The $39.99 combo got me $35 worth of play, 10 delicious bone-in wings, fries, and ranch. On Sunday they had 2-for-1 play; we had to leave well before all our game money was spent. The Bad: D&B has never been quite as fun since The Tank Game went away. They need to bring it back! The kids had a blast (11 & 6 yo) & we were able to load up a couple of cards and follow the kiddos around winning tickets galore & having a blast! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted & explained how everything works. Eating area on right & games on left & behind the bar. ACs were pumping & it felt very comfortable to settle in and stay a while! All of the games were lit up with all the bells and whistles. We didn't try the food but the drinks were great (full bar) & food looked delicious! They also have darts & shuffle board areas that looked super fun! We visited recently for a friend's birthday. They were in the middle of remodeling a section of the game floor so things were blocked off. They converted a part of the bar seating into shuffleboard "party rooms" - the restaurant feels so closed off and weird now with that remodel. And there appear to be less games. Our server was also the bartender so she would disappear for a bit - wasn't a big deal until our food arrived and was incorrect, and we needed to get her attention. The menu has changed a few times the last couple of years, and this change was not for the better. The menu is mostly bar type snacks - makes sense, there is a bar, but the variety of choices they used to have were better. One of the workers was insanely rude to my husband when he was asking a question about his outdated game card. I told him he should have asked to speak to a manager - we're not Karens, but this was bad enough it should have been brought to her manager's attention so she could go through hospitality training again. This location isn't as good as it used to be. We'll probably give it another shot in the future, but this visit was enough for a while. read more

My friend, G, and I went to go take a break from the monotony of Thursday and entered right after they opened. G has autism and being in crowded places can be difficult, but this was perfect for us. Only a few other people had slid in right at opening so we didn't have to worry about drink swiping (people watch your glasses when you set them down) and tantrums. food - i'd visited the venue for a sensory-friendly birthday party event hosted by an organization named jbtl that sponsors and coordinates monthly birthday party events to celebrate children on the autism spectrum. therefore, the hospitality of the event venue in hosting the party and accommodating the children and adult guests on the autism spectrum was already satisfying to me, but when the first server i'd encountered asked me if i'd want a complementary beverage, i was additionally pleased. and the half and half tea i'd got was very refreshing. then, to give some appreciation for the complementary drink, i'd also placed an order at the bar-top counter of pretzel sticks, served with a side of thai caramel sauce and side of white cheese sauce. i'd offered the pretzels to a few of the volunteers near me, one of whom told me it tasted good even without the dipping sauce. i tasted a pretzel without the sauce too, and agree it still has a good taste that way, though i'd tried each sauce, and both added good complementary flavor. the thai sauce presented a form of sweet and spicy on the opposite end of the taste spectrum of which such a sauce falls on the savory side, whereas the pretzel dipping sauce was more sweet, with subtle spice. and the white cheese sauce struck a balance between stadium style nacho cheese sauce and tex-mex style queso, with the only suggestion i'd give being that the cheese sauce thickens into a film-like top layer rather quickly. nonetheless, i'd recommend the pretzel sticks with dipping sauce as an appetizer or a main dish for anybody dining at the restaurant. service - the service was quick and friendly in fulfilling the request for a drink and for food. i'm particularly thankful for the server who fulfilled the drink request displaying skilled customer service by commenting that the half and half tea is his favorite kind of tea from the restaurant. ambiance - the ambiance was lively with the celebration, though not overwhelming sensorily or in regard to attendance. i was glad to see the children and adults at the event having fun and being treated with dignity and respect by the workers at the event venue, as well as the event sponsors and coordinators. read more

My best friend and I have been coming to Dave and Busters since we were in high school and we return every year, mostly for the nostalgia and food. Honestly, the food is better than what I get at fancy restaurants but for half the price. Their menu changes frequently so last time I was there I got a rice and vegetable dish that wasn't on the menu this week and I got a sandwich that was pretty good, but a little dry. This particular D&B is below standards. There's nothing truly exciting about it. I use to love D&B. Bowling, pool tables, and they had the largest selection of games for adults and kids. Some of the games had collected dust and were malfunctioning. I purchased two cards and my credits decreased faster than my nephews, but we played the same games at the same time. read more

Went here with some colleagues and we had dinner and then played games. The prizes are actually for adults and children so they were some really great prizes. It is a little expensive to play games but it was so much fun the adult size hungry hippo game is amazing and the food is also really good. This is a great place to go for a meal and entertainment all in one. The food is consistently good here. Though I would say they change the menu so often that you may see some of your go-to meals replaced. (Bring back the build your own tacos please! or the mango fire chicken!) but alas, there are plenty of delicious eats to be had. I enjoy the Bang-Bang Chicken, fire grilled salmon and any of their burgers or chicken dishes are spot on here. The one thing I have tried that I didn't care for are the chicken won-ton nachos. The flavors sound great, they just barely had any toppings on them and the wontons were a little too done, so you just got a burnt flavor. The gaming section is a lot of fun, and they are constantly adding new games to promote current pop culture trends. I usually like to stick to the basic carnival-esque games, but I'll occasionally dabble in the shooter games. The tickets you earn can be used to put towards plenty of adult themed prizes like video games, and, well...Okay, so the rest of the stuff is toys and candy, but you can see why. Even though they try to bill D&B as an adult swim sort of establishment, don't be fooled, it will be full of kids at all times of the day. Bottom line, in an area where there isn't much to do other than shop or eat, this is a nice place to go and just have fun for a bit. We've been coming here for the last few years and I've had nothing but a great experience until this last time when we went on Wednesday. We went to celebrate a birthday and it was 8 at night. There was only one other table that was actually sat down(and no one at the bar). We were told to scan the barcode and to order from that. No one ever came to introduce themselves or ask if we need anything. You also have to close out your tab every single time, so if you want another drink open up another tab on your phone. I really didn't like it but you had to do the tip right then and there... I wanna hundred percent think there should be an option to keep it open especially if you're having to do it on your phone. When The bartender brought us our drinks she never once said who had "This drink" she literally said the name of the drink set it down for each drink, never smiled & never once asked if we needed anything. It was almost like we were an inconvenience to her. When our appetizers came out Eric was extremely friendly and asked if we needed anything else, I asked if we could get some waters which he got and then he was also the one to bring out our food. He definitely made our experience better than what it was. Obviously the games are great we went on half price night there was hardly anyone there. Worst service I have ever received, especially on Veteran's day. My brother & I drove 45 minutes into town to are celebrate our service together. Are we still living in the 'back from nam' era where the general public hates on vets? Their service seemed like it. It took 17 minutes for the bar tender to acknowledge our presence then 20 minutes for her to take our drink order. Then 24 minutes for her to take our food order. Then said for the vets deal it was "food" up to $20, so not $20.99 or over, but under $20 for the meal. First we were paying for drinks - so we're not just getting free food. Second, she didn't specify it was entree only. Just anything off the menu under $20. I got two appetizers and my brother got an entree and we split everything. When she hands me the bill mine is $23, and my brothers is $12 - just his drink. I was confused and said "why is mine $23, I thought it was anything under $20?" And she shakes her head no and didn't further proceed with explaining why? So my brother asked if he could pay for half of mine, and she brings back a check that is $18. I'm sorry but really??? Half of $23 isn't 18, I'm 100% sure a 2nd grader would've known that it's $11.50 give or take after taxes. Needless to say, you guys are a pretty horrible establishment allowing this to be continued - your bartender has no sense of time management, or any skill whatsoever. As for the manager, if you're angry or upset, you should refrain from full throttle chunking a beer glass into a sink and chattering it right by your customers. Try to do that in the back where no patrons are around or better yet, outside. Had an awesome experience here last night 8/26/2017 for the Mayweather vs McGreggor fight, we had called earlier and bought 3 of the $25 tickets which guaranteed us a seat to view the fight, we arrived around 8:30pm and the place was packed out, we got our wristbands and got seated at our table. They had this event very organized our tickets included unlimited games with the player cards provided and also raffle tickets, we played some games and took a seat we ordered drinks and food, our waitress was amazing she had an awesome personality and was always checking on us, the fight was awesome of course Mayweather won! But all in all Dave and busters you did an amazing job by making sure everything stayed orderly with plenty of managers and staff awesome job! read more

Very thankful for the help the staff gave my 8 year old son. Lost his game card which he'd been saving on for a few years. Left in a machine. Went back to get it. Gone with 2 teens walking out with big prize bags. Tough life lesson for the kid and tough to watch as a parent. However, the young lady at the counter noticed, came up and inquired, and immediately reimbursed his card history and printed out a new card for him. Very indebted to this worker for putting the smile back in my child's face. 5 stars for the staff going above and beyond to help a kid who needed it. For Tulsa this is a pretty cool spot. Having been to several other Dave and Buster's throughout the US that are full size, this one is a little underwhelming, but again for Tulsa, it's cool. I can only describe these as a Chuckie Cheese for adults. They have a ton of great games to play that offer tickets and other arcade games to play. There is a restaurant inside and a full service bar. They do have some party planning options available if you're into that. One thing I like is going on Wednesday. Games are all half price to play! Can't beat a deal like that. I must also comment on their customer service. Any time I've had an issue with a game malfunctioning, they are always right on getting it fixed and providing appropriate compensation for tickets or tokens if they are lost during a malfunction. Great games and good customer service = a win, even if the location is lesser than others the chain has elsewhere! read more

On this visit I brought my kids ages 7 & 9. We went on a Thursday. The special is all you can eat buffalo wings, bone-in or bone out, and unlimited play on all non-ticket games for $19.99. To say they had a blast is an understatement. Both of the children had the wings and we decided to have the Asian nachos and the chicken, bacon, waffle sliders. The nachos were missing flavor but the sliders were excellent! We also had two drinks. Unexpectedly they were really great! This is considerably more expensive than Chuck-E-Cheese but I would go here again with or without the kids!! read more

Just left DnB's for what I hope (vainly) will be the last time. Wife and I took our daughter (9) there to play some games while out shopping. Started off on a bad note the minute we walked in the door. Stood in line behind a party of 6 or 7 while they were getting their cards, etc. That took a good 10 minutes. I figured there must be a rule against helping more than one party at a time, seeing as there were three young ladies at the hostess station.... but what do I know? While waiting, I looked around and saw probably half a dozen tables sitting empty but unbussed. Hostess told us there'd be a 10 minute wait to get seated.... with me staring at at least two empty booths and one empty 4 top right in the middle of the floor. At this point, the downward spiral was firmly in second gear and revving up. So we get our daughter a game card and go the the gaming area. No problems there, but seriously... they're games... the expectation isn't great. Approximately 15 minutes later, the buzzer informed us our table was ready. Once seated, we perused the menu and ordered. Daughter had kids spaghetti and marinara, wife had the bar burger sliders, and I ordered the buffalo wings. None of us were really hungry to begin with. Turns out this was a good thing. Daughter's pasta arrived... what there was of it. Noodle portion was probably generous enough for a kid's plate, but the amount of sauce could have been measured in the spoonfuls. As in 1 or 2 spoonfuls. She ran out of sauce way before she ran out of noodles. Seriously guys? It's freakin tomato sauce... NOT a high margin item. o_O . Oh, and they used linguine noodles, NOT spaghetti.... stuff like that really gets me mad, for some reason. I think it shows a general lack of attention to detail. On to my wife's sliders... Shame they didn't slide off the plate and onto the floor on the way to the table where they arrived barely warm. Meat was dry and overcooked, buns were meh... To be fair, I don't think the frozen, preprocessed slider patties could have NOT been overcooked, since they're paper thin, I think they're overcooked before one side is done. Hard to cook meat like that... Somewhere in the world, there's a place that makes great sliders with fresh ground beef hand made into little patties of beefy love.... but this place ain't it. The best part of the slider was the pickle slice artfully speared to the top of the slider. She made me eat two of them.... she'll pay for that sometime in the future if I have anything to say about it.... who am I kidding...probably not. And saving the best for last (like that irony there?)... we come to my buffalo wings... I purposely didn't use capital letters there, because that's about the level of excitement they elicited from me. I've had MUCH better wings at Little Caesar's or Domino's. Seriously. And $10 for 8 wings? Somehow I doubt those came from a chicken... at least not a full grown one. I'll gladly pay $10 for 8 chicken wings provided they're some eye-popping, sumptuous, ecstacy-inducing wings.... these... not so much. The flavor was bland, the blue cheese was something.... not sure what, but it wasn't blue cheese. Even the celery sticks were embarrassed to be on that plate. Poor guys... I feel for em. So, to recap... we waited approximately 30 minutes to get seated in a half empty dining area ... the food was astoundingly sub-par, even by the standard you'd expect from a place like this, and the staff were not surprisingly nonchalant about it all. The entire visit had an overwhelming feeling of boredom and weariness. I'm sure I'll get dragged back into D&Bs in the future, entirely against my wishes... and once again, I will be as sad as my wallet. And for the record.... I've been to several DnB's, notably Dallas and Chicago, and they're not even on the same scale as this sub-par, watered down, overblown, disenfranchised facade that we have to suffer with. read more

Below average dining out experience. Party of six seated in the dining room surrounded by three dirty tables for nearly an hour. The start of an experience in a filthy dining room doesn't help any of the rest of this get better. The entire point of eating here is to ingest bar food, watch sports on TV and play the video games in the arcade. In this location, the games are pretty up to date, but the TVs are fairly small, and the larger projection screen is old with washed out colors. The food is nothing special, of middling quality with excessive seasoning, but it is serviceable and not terribly overpriced. The service, however, is just plain slow. Over 45 minutes between order and food on the table. I can only come to the conclusion that this location is short staffed or has a staff retention problem, since both table bussing and back of house food prep/delivery are miserable. If you can live without the video games, you'll enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings better for the service, cleanliness and food quality. Pass on this location unless you have teenagers that absolutely require the games. read more

First thing walking in the counter that you wait at is right at the door, so we waited to the side a bit to be out of the walk way/wind. 2 couples walked in after us but stayed in the doorway & the hostess helped them before us.... We ordered an appetizer, drinks, kids food and main courses. I've been to Dave & Busters in Seattle WA, Boise ID, Portland OR, Syracuse NY, Cary NC, & Myrtle Beach SC. This Dave & Busters was by far the dirtiest one I've seen, trash on the floors in the booth, sticky table and plate. It was myself, my niece, her bf and their 3 kids (2 month old baby). The sat us in the booth by the front door - we asked for a different one because it was cold - told we couldn't. I'm giving it 1 star because my niece loved her food, (took them 30 mins to make it should have been amazing) I ordered fish & chips and the fish was slimy in parts and I didn't eat the fries because the plate was sticky. Our order took forever to come out. We ordered the appetizer & got it like 7 mins later. So we ordered the kids pizzas and then maybe 5 mins later ordered our food - 5 & 2.5 year olds and they take forever to eat. So after about 25 mins I actually had to ask someone when our food would be out. The 2 top next to us got seated after us, ordered their food after we ordered our food, yet they got their food before us and finished eating... they were paying their bill when I asked where our food was... so now our drinks are gone - no refills. Kids were now done with their pizza and wanted to play. 30 some minutes later the med-well burger and my undercooked fish, but not my nieces salad thing with chicken. His burger was well/well - not even a little pink (what he asked for). We asked for ranch, some waters and a soda. Had to remind our server that we still didn't have waters - he rushed off so quickly I couldn't even get out that we still needed the soda & ranch. He came back with the waters and I said soda and he rushed off again so I gave up on the ranch. At least they gave me my EMS discount. Not that it mattered - would have sent my fish back if I thought I would get it within the next hour.... Kids pizza was good. Nachos were pretty good too. Then paid for the game cards. I needed one for each kid so we could divide & concur. They can't even begin to play the same type of games to share the card & I'm not running around with one card. Maybe I don't remember from the other Dave & Busters but I don't remember them having a fee. So in order to play the games you have to pay a fee. Dumbest thing ever ticketmaster - wish they had said that when we walked in would have turned around and gone someplace else and saved us all the bullshit. read more

I was in Tulsa for work and our group went to D&B's for dinner. We were greeted with a kid who had the worst customer service experience I've ever seen. The place was empty, but they wouldn't push enough tables together for us all to eat together. We waited for almost an hour for our waiter to come take our orders., never took the time to check on us, and it took him another hour to get us our checks done correctly. Once the food came it was all delicious, just the service was horrendous. We also all but drinks and they were extremely weak. Not impressed at all. Hopefully they do a better job training their staff to match the quality of their food. read more

The Tulsa location is kind of small for a Dave & Busters but it was still really fun and they have good variety in games. Games are about 8 or 9 points each and we got lots of tickets so definitely worth it. We ate, our server kept asking us to pay before we were even to our meals.... we still had more to order and he kind of hovered over us. It made us feel like he thought we would dine and dash.
