar Finally got a lane to bowl, had trouble with the waiters as they were not very nice and professional as we tried waiving two people down each one said they would get someone to take our order "mic them" finally 10 minutes later we had someone get our order down. Finally got what we ordered had to flag two other waiters down for waters and (what it seemed like) they did not want to do their job while they rather stand around and talk to the other waiters. This was my night and all four of us are not happy about our time at this place. Second time to be here and have had terrible service. Won't come back again, totally advise if you want to avoid this goto Andy B's or DaveNBusters just NOT this place!!!! read more

I took one of my nieces last night and we had an awesome time. We had to wait about 30 minutes before we got to do something but once we got signed up for everything we were on a roll. (We found the trick is to sign up for all of the stuff we wanted to do and when we were done with one we went back and signed up again since there was about an hour to an hour and a half on wait time)There is a little downtime between things once your done but it was perfect for restroom breaks food and games. We went on the summer fun passes and it was around $50 by the time we paid for our bowling shoes. But we played laser tag twice, she did the gravity ropes twice and we bowled 4 times (4 hours). You get a really nice lane with plenty of seating for a group. You can order food and drinks to the table. We got there around 5:30 and didn't leave until after 11pm (could have stayed and played some more bc they don't close until 2am if I wasn't so old ha ha!!) All in all a really nice place with really nice and helpful employee's. We had a great first experience and we constantly stayed moving. Highly recommend for a night out if you can go when they are running specials. The $50 was well worth it for all the fun we had and the amount of time we were there :) read more

Main Event Tulsa - Bowling Near Me - Tulsa, Oklahoma

See all

worst experience ever, will never visit again!!! the bowling alley was broken, could not even finish a game, the arcade cards quit working, the service was non-existent, the pool tables were unleavel, the shuffleboards did not work, it was just a sad situtation ... it was our christmas trip and i brought 10 grown kids to have a good time out and see the rhema lights but definately will never visit this place again read more

We were here for a work event... Wasn't sure what to expect... I have to say we had a great time. I enjoyed the laser tag. Kevin was great!!! Will definitely come back! read more

This place is so much fun! Tons of things to do! We played on the ropes course for a bit then went & played laser tag. We all realized halfway through the game that the guns weren't keeping score for anyone. So we asked the attendant, Kevin, for some help. He apologized then reset the guns & gave us an additional 20 minutes to play! read more

I actually like this place. It is family friendly and adult friendly all at the same time. The attractions can get a little pricey but when you go to these types of places what do you expect? Bowling, Shuffle board, tons of arcade games... Ropes Course AND Laser Tag!!! Whoo! Fun Fun for everyone. read more

Nice clean place. But there weren't enough staff to cover their restaurant and the pizza place served horrible pizza. The games were cool, a little expensive. And all game rooms need pinball! How could there be no pinball!? read more

I really like this place... However the last time I brought my wife and three kids here they were having a private event. There was a hostess that met us at the entrance and apologized and gave us five play cards and told us to come back... So tonight we returned only to discover the cards were blank. Customer service wasn't much help except to say "sorry there's nothing on these cards"... Lol, thanks for the free blank cards, I guess? They do say it's the thought that counts. read more

Today was our first time going. Our 8 year nephew had the best day ever. It's a nice family place to visit when the weather isn't so great out. My only complaint is the employees could be friendlier. Maybe explain the packs better. We had a great time and will return. The lazor tag was the funnest for my nephew. read more

For the most part, we were completely ignored in the restaurant. A greeter seated us. 15 minutes later someone else came by and told us who our server was. We never saw our server again. Only when I spotted a manager from across the room, and threw my hands up in a "I give up" gesture, did he send a server our way. This was at least 20 min after we sat down. Our party of three ordered our food, which turned out to be decent, but only two of us received cutlery and a napkin. When I asked for utensils and a napkin for the third person in our party, they eventually brought a small stack of cocktail napkins. I asked for our check, and placed the folded check holder upright on my table where it was ignored for another 20 min. Never coming back here again!!!! read more

Looks like they took away the wrist band that lets you do all activities for a single price. We came here looking to do that on a Saturday and was very disappointed to find out they were no longer doing that and we needed to pay forward all activities we wanted to do for an outrageous price. Very bad business choice, none of us will be going to Main Event anymore because this. Too bad cause it was awesome previously. Bad business decision on their part. read more

I visited Main Event with family on Sunday, April 29 at 9:48 pm and decided to order pizza for my son at the La Bella Pizza. I was very disappointed at how poorly it was managed. First all, the employees were all on break eating together. As soon as I as got in, he came to help me: 1) he didn't wash his hands. 2) he placed the food he was eating under the heating lamp where they kept the pizza throughout the day. After I placed my order, I sat there in the dining and wait. As I waited, the two male employees continued to eat and drink behind the counter and not caring if guest can see them. What's worst, one of the employee was licking his fingers. I waited 10 minutes and figured that's when my pizza should be ready. Then the associate took his food back (still licking his fingers as he walked back) and came out with my pizza in less than 20 seconds. That means he didn't wash his hands!!! Health Department requires all associates to wash their hands for 20 seconds with hot water after using the restroom, coming back from break and between task. That was just disgusting. read more

Restaurant service is terrible. Food was mediocre. It's all about the games and bowling.

My family & I had a awful experience here, which is very sad because it seemed like a fun place! It was our first time here & we all were treated with disrespect. We will not be going back. We got the pass to do bowling, laser tag, & the ropes course. Every single employee was rude & seemed like they were all miserable. If you're miserable at your job then don't work in a arcade where people go to have a good time with their family. The only nice employee we encountered was the bartender to get some waters & the manager. The rope course employees were rude & disrespectful. The laser tag employee, yelled at me for asking a question about the gun. When we went to the front desk, I asked an employee where we should get our bowling shoes & he showed me. We got in line, where he said, & stood there for 5 minutes in the front of the employee at the computer. She told us to get in the line where we were previously, which at this point had 20 people in it.. she was very rude and chose not to help us for no reason. At this point, we were over the disrespect, despite all the money we spent we left & will never return. Thank you Main Event for ruining our family day!!! read more

Too expensive, you can bowl and play laser tag and climb ropes with a $17.95 fee but then you have to rent bowling shoes separately. That is stupid since it is a must to wear them, it should be included. There are lots of video games to play but that is separate too. A family of five could easily spend $200.00 or more especially if you eat too. This is affordable for every weekend only for celebrations. read more

Terrible pick for any night! 2-3 hour wait for a $8 10-15 minutes of "fun"? Meanwhile good luck with finding a different form of entertainment. I suggest bring a book. read more

Big new place for arcade games, bowling, billiards and laser tag. Really nice and new decor. Staff was all friendly. Places like this aren't cheap, but they have good specials during the week and for happy hour. We came for my nephews birthday and the kids all had fun. They have bar food that is decent. The donut holes are really good and I recommend them! read more

My husband attended a company event at Main Event in Tulsa, OK. Had fun until he found out someone broke the lock on the passenger side of the truck and stole his jacket and a couple other things out of it. Who ever did it did this to one of his coworkers also. When they told the manager what happened he acted like it was no big deal. It is definitely a big deal because now WE have to pay to get the truck fixed. I know they lost this companies business, they should have stuck with Andy B's (which is where they were supposed to go. At least they seem to care about their patrons. read more

Super Disappointed too many out of order signs on the games. You would think an arcade of this magnitude would have a maintenance person on staff who kept the games repaired? Main Event you better step up your game if you want to survive and remain a popular attraction!!! read more

This was a very big disappointment. Advertise a "$5" unlimited bowling but don't mention shoe rental ($5 also each person) until you arrive since I called before arriving to get details. After traveling from BA for a first time visit, it was almost like a ghost town and now I know why! We had lanes that broke repeatedly - calling someone we were told the technician would be a while. The problem was, we were the only ones bowling ??? Then after locating someone on the second time we had to move to a completely different lane. Just was not any fun. Actually quite frustrating, and the arcade games are way too expensive for the time and entertainment provided. Several games didn't work and $100 later not worth it at all! I will never go back and won't recommend this place to anyone at all either! Just an expensive learning experience for our group. read more

Hubby's work did the company party at Main Event. This place was so much fun! It really is an adult Incredible Pizza! There was laser tag, zip lines, bowling, billiards and a full bar and menu! We had a great time!!! It's expensive, but it kills Dave & Buster's. read more

We stopped by with friends and family for a fun afternoon. The games all worked except one. The kids liked laser tag. The bad news: it was the worst service I've ever had, across the board. The man who ran the counter where you purchase cards and wrist bands was unbelievably rude and didn't want to honor the promotions they had running. He said they didn't do those promos they are for the other locations. I had to go to the website and show him Tulsa was showing they had the promos too. He rolled his eyes and tried to mansplain. It was obvious he didn't want to be there. Our waitress was also not happy to be working. She was annoyed that we ordered food (food was mediocre at best). She was curt and didn't refill drinks. We had to look for employees numerous times. If the kids wanted to play laser tag we had to hunt someone down. If the kids wanted to redeem tickets we had to hunt someone down. Same with drinks and food, we had to find someone. They were all sequestered in the glass offices at the front of the building. I should add there were several employees there but no one was actually working. I wish I could give a better review. The games were fun and the place was clean, parking was ample. Service was terrible. read more

Never coming here again. Worst service ever. Kid At the front desk (Kyle?) after being so rude tried charging $67 (it was $34) for half game of bowling.. (30 min. You pay by time not game so we were half way through a game and it shut off.) then he was flicking my credit card on counter bending it and when I asked him to stop he continued and said "oh it's a habit."... We ordered nachos.. Gross.. Go to QT instead... Completely overpriced which wouldn't be an issue if the staff was actually nice... Unbelievable how rude they all are!!! Worst. Place. Ever. Great idea... Horrible employees! Worstttt ever!! Except for the sweet girl at pizza counter she was a doll! read more

We had our son's birthday here today. It was awesome! They were organized without making us feel rushed moving from one activity to the next. The pizza was good and the staff friendly. Our party attendant, Brooke, was great with the kids and reliable with requests. We added extras at the last minute and it was no big deal and went smoothly. I am having health issue and couldn't have asked for a more stress-free party for my son. We will definitely be going back! read more

The sales staff has changed since Oct 2016. I had my b-day party there during this time, and I WAS planning on having my daughters b-day this comping April 2017. NOT ANYMORE... OMG the staff they have now is in their Group Sales Depart SUCKS. I was sent a flyer for a teen parties with some great rates but then later after long wait time. I was told that package was no longer available. Of course she offered another package at a much higher rate. REALLY the old sales car dealer trick (bate and switch).Well it didn't work and I will not be using MAIN EVENTS Tulsa for anything and I will be spreading the word to everyone about the jack up service that was provide. They need to higher the person back that was their last year.. because the person they have now is not even up to the job at all. read more

We are from San Diego and were in Tulsa visiting family when we decided to take all of the kids to check this place out. We had SO much fun! The ropes course was super fun (I even got up there!), laser tag was pretty awesome too! We bowled, played games, got prizes, it was just an overall super fun place! Everything was very clean, the employees were all super nice and very helpful, the overall place was organized and it was a great atmosphere to be in. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely be back the next time we are in town. Keep up the great work! read more

Beware of pricing inconsistencies. We went to play a few games of shuffleboard. There was some confusion as to where to get the pucks from, the main check out desk directed us to the bar. I did observe that billiards were listed at $6.75 no mention as to whether that was nightly or hourly. The bartender handed over the pucks with no mention of pricing or guidelines. We played leisurely and really enjoyed ourselves until we checked out and were told it was $16 an hour. Yeah, we won't be back. Ever. read more

Would be nice if staff was friendlier. They act like it's an inconvenience to assist anyone and we've been there multiple times. Every time we walk in the people at the desk just stand there typing on their computers. Whatever happened to a hello, or be right with you! And getting a waitress or anyone in the cafe is a 15+ minute ordeal if you go on the weekends. The only ones that are ever helpful or friendly are the ropes course or laser tag assistants read more

I recommended this place for a fun double date night with some friends. My husband and I have been three of four times in the last two months and have never had a bad experience. Well, Im upset to say that this was not the case last night. Between all four of us we dropped over $150 on the summer passes, drinks, and food. While we were patient with the long wait times to get our drinks and slow service BC we understood the servers/bartenders were busy. The reason why I'm contacting you now is due to a situation that went down with one of your employees named Colton. He was a rude fellow, about 5'8, with a short haircut and glasses. My friend and I were setting at a high top table by the shuffle board tables, we were waiting for our husbands to bring another round of beer and holding the table. Out of nowhere Colton comes up and without an excuse me or apology, interrupts my friend and I's conversation and tells us we HAVE to get up off of our barstools because he is setting up for an event the next day and he needed the barstools. I looked around at the empty barstools all around us and didn't understand, I asked Colton if he was joking-I have never been told before that I had to hand over my chair, I have never been treated this way in my life as a paying customer. ESPECIALLY FOR AN EVENT THAT WASNT EVEN STARTING UNTIL THE NEXT DAY. He said he was not joking and to get off my chair and hand it over. I then asked, well are you not going to bring us a replacement barstools to set on? He said NO and acted like I was crazy for expecting decent customer service. So I then told him no, I will not get up and I will not hand it over and to give my friend her barstool back. He preceded to not give my friend back her barstool or bring her another seat. Turned his back on us rudely, and left without another response to my requests. I couldn't find a floor manager and didn't want to ruin the night further for our friends so we went to play laser tag. All four of us went inside the room to get our guns and were treated like crap by the teenage girls running the game. They wouldn't help us get our guns working, they wouldn't explain how the game works, just said well get out there what do you expect from us. Honestly, after that we were all so dismayed and upset from the lack of respect and customer service that we all just left. I will never recommend this place for a fun Friday night date spot again. We will be spending our hard earned money at Dave and Busters, Flying Tee, or the casino. I've never experienced this caliber of disrespect and unprofessionalism in the entertainment industry in all of Tulsa. Thanks for making me eat my good words about your establishment, for insulting us all as paying customers, and most of all, thank you Colton for ruining an evening of followship with good friends. I really regret that we didn't leave sooner and wasted so much money in a place that doesn't appreciate their repeat customers. read more
