First experience at a Bounce U for a kids bday party. Brilliant idea and wish I would have thought of it. The facility is larger than it appears on the outside. The process is you check in at the front desk, watch a brief safety video (no running, socks on at all times, ONE AT A TIME). Then you head into one of two bounce rooms. The first room had a giant inflatable slide, a bounce house with two small slides and a giance bounce house with a big slide. After 30 minutes, they moved into the glow room, where they had an interactive floor video game, a racing inflatable, some sort of trampoline with webbing to climb up, another giant slide and this giant bounce house with a giant punching bag in the middle. They then brought the kids back into a party room where relatively health snacks were provided. My 3yo loved it. I'm hoping there are free play times where you can go in without having to be party of a bday party.

Sons black eye due to neglect in safety measures

I had my sons birthday party here and this place has really gone down hill! To start with the floors are disgusting needs new carpet and floors need to be mopped. There are also safety concerns especially on the one trampoline that has climbing ropes. The padding to cover the metal bars was ripped and not covering there was holes in the trampoline and the netting to keep the kids in and safe. My son fell from the ropes onto the trampoline that had a hole in it and his head hit the metal bar right at the entrance that should've been covered with padding! He hit hard enough that he instantly got a black eye and ruined the end of his party!

Walls are all scuffed and dirty.

I'd give 0 stars. I was the party planner/ decorator for a party. The parents booked this place and we're promised something completely different then what they got. Let's start with a horrible time management/scheduling issue they have. They book parties one after the other, and rush you out but you don't even have 30 minutes to set up! As a decorating company that is very frustrating! The party was set for 5,but you are required to get there 15 minutes early so kids can go play after watching a safety video, we called and asked about having time to set up and decorate and they told us we could go in at 5:15 while kids were playing to set up. They have all the excuses in the world, sanitation and cleaning etc and we just stood there. Finally 5:45 we were allowed in the party room at that time they ran in there to finally wipe anything down?! (Mind you the cabinets were falling apart and all peeling paint and was all scuffed up and disgusting)Then at 5:55 they start rushing us to call the kids in to eat ?? They ordered pizza from cici's across the street and those pizzas got there at 5:20 while we were standing waiting. They were cold by the time the kids were supposed to be done playing and eating at 6. We could not do a full set up and they have young teenagers there doing the cleaning and helping but they mainly get in the way and just rush you the entire time. At the end the nearly pack up your personal belongings to get you out rushing you to open presents and while your still finishing cake they start sweeping and taking things out of the room. We were promised time to set up, good hot pizza, and an enjoyable experience... did not get anything and they charged over $400. I would not use this place ever again and I will not recommend unless you want to over pay and just rush in and out with no decor. Disappointed! I'm trying to upload pictures of the worn down damaged room and videos of how we were treated but it's not allowing. I will upload and submit to the BBB.

It's a lot of fun for my kids. A great way to kill a few hours and wear them out especially if it's raining outside. They do a lot of birthday parties or if you look online they have times where anyone can come jump. It's really affordable as well. The staff doesn't really pay attention to your kids. The several times I have been here the staff flirt with each other instead of watching kids. There two rooms with slides and games and they change regularly. Give it a try just watch your own kid.

It was a fun place to have the kiddos birthday. The best part was the two coordinators that stuck with us and helped with everything

My daughter can stay busy for the entirety of the time, but it is open. She will break for a snack and they have an extensive variety of snacks, beverages, and food items, to satisfy all. They have themes that change out every couple of weeks and new food and drinks to go along with the themes. I always try whatever coffee drink they have and I always enjoy them. It's a fun place for the kids to just be kids. I love that my child can play for hours with no screens and just use her imagination with others.

The place felt PACKED. I was overstimulated. After a handful of people left it was much more manageable. I'd say, if you walk in and there's 15 adults--leave. It's too much given they probably all brought one child. The toys were completely spread out all over the floor so much that the kids could hardly walk without stepping on a toy. It was $10 to play with no hour limitations. You can bring outside food, but eat it outside of the play area. The coffee was DELICIOUS. I would want to go again just for the coffee. 16oz was about $7 and 20oz was $9?? They also have food there but I did not purchase any. There is one bathroom with a wooden door to shut. There was a parent who brought their kids potty and let them pee just sitting there in the middle of the floor?? It was odd. I think there was just so much going on that the workers couldn't take note for what was happening. If it wasn't so busy it could be a lot of fun, but it's not big enough to have that many people and children. Some people were literally standing because there wasn't anywhere to sit. There are about 16 chairs and 7 tables.

Fun slides for ALL ages! They have slides for all comfort levels too; from calm to adventurous…read moreriding experiences. The only reason for 4 stars is because their bathrooms were dirty and not welcoming, and that was at opening time as I picked the first time slot of the day. Warnings: - Most of our group of 5 ended up with elbow, finger, and knee burns that hurt like a paper cut! While the mats you lay on are great, you can still accidentally touch skin to plastic/rubber going at a high speed down a slide! - Do not try to stop yourself or push yourself up at the end of slides while in motion or you could injure a shoulder. Just let your mat go until you completely stop naturally. The more you resist or go against the speed, the more likely you are to have an injury. - The steps up to the slides are tall, like one foot or more, much higher than regular steps. Some really small kids had to crawl up the steps. It's a workout! Each visitor must purchase a pair of their grippy socks that you can reuse on future visits. If you don't want to leave your shoes and belongings out in the open, you can buy a locker. I was able to fit 5 pairs of tennis shoes, a jacket, and my purse in one locker. This allowed us to walk all over the place without having to watch our stuff. Our group enjoyed the snack bar; we had bottled water, nachos, icees, dippin dots, bagged popcorn, and candy bars. Don't forget to tip! There is seating around all of the slides if you only want to watch your party and not participate. There are a few basketball courts for kids that want a break from the slides. The parking lot is huge, plenty of spots. Buy your tickets and sign your waivers in advance, and it will make in-person checkin-in much easier!

This is such a cool concept and this is the first Slick City in Oklahoma. They have other arcade games for everyone to play, a bounce floor basketball court and an upstairs area for private parties. You do have to buy their special socks. It they provide the mats to slide down on. Me being "Big Ray" I was too big to slide down the slides, they have a weight limit of 275. Adults can go down with the kiddos, but again. You can't be 6'5" and 390. LOL There's a summer pass available for $79.99 and that allows thr kiddos to come in for 2 hours a day. What a great deal!! There's a food court available with some basic food. It's not omg amazing, but for the little spot to eat, it's pretty good. I tried a pepperoni pizza and waffles fries with nacho cheese sauce!! Both very yummy again for what they are!! All this to say, what a great addition to get kids off the phone and actually playing!! Oh! That have massage chairs to enjoy too!! Woot!!

We went here a few weeks ago during our holiday visit to my sister's place. This place is enormous and you could literally spend hours here without your kids getting bored regardless of what they're into. My kid's fav was probably the ball area and the echoing room. I went in the tape slide thing with him to start and have a few warnings about that thing lol. The only way not to slide backwards walking up the enormous incline the tubes are on is to go barefoot and ... gross lol. If you have a little one like me, esp one who is overly cautious on this sort of stuff and won't do it alone, be aware that you'll both get run over in that thing by kids on their own running around. My son could barely get inside without getting knocked over. The slide itself is really steep and goes super fast, so I wouldn't have wanted him to go down it alone. Needless to say, we only climbed around in that tape thing once lol. The place is crazy clean for being a giant play structure. The bathrooms were clean, too. The temp outside that day was cold AF, and they kept in comfy inside so you weren't sweating to death in winter clothing running around. I don't know what I thought was the coolest as an adult because truly, this place has so much to offer. Probably the echo room was the most neat to me because it was super interactive AND required little parent participation haha. My mom is in a wheelchair and she was able to get around in there just fine and was able to be safe off to the side, but still get to see everything perfectly well, so I appreciated that aspect a lot.
