Ok. Its tiny buy dave and busters standards, but walking distance from the hotel we typically stay at in tulsa so we go there a few times a year. Went and sat in the bar and literally sat there 20 minutes while bartender and everyone looked past us. Finally my wife got up and asked if we could get service. Waitress finally came by and instead of being bubbly and apologetic just acted stressed. She may be stressed, but I didnt make the schedule, and a simple friendly apology and we would have been all good. Food was ok, took a long time to come out, went there to do some follow up business discussion which I should have remembered is near impossible there. Its so loud you cant even really hold a conversation. There are better places to eat, watch a game, or have a conversation in Tulsa, but if you strike out on those and just want to walk over from the ALOFT, this is ok. read more

Bad food! Horrible service! Do not go here even if you're really hungry! We have been to many D&B restaurants and never had any bad experience, but Tulsa D&B left us a bad taste. We went for dinner on a Sunday night at 9pm because most of the restaurants in town are closed. We entered the new, big and empty restaurant which only had 3 guests sitting at the bar. We were seated at the booth and ordered our food quickly due to the waitress rushing us. We ordered BLT turkey burger and fire grilled salmon. For the turkey burger, the bun was hard, the turkey was dry and bacon is burnt. The salmon was chewy and fishy. Service was horrible. Our waitress gave us the menu and did not give us 30 seconds to look thru it before she asks us if we're ready to order. Then she rushed us out the door and this is at 9pm with an empty restaurant. Very disappointed and won't come back. Also, the restaurant's address listed on here is wrong, they had moved to a new location behind Bestbuy on 71st street. read more

I'm not a big fan of chunky cheese for adults but my friends wanted to go there and we thought it would be fun. They underwhelmed me more than I thought. My friend ordered a salad, with a simple change (she wanted tomatoes minus the tortilla strips and dressing to the side... She got her salad missing several things... it was supposed to come with (avocado, pico, cheese, honey chipotle chicken but did not only came with plain grilled chicken, onion, lettuce). My other friend asked FOUR times for oranges for his beer. And I sat there for twenty minutes with an empty glass waiting for the server to notice my drink was done.... Perhaps I my expectations were self fulfilled (I don't expect much from adult chucky cheese) but I'm still not willing be okay with it. I payed 20 tip on an eighty tab (I was paying for three) and then asked to speak to the manager. A super nice guy (Morgan?) came and asked what was up, I explained how things went and that I was extremely disappointed. I heard the waitress tell him she was super busy (which to me was bogus (her and another guy had 12 customers counting us three). He gave us 125 credits each to make up for the bad service and apologized. Then after talking a bit more he gave us each 10 dollar gift cards. We thanked him and left. I've heard that its not always like that so ill give it another shot. read more

I really wanted to be thrilled with this place but I wasn't. The food was marginal, the games loud and somewhat obnoxious at times, and I thought it was for adults?! The multiple tables that just let their kids run around free makes this no better than Incredible Pizza. Also, the trick they play on the eat and play specials SUCKS. The suggested tip was way lower than what it should have been and so I can only assume their staff gets paid about half what they are worth when the tables do not realize. Shouldn't treat your help that way, for shame! read more

Took the wife and kids there for a noon meal to check it out for a potential teen birthday party site. The restaurant smelled like dirty dishrags upon entry, but looked clean enough. The menu prices were far too high for the atmosphere. I took my daughter around to look at the games and she had no interest in them. The food was very dissapointing. The chicken strips were OK, but you can get better for less money at Chick Fil A. My wife's salad was awful and she couldn't finish it. Fifty bucks for a party of four was way out of line considering the quality and atmosphere. My fifteen year old summed it up perfectly by describing it as a place for hillbillies to go to watch football games and drink beer while sending their kids off to play video games. read more

Great bartenders and fun atmosphere!! If you stop by and see the bartender with the amazing, long reddish beard, do yourself a favor and sit at the bar. Micah works his a** off, is always super kind and great at his job! It's people like him that keeps us coming back every time we are in town :) read more

The wait staff and host table were very nice. I know it's hard sitting a table of 20. The 1 hour wait turned into 3 hours. We played games and enjoyed drinks. But when asking the manager if we were going to sit or not on the 3rd hour, he was so rude and stated that I won the obnoxious award. So great service and people, other than the long wait and the rude manager. read more

I hate to write this review. Don't take this as hate. Or hipster agnst. I love DnB. Always Have. It because I love DnB. I have to say that Tulsa DnB is the worst one I have every spent money at. Dave and Buster is the adult version of Chuckie E Chesse. It bascially offers the same thing as it kiddie counterpart. Games. Comfort Food. Beer. The thing that makes Tulsa DnB suck is ...well Tulsa. Tulsa has a air of making everything family friendly and that's what kills this DnB. When I want to relax at 10 with a drink on Friday I don't want to see kids running around. Last call should never be at 1AM and why are there not adult games like Pool or Darts. Until Tulsa can have a mature nightlife that doesn't revole around OU or OSU football Tulsa DnB will always be meh read more

My boyfriend and I stopped by on my last night in town and it was a ton of fun! They have the coolest alcoholic drinks(watch out! A little strong ;) ) and the nicest staff. Our server Rex was amazing. As a server myself, I'm pretty picky about my service but he was so good and went above and beyond his job. He also said he just finished training (though you would never know it). Then we had a lady walk by to remind us to keep the ice cube in our drink (flashing light ice cube) because she said people forget it all the time. The games are sweet and definitely fun with someone. Overall, this Dave n busters is smaller than some of the others I've been to, but the place is so well run and the people (especially Rex) are so nice that this is by far the best dnb I've ever been to. read more

I like Dave and Buster's. Seeing as how there aren't many options for "entertainment" around Tulsa, it is one of our favorite places to go and have some fun. I wouldn't recommend eating dinner there. The food is decent, but nothing remarkable. Eat somewhere else and then come to play the games. I have seen a lot of complaints about the games offered and the amount of space in the game room. I will agree that the area can be cramped at times, and there aren't as many games as I'd like there to be, but they keep a pretty good rotation of games, adding in new ones every so often. read more

The family and I went here for lunch and I must say we really had a wonderful time will be back when we visit Tulsa again read more

Dave & Buster's Tulsa - American Near Me - Tulsa, Oklahoma

This is my first time here and the service has been terrible. We had to wait almost an hour because they gave our table to another group. Waited almost 40 minutes for food and the waitress is taking AGES to bring back change. I'm absolutely never coming back. The games are fun. Food is mediocre. It's just not worth the trouble. read more

The food took a while to come, there were only 3 other tables in the restaurant. Then they messed up an order from our table by adding the 2 things that were asked not to be on the meal. And still after waiting 40 minutes for our food, they didn't bring out our fries or two of our meals. read more

Service was amazing! Really fun night! Ocho was really nice and was always making sure we were okay in the bar.

Good place for friend and family and really easy to play games and get tables during the weekday

Great atmosphere for fun and games. The food was also surprisingly better than my expectations. We had a corporate event there and it was a success. Recommended for events, families, friends, etc. Give it a shot, you will have a blast! read more

I took my son to Dave & Buster's for lunch and play time. We ordered the Lawn Mower Salad and chicken tortilla soup. The salad was Huge and all the veggies were fresh and delicious. The soup was great, so was the Long Island Tea. The staff was friendly, we had a good time. Only 4 stars because some games were broken. read more

If ur visiting don't waist ur time main events a lot bigger and cleaner than this d&b

So I'm here with my family. Things feel disorganized. Staff all over the place. My bartender did great. Moved tables and service slowed to a halt. Like if you come to clegane theres no real way to o now when or if your food hits the table. So we order our food and it's taking over 25 mins for just 4 sliders. I love the place but it's too busy amd people look unenergetic and wore out. 2xs now you suck and I wonder how long you can keep up this mock up casino atmosphere. read more

We Came for lunch and a good time for my grandchildren to play in the arcade. They had a great time and the adults enjoyed eating and drinking. Okay... so... I've been to this particular D & B's Twice and one time out of the two I ate the food instead just drinking and playing games... and to be honest I don't remember what I even ordered because It never came!!!! I ended up eating off my boyfriends (who is now my fiancee) plate. To be fair the management did give me a free bottle of wine, which I ended up drinking while I was there playing games. Which I will say WAS fun. The thing I am most irritated by is the fact that there are so many kids running around unattended and cutting in front of you etc. I just wish they had an adult only night or something. I mean... come on. lol Over all... it's just about the only good gameroom that I can think of in Tulsa so I will give it 3 stars. read more

The highlight was leaving. My shoes stuck to the floor of the bar. Food was cold, servers standing around but no service to be found. The arcade is tiny in comparison to what outrageous prices they charge. read more

It the most disappointing valentines dinner with my wife I have ever experienced we were sat down at our table at 5:15 an with in 5 to 10 mins the seated 3 other couples and they gave them water and drinks and took there orders and then they stared to serve there food and at 6:00 no one even came to our table to see if we even wanted water or anything I will never go back THANK FOR THE VALENTINES DAY MEMORIES we ended up at McDonald's read more

In town for a conference and was excited to try Dave and Busters for the first time! The excitement quickly faded. Service was slow and not very professional. Food was barely room temperature when it came out. Two others in our party's orders were messed up and forgotten, 45 minutes later their food finally came out. Then ordered a dessert expecting it to be hot...guess again! It wasn't even busy. Won't be back. read more

We had reservations and didnt get seated for 45 minutes. The food is mediocre, and considering that, the prices are outrageous. We had a buy $10 get $10 coupon, and it ended up costing $14, so it was more like, buy $14 get $6 free. Service was good after we sat down, and the drinks are good. The games are fun. Definitely not somewhere I would eat very often. read more

Worst service ever. I've never had to wait so long for our food. The server brought out our food first but never brought us our appetizer. Plus, the waiter too forever to bring our check. After he brought our check, it took another thirty minutes for him to bring back our check and credit cards. Worst serve that I've ever had to experience from a Dave and Busters. read more

Very disappointed in this place. My first time here would have been a positive rating for a fun place(I did not eat or drink my first time, just game). Went yesterday with is $2 coronas and the place was not busy. We sat at our table and we were ready to order our food before we even got to place a drink order. Probably waited ten minutes for that. When I finally got my beer, finished it, and was ready for another the waitress never came by so we went to the bar and got more for ourselves. I eventually had to get up and go to the bar because our waitress never stopped by our table. My wife had to complain to the manager about it and then we got more table visits. *Our waitress and manager were never rude, the service was just bad* The burger was pretty good. I got the buffalo chicken burger. My onion rings however, seemed like they cooked in old grease and they were burnt . No complaints on the speed of food delivery. We played our games and enjoyed them as expected. I went to prize room to check our ticket count and as I was standing there the worker kept on working on adding new items to the shelf. I had stood there long enough for two young kids to come to up me(from the employees side of the counter) and try to hand me their ticket cards. This fired her up I guess because after I told the kids that I didn't work there she came up shooed the kids away. Literally shooed them away. I assumed they must have been her younger siblings it so was so rude. She then proceed to rudely to us and the kid's family that she doesn't check the ticket cards and that we need to go to the other side and swipe them in a machine. I was really in awe about how rude she was. While waiting on the other family to go first on the ticket checking machine I asked the kids' father about the employee. I said "was she rude as hell or do you know her?" He said "oh she was rude". this guy was pretty pissed. I assume this women hates us at this point. I gave her a bad look because I have never been treated so bad. Bad service happens but this chick was rude. My wife had to ask her about tickets again and she says "I can't help you I have been off for a week". What does that even mean? My wife had to make her explain it. To summarize, my family was very disappointed. Next time we plan something similar we need to try Main Event. read more

We just got a Dave and Buster's in Northwest Arkansas (our home) but we haven't been yet. So, while we were visiting Tulsa, we thought we'd take our 2 boys (ages 8 and 6) and our daughter (age 1). The game portion of the visit was fantastic. The boys played super hard and the prices were on par with similar establishments that have games and dining. However, this establishment won us over with their food service. Our daughter has a dairy allergy, (my wife is nursing her as well) and we had found a website that led us to believe that D and B's has several dairy free options. However, when we actually tried to order, our waitress did some research and discovered that the info we got off the internet was incorrect (imagine that!). But, the waitress and their manager worked together to create a dinner that my wife and daughter could eat that was great. I was super impressed at the attention they gave to the situation. This D and B's location gained patrons for life! read more

I do not recommend visiting this restaurant! Management and staff were very rude, unwelcoming and harsh. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. My family and I went there for an evening of dinner and games. Our food took awhile to get to our table and our waitress rarely visited our table. When it was time to get our cards to play games we had no service up front for a long time; then, when the manager showed up front he would not except my coupon dated for that day. He was rude and walked off leaving us up front with no one else to help us in purchasing game cards. I am really in shock! Can't believe the service of this place. It was our first time to visit and it will certainly be our last! read more

Ok, so saw D&Bs on the way to another store in the area and we wanted a drink. I thought we could stop in and grab a couple of to-go drinks and my fiancee could use the bathroom. Stopped in and asked if we could buy to-go drinks, and they said no, they don't have to go containers for drinks. Ok, no problem, so I asked if my fiancee could use the restroom and the hostess replied, "Well.. I guess I can't really say no." I was very annoyed by her attitude. Sure I'm wasn't going to eat there that moment, but I was a potential future customer - my fiancee and I love to eat out and Id always wanted to try D&Bs. So I said, "Well, you CAN say no, its your establishment." -- She then asked if we were going to eat there, and I said no our plan was to buy a couple of drinks, hit up the restroom, and go on our way. I really felt like she was on a power trip and I was like a transient begging for access. I asked her again if my fiancee could use the restroom or not.. and was met with another smart ass reply, "Well, I would sure hope that I would say yes.." My reply, "I would sure hope you would say yes too, but it seems to be a hard decision for you." They laughed, I asked where the restroom was and that was that, but it left a horrible taste in my mouth. I wasn't expecting fine dining level service, but the implied "Bathroom is for paying customer use only," mentality was more a fit for a gas station in a bad part of town. I won't be back, b/c although it was just one experience, it was such a condescending one that it left a horrible impression. I'd love to give a one for this, but in all honesty all I experienced was the hostess stand, maybe the service improves beyond that b/c it couldn't possible go downhill. read more

As soon as you walk in the girls at the front counter did not acknowledge you by any means whatsoever and then when they did it was like they were annoyed they had to deal with us and they were too busy talking among each other.. on top of that you heard the frustrations in one of the grills saying I'm about to go off. I don't think any customer wants to see that the moment they walk into what's supposed to be a fun place and to be honest the games aren't all that great the ribs were actually pretty good and our server was excellent but the whole experience just the front counter alone and made it a bad experience they need more chipper people up front. read more

TerrIble service. We asked if they would change one of the TVs to a basketball game on CBS. They first said they needed a manager to approve. Really want to reach out and thank Devin and his crew for providing a festive and hospitable evening for our U11 boys soccer team on a busy tournament weekend in Tulsa. We arrived with 50 + members of our entourage and Devin greeted us and treated the boys to complimentary "get started" play cards. He and his staff arranged for us to have some respite in a party room so parents could "escape" the hustle and bustle of the gameroom. We had two dedicated expert wait staff and the food was delicious. The entire evening could not have been more perfect. Thank you to Tulsa's D and B. read more

If I wanted to be around children, I would have gone to Chuck E Cheese. The food took forever, wasn't that great, and our bill took longer than our entire meal. We could have walked out and they wouldn't have noticed. The kids are horrible, and as a cop, I beleive that kids shouldn't be on a game floor where adults set down their beers and mixed drinks out in the open. Everywhere I walked I had to dodge screaming running kids. I will not be going back to this Dave & Buster's. Every other one I have been to, there is an age restriction. What the heck happened here?! read more

Food was so so, definately not the best. Service was awful. No drink refills, the manager didn't know how to redeem a gift certificate, then it took three people to load my play card I purchased with my meal.
