The wait was long and the staff seemed like they were slacking a little. Our pizza was burnt. It baffles me that they sell bottles of water instead of glasses and give paper plates and no utensils to serve the pizza. It's obvious it's a work in progress and maybe there's a management problem. I have still not tried their desserts and I hope that those are what they're good at because it seems like the pizza restaurant part is an afterthought.

Fun slides for ALL ages! They have slides for all comfort levels too; from calm to adventurous…read moreriding experiences. The only reason for 4 stars is because their bathrooms were dirty and not welcoming, and that was at opening time as I picked the first time slot of the day. Warnings: - Most of our group of 5 ended up with elbow, finger, and knee burns that hurt like a paper cut! While the mats you lay on are great, you can still accidentally touch skin to plastic/rubber going at a high speed down a slide! - Do not try to stop yourself or push yourself up at the end of slides while in motion or you could injure a shoulder. Just let your mat go until you completely stop naturally. The more you resist or go against the speed, the more likely you are to have an injury. - The steps up to the slides are tall, like one foot or more, much higher than regular steps. Some really small kids had to crawl up the steps. It's a workout! Each visitor must purchase a pair of their grippy socks that you can reuse on future visits. If you don't want to leave your shoes and belongings out in the open, you can buy a locker. I was able to fit 5 pairs of tennis shoes, a jacket, and my purse in one locker. This allowed us to walk all over the place without having to watch our stuff. Our group enjoyed the snack bar; we had bottled water, nachos, icees, dippin dots, bagged popcorn, and candy bars. Don't forget to tip! There is seating around all of the slides if you only want to watch your party and not participate. There are a few basketball courts for kids that want a break from the slides. The parking lot is huge, plenty of spots. Buy your tickets and sign your waivers in advance, and it will make in-person checkin-in much easier!

Review I'm leaving…read morethis review as a mother because what happened during our visit yesterday really upset me--not only as a parent, but because of the way my son was treated by someone who is supposed to be there to help and look out for children. We were there from about 5:30-7:30 PM. Overall, the place was nice, and my kids were having a great time. They enjoyed the zip line and the handlebar swing. Unfortunately, those attractions were closed for most of the time we were there. After we ate and had cake, we noticed that the zip line and handlebar swing had opened, so naturally my kids wanted to participate. This is where our experience completely changed. I personally heard the young female employee tell my oldest son that he was too short to do the handlebar swing. My son is almost as tall as me, so I was confused and immediately questioned why he wasn't allowed to participate. What made the situation even more upsetting was that I then saw her allowing a girl who was noticeably smaller and shorter than my son to jump from the handlebar swing. As a mother, I couldn't understand how my son could be considered "too short" while a child who was clearly smaller than him was allowed to do it. My son was understandably hurt and embarrassed. Imagine being a child and being told you're too small to do something, only to watch another child who is even smaller than you being allowed to do the exact same thing. That is incredibly upsetting for a child. When I questioned what was going on, the employee laughed and said, "He's a liar, haha, he's a liar," while denying that she had told him he was too short. I was standing right there and had heard her say it myself. I eventually told my son to go ahead and swing, and she allowed him to do so. That made the whole situation even more confusing. If he truly wasn't tall enough or didn't meet the safety requirements, then he should not have been allowed to participate. If he was tall enough, then he should never have been singled out and told he was too short in the first place. As a mother, I am extremely protective of my children. I understand that employees have rules to follow, especially when it comes to children's safety. I have absolutely no problem with an employee telling my child "no" if there is a legitimate safety reason. What I do have a problem with is inconsistent treatment, embarrassing a child, and then laughing and calling him a liar when his parent heard exactly what was said. We were told that the employee would be spoken to, but no one would give us her name. She was a young blonde woman who was working around the zip line area at approximately 6:20-6:30 PM. I sincerely hope management takes this complaint seriously. Children should be able to enjoy themselves without being made to feel embarrassed, singled out, or called a liar by an employee. I hope this is addressed so another child and parent don't have to experience the same thing.
