I was greeted by a young man blonde hair told him we had seven people and he explained how they were understaffed{ I he may be should work at a drive-through restaurant or a car is one at a time because he does not how know how to handle pressure. . But they had a lot of empty tables and I told him maybe we can work something out so we can we sit down so I asked him his name, he covered it up and told me I was being rude. Right away I can see he cannot handle any kind of pressure in probably shouldn't be working at that job and I asked for the manager. Since all my party wasn't there yet I asked her for a table maybe for three and they will add more to another booth I gave them our phone number so she can text him with the Bruce ready. Let's go back to that I see there's seats at the bar and I knew we had young people but we wanted to least get a couple drinks going so we are the drinks are party showed up the kids started playing I meant to senior manager he was awesome we ordered drinks and food actually for the kids to luckily outside the bar the table was empty so we had a place for the kids and the senior manager I told him or asked him hey can you make that available. We were there for a long time and the four adults were at the bar drinking our food came the kids eat, we never did receive a text to say we had available tables our bill came at the end of the night $164 angel who is fabulous I gave her $100 tip cash paid the bill, on the way out I noticed the manager from the front desk and I told her we never received our text and I felt she was a terrible manager and I explain that to her. While outside someone from inside one of the workers came and asked me to leave because I made her cry so obviously that manager does not know how to handle situation. explain that she did a terrible job but I'm sure if he goes and talks to Angel who received $100 tip he would be different outlook me and him get fistfulps afterwards everything was fine food was great drinks is great. My 9 yr old and I frequent this location and have found it to be clean, full of smiling & friendly/helpful staff and decent food. Weds are great as all games are half priced and they offer military discounts, which I appreciate greatly. Thank you! Jordan is our favorite manager! I went here twice with my husband. Both times were week days between lunch and dinner time, so it felt like we were the only ones there. Didn't hear a peep of noise. We went straight to the bar eating section. It seemed like forever to get our order taken and forever to get served. The first time I ordered the mac & cheese. It was so good I ordered the same next time. I think my spouse had the ribs the first time and meatballs the second time. We were told about the arcade area but wasn't interested in exploring it. The arcade games area would be perfect for couples with kids. The kids could be sent to play games while the adults finish their meal in peace. Kids tend to finish their food faster or get full and don't want to finish. If kids know there are games to play they might just be wanting to do that instead of eating. read more

Went here since my boyfriend hasn't been to a D&B. It had been a while for me too. I haven't been to one since the 90's in Texas. Not sure why it ended up in Tulsa instead of OKC. But it made for a nice day trip. The food was great and the games were fun. I wish they had a bigger game room but it was still fun. I had "The Boss Chicken Sandwich" and Eric and the double parm chicken sandwich. He said it was the best parm sandwich he has ever had! So that's gotta be good. I wish I had room for dessert. After we ordered the waiter let us play in the game room and then came and found us when the food was ready. Nice place - very clean and cool deco. I like to go to D & B to play but I don't like to eat at this place. We usually go somewhere else to eat before we go over to play games. We decided to take a few family members there and had a not so good time. It all started with the waitress. It took 20 minutes to get drinks. Another 10 to order. My strip steak was not worth the $20 I paid for it. It was very bland and the only flavor was the BBQ sauce on it. My Uncle ordered some chicken sandwiches but the bread was hard (not toasted). They were informed that it "just happens" which is ridiculous. (In a previous visit, I had ordered the philly cheesesteak sandwhich and also experienced this hard bread.) We were automatically charged gratuity even though there were only 6 paying adults after having to wait 20 minutes to settle our bill. The service was not great. We'll still go play games especially on Wednesdays (when the price of games is half off) in the afternoon (when domestic drafts are also half off). but I would definitely not recommend this place for eating. I can understand the combo meals being low quality for the price, but having ordered off the regular menu I expected more and was delivered less. read more

Let me start by saying it takes a lot for me to post a negative review. With that said... Went here to watch a football game on a Saturday. We sat in the bar area and waited 15 min with no service, so we went to the bar to order drinks ourselves. Never once saw anyone again. About an hour later I approached the manager and explained the experience. He brought me the bill, which while I wasn't trying to get it taken care of, I must admit I was surprised he didn't do anything!! He assured me when I was ready he would take care of me. So maybe I'm spoiled by newer D&B locations, but this place was pretty rough. First of all, it's not very big. At all. They have an ok (but definitely not good) selection of games, but it was so crowded that it felt like everyone was on top of each other. The area between the games can't fit more than one person, so you end up constantly stepping to the side to let people through and bumping into children. It was a Saturday night so I shouldn't be surprised at the crowd. However, I can't help but think that if it was the size of the other D&B locations I've been to, the crowds would have been a lot more manageable. A little more space and it at least wouldn't have given me flashbacks of trying to navigate the halls of my overpopulated high school between periods. We ate too, which was pretty dreadful. I sat at the bar and, while the bartenders were fine, they were spread very thin. The food was really bad too. I got nachos, which came out cold and with some awful cheese on them. We also split some grilled cheese stick appetizer they had. Since it was just sourdough and a bunch of cheese it tasted good, but the underside was super soggy. I'll go ahead and give it two stars because the games all seemed to work. Plus, my expectations shouldn't be that high because like another reviewer aptly said, this is basically an Applebee's with an arcade attached. There's a brand new Main Event in town that I'll probably give a try next. Because, you know, eliminating arcades completely from my immature 35 year old ass is not an option. read more

Food was fine, but the absolutely terrible hostess staff ruined the entire experience. Rude beyond belief. Asked if we could have a booth and for no good reason was flat out told no. (Restaurant was totally empty except for 2 tables.) Told her we'd really appreciate a booth and she again said no. Another member of our party approached her and told her we really would like to have a booth and she threw our menus and silverware on a booth in a sloppy pile, huffed her way past us and mumbled "tables ready" without even leading us to our seats. I used to visit the one in Dallas, TX, when family in Tulsa took family in Dallas to their D&B. I was expecting a completely different environment and multi-level gambling..I mean arcade experience. But this felt like a smaller, more expensive, 'Fun House' (the old arcade and mini-golf place that I have no idea if it s still open). Most places treat regular customers with respect because they know that 80% of sales are coming from their top 20% of regular customers...not here!From the attitude with Amber on a regular basis in the gaming area to the dysfunctional bar/restaurant, this place tries my patience. When dining last night around 10:30, My party and I had to seat ourselves, place our own beverage orders and place our own food orders all while the waiter came to my table only once the entire meal. This place is fun. I'm not sure why it doesn't have good reviews. The food is actually really good. Our favorites are the fried chicken dish with the biscuits, the steak salad, the philly cheese steak, the sliders with the ribs combo and the pretzel dogs. We really like to come on Wednesday for half priced games. It's hardly ever crowded, the service is good and the managers check on you all the time. The game room is always getting new games too. The drinks aren't very strong at all though and the selections for prizes aren't that good. I wish they had more choices. It's mostly D.C. or Dave and Busters themed stuff but the new Halo game is fun. read more

I would have slapped the little ditz, but I understand that Oklahomans now send their kids to school only 4 days a week and are PROUD of it. So what could I expect? I have been here a few times since I have moved to Tulsa. This location in particular is OK, but the ones I have been to previously in other cities are SO much better. Than again, you can't expect much from Tulsa. I first went here with my boyfriend on a Wednesday evening, we decided to have a fun date night and when we got there was pleased to see that Wednesday is also half price game night. This just means that all the games you would normally play you only have to use half the amount of credits, which means you get to do more with less! Who doesn't love that?! We also got food while we were there as well. I got the bar sliders and my boyfriend got a standard burger that had every topping in the world on it. It was a fair price, but when we ordered we said we wanted a side of fries which it did come with already, so all the waiter had to do was confirm. Nope, that is not what happened. We ended up getting double the fries and than charged for it! Aside from that small incident, I had a good time. It wasn't the best Dave and Busters in Tulsa, but since there isn't much to do in this town anyways we will probabaly be back. The most recent time I went was on a Saturday with some friends. It was not as crowded as you thought it would be, but overall it was an OK time. I have also been here before when my company rents out the whole place and has food catered. Great fun in the arcade. Great service. Food so-so. We had a good time at my son's birthday party. The grandkids loved the games and collecting tickets to cash in on the "prizes". I dislike that we have to pay for our food and tip prior to eating and being served. So I tipped the minimum ($5) the app suggested once I paid for my food, and intended on tipping more in cash if the service was good. We only saw our waitress Christina once the entire dinner, which was dropping off our food. we never received a refill at all. So I paid close to $4 just to have one cup of ice with a dribble of sprite, which was gone by the time I got my food. Our server had a mask on but pulled it under her chin, covid is here so I don't to much care obviously as I'm going out to eat in a pandemic but what's the point if you're not properly going to wear the mask. I had to go to the hostess desk to ask for to go boxes. I witnessed multiple servers hanging out on there phones while we were dining. I downloaded the game card app after purchasing our first round of games and got the offer about $15 for $15 and in the details it specifically says it can be redeemed in store OR in app but the new hostesses (different from the one that was there when we arrived) said no I have to do it in the app. I only had cash and wanted to redeem in person like the offer said we could. I asked a second person and she was extremely rude preoccupied on her phone as well in the prize area. I asked "can I asked you a question please? , she literally replied "what?" Like I was bugging her. Won't be dinning again and wish I could have my tip returned as there was no service given at all. Now for the food, it was extremely mediocre! I ordered my daughter the chicken kids meal and I order myself chicken strips and fries. The strips were the same size as the nuggets from the kids meal. Portion to price is terrible. If you have never been to D&B, don't let your first experience in the Tulsa venue be your last in any of them. Wait until you get to the one in Marietta, GA. The only redeeming quality to the d&b in Tulsa was the food. It was good. A bit over-priced for what you get but hot and fresh. The wait staff was pleasant but get offended easy if you don't say their name which, admittedly, is on their name tag somewhere but for some who forgot their glasses, can be hard to read what with everything else that's on their name tags. You will get corrected in a heartbeat if you use "miss" or "excuse me, uh, xxx........" ("My name is XXXXX!") The game area was like going into the back of a convenience store - everything packed in together and cramped. Just an awful example of the d&b I've come to love. The games were tired and looked like they had gotten them off a folded-up carnival. No virtual reality games, no theater gaming, no billiards or snooker, no golf pro games - no games really that made you want to play or stay. No one at the door to welcome you in. Large groups crammed together in the dining room. Not many little kids in there - as a matter of fact, I only saw one. The rest were older adults or teenagers. Unimpressed. Scaffolding covering the entrance without any signs assuring the restaurant was still open or that it was safe to weave your way under the spans. The hostesses were who sat us were friendly and fun. Unfortunately that was the highlight of our visit. Service was slow, no that would be an insult to slow and it was early on a Thursday with nary a soul in the place. We liked the spinach artichoke dip, but having a serving spoon to help share would have made sense to be standard. The makers mark burger beckoned with promise, but missed its...mark. overly sweet sauce did nothing to mask what tasted freezer burned. People who play video games are obviously the only reason this place stays afloat. I'm not a game player and only visited because I could easily walk from my hotel. The food was not very good and after having two drinks in an hour they told us we couldn't have any more to drink....what...We were in our own room and while we were being loud (cause it was a party), we were not being boisterous. We are from out of town we came to have dinner with friends this is our first time at this establishment. I really like the fact that you can have drinks and play games. The most notable thing about Dave & Buster's is the surprisingly good food. I've never had a bad meal here. Totally addicted to the pretzel dogs. Decent selection of games that you won't find anywhere else. Good, clean atmosphere. On the negative, the place can be a chore to find. The staff has often come off as aloof. This has happened many times. Not the biggest deal in the world to me as I'm more focused on my company. As long as the order is right and timely, it's fine I guess. Other than the location and the "too cool for school" staff, this is a great place. Great food, nice atmosphere, never really overcrowded. Great for dates that want a fun, but low-key night out. read more

Really, really terrible wait times for food-with absolutely no apologies given. Sweet potato fries are great. Burgers are good. Mixed drinks have plenty of alcohol but taste like week-old beer. Games will occasionally malfunction and eat tokens and in the prize redemption room, service is beyond lacking. We were told nothing was available for my daughter's 30 remaining tickets (there were items available) and that we could leave it as credit on the card. All in all, a disappointing waste of money. Went and sat in the bar and literally sat there 20 minutes while bartender and everyone looked past us. Finally my wife got up and asked if we could get service. Waitress finally came by and instead of being bubbly and apologetic just acted stressed. She may be stressed, but I didnt make the schedule, and a simple friendly apology and we would have been all good. Food was ok, took a long time to come out, went there to do some follow up business discussion which I should have remembered is near impossible there. Its so loud you cant even really hold a conversation. There are better places to eat, watch a game, or have a conversation in Tulsa, but if you strike out on those and just want to walk over from the ALOFT, this is ok. read more

I really wanted to be thrilled with this place but I wasn't. The food was marginal, the games loud and somewhat obnoxious at times, and I thought it was for adults?! The multiple tables that just let their kids run around free makes this no better than Incredible Pizza. Also, the trick they play on the eat and play specials SUCKS. The suggested tip was way lower than what it should have been and so I can only assume their staff gets paid about half what they are worth when the tables do not realize. The wait staff and host table were very nice. I know it's hard sitting a table of 20. The 1 hour wait turned into 3 hours. We played games and enjoyed drinks. But when asking the manager if we were going to sit or not on the 3rd hour, he was so rude and stated that I won the obnoxious award.
