But none of the extenuating circumstances were their fault. it's what you do with the situation. They handled it with total aplomb. Thus 3*. We were immediately seated. The three of us ordered chicken fajitas, tamale appetizer and Yucatán Tacos. I failed to take photos so please bear with my descriptions. Hubby loves his fajitas. Especially Los Cabos. This order disappointed. They didn't look quite right to me. My tamale appetizerr was a complete failure. Totally charred, for a better word. The two of them looked like beef fingers about the size of my middle finger with masa tucked around each like a little bed. Cheese burned to plate. "As of April 2026, Los Cabos Mexican Grill in the Tulsa area offers a Handmade Spicy Beef Tamales appetizer, featuring two shredded beef tamales in spicy masa topped with chili con carne or queso, often served with sour cream." If it's sour cream you know it's gonna be a little drizzle. I asked for more queso & got about 1 1/2 tablespoons. I Ended up asking for the plate that accompanies fajitas. The dish, burnt, just needed "stuff". You can add rice/beans if you wish. Either make/serve appropriately or not at all. I love tamales. Buy some originals at Reasors, add queso & pico on a bed of rice w/ cilantro and there's a tasty meal (steam the tamales). Our friend who ordered Yucattan tacos at last minute over ceviche, was appalled. The beef was so fatty she couldn't eat It. No cilantro. For $16 that's pretty bad. BUT, returning to the top. The staff was pleasant in midst of this complete mess and responded/delivered to our every request and there were many. We'll be back on a better day so Hubby can get his fajitas fix. Throw in some shrimp and I'll be happy too.

It had greens, rotisserie chicken, bacon, Romano cheese, trail mix with a champagne vinaigrette. All the ingredients went well together. My guest both ordered the steak with a side baked potato. A few minutes after placing the order, the waitress came back and said that they were down to only one baked potato left. OK, no problem. One of them ordered the fries instead. A minute after that, the waitress came back and said I am so sorry, but we are completely out of baked potatoes. We had a good laugh about that. It happens. We're flexible.

We were seated right away and our waitress was super prompt, we never went thirsty. They only carry Pepsi products so I tried one of their seasonal cocktails instead and it was actually really good. My boyfriend got the Tillamook burger and I would come back just for that alone. I ordered the ribeye, a little fattier than I prefer but still really flavorful, and the mashed potatoes were perfect with it. We also tried a sushi roll and as someone who is picky about sushi, I was pleasantly surprised. They do have a lot of rolls with cream cheese which I'm not into, so this one was an ideal choice. It was fresh, a little spicy, and really well balanced. Service was quick, food came out fast, and eating by the river made it feel like a great easy dinner spot. Definitely coming back.

Went to a concert here this weekend. This venue is the Performing Arts Center that's part of Tulsa…read moreCommunity College and is it's own building, at least as far as I could tell it wasn't connected to anything else and was stand alone. Plenty of parking for the building, but also because it's part of a campus (aka: there are other buildings) there's extra parking from those other buildings that could be used too. The entrance/ lobby area is in the smaller side, especially compared to something more professional of course. There's a few box offices where you can buy tickets. I thought it was nice that they had more than one so it doesn't get too congested with people trying to buy tickets all at once right before a show. The auditorium is nice and fairly standard as far as it being a college auditorium. It's not fancy but it's definitely a step up compared to maybe a lot of high school auditoriums, as it should be. There's a pretty good amount of seating, probably the perfect amount for this venue and the amount of people that would be coming to stuff here. There's an orchestra section of seating, a walkway, then another section, and there's a balcony as well. The lower level is wheelchair accessible, where they have a section of a few regular chairs set up so that they can be removed (and replaced with a wheelchair) and the people sitting next to them can have seats too, though again you won't be sitting in the normal seats that way. Speaking of, the normal chairs were your classic red velvet folding down theater seats. I didn't sit in those (because I was in the wheelchair section with someone) but I'm sure they'd be comfortable, which is nice considering a lot of times you'll be sitting in them for one or two hours at a time!
