After about 15 minutes, she came over to me, crying, shaking and looking petrified. Which is not the look you want your child to have when it's sky zone. And when my daughter has this look, I know something bad has happened.she told me that another mother had come up to her and threatened to kill her if she did not leave the woman's kids alone. My daughter had been jumping and playing with two little girls. So I am assuming that was the mom of those two little girls. My daughter was petrified and asking to leave because she didn't want the woman to hurt her or to hurt me and she was very worried that the woman was going to come over to us and hurt us. The woman was sitting about 10 feet from us staring us down and giving us sturdy looks. I went over to get the manager and explain to him what had happened. He told me he was going to check the cameras to see if that woman had approached my daughter. I then saw the managers, two men approach the woman and begin to talk to her. After about five minutes, they came over to me and told me what she said. They told me that she said that she did not tell my daughter that she would kill her or threaten her in anyway. Basically telling me that my daughter was lying. The manager proceeded to tell me that HE COULD NOT BELIEVE A CHILD OVER AN ADULT!! He questioned me and said, how could I believe your daughter, a child over an adult. The woman said that she did not threaten your daughter and so I believe her. These two managers were fine with my daughter staying there and jumping while this evil woman looked on and threatened my daughter. This is disgusting. Children should be protected not pushed to the side and told that they are lying because they are children. These men are a disgrace and are a horrible representation of sky zone.  Two men as managers in a child's play place who do not believe children, and only believe adults is a very dangerous and scary situation. Especially in this day and age. I am shocked and saddened that two adult male managers of this child's place did not believe my daughter and did not want to keep my daughter safe Instead he let the woman stay at sky zone with her kids and continue to give us dirty looks.  After speaking to the manager, I decided to cancel my membership and leave sky zone and never return. This facility should be a safe and safe place for kids and families. We should have not been threatened and when we were , the woman that threatened us should've been escorted out of the facility, but instead they allowed her to stay there because they once again believed an adult over a child who was threatened. This to me is despicable and disgusting and corporate really needs to check in on their managers and see what is actually going on because one thing they are not doing is protecting the children who are there to play and be safe space.  My daughter would not have been shaking and scared if something did not happen. And my daughter surely would not be begging me to leave and go home if something did not happen. And these two managers chose to protect a grown woman over a child. These men, not even sure if I should call them that, should not be working with children. And hopefully they don't have their own.

The only reason for 4 stars is because their bathrooms were dirty and not welcoming, and that was at opening time as I picked the first time slot of the day. Warnings: - Most of our group of 5 ended up with elbow, finger, and knee burns that hurt like a paper cut! While the mats you lay on are great, you can still accidentally touch skin to plastic/rubber going at a high speed down a slide! - Do not try to stop yourself or push yourself up at the end of slides while in motion or you could injure a shoulder. Just let your mat go until you completely stop naturally. The more you resist or go against the speed, the more likely you are to have an injury. - The steps up to the slides are tall, like one foot or more, much higher than regular steps. Some really small kids had to crawl up the steps. It's a workout! Each visitor must purchase a pair of their grippy socks that you can reuse on future visits. If you don't want to leave your shoes and belongings out in the open, you can buy a locker. I was able to fit 5 pairs of tennis shoes, a jacket, and my purse in one locker. This allowed us to walk all over the place without having to watch our stuff. Our group enjoyed the snack bar; we had bottled water, nachos, icees, dippin dots, bagged popcorn, and candy bars. Don't forget to tip! There is seating around all of the slides if you only want to watch your party and not participate. There are a few basketball courts for kids that want a break from the slides. The parking lot is huge, plenty of spots. Buy your tickets and sign your waivers in advance, and it will make in-person checkin-in much easier!

You do have to buy their special socks. It they provide the mats to slide down on. Me being "Big Ray" I was too big to slide down the slides, they have a weight limit of 275. Adults can go down with the kiddos, but again. You can't be 6'5" and 390. LOL There's a summer pass available for $79.99 and that allows thr kiddos to come in for 2 hours a day. What a great deal!! Often some are broken, it's just part of it at this point. I do wish the games gave more tickets per game because children often don't understand how to win. So you can blow through 50 tokens and easily only have 30-50 tickets from them unless you're helping your child if they're young. I like that the place isn't huge so there's less chance of feeling you will lose your child. The place could be more clean. Even during opening time often the floors look like they're not vacuumed and bathroom not very clean. The workers have all been kind. We've come twice now for birthday parties and my daughter enjoys it. I feel like the staff is mostly very indifferent, but they are also young. I will say, for the price, this is a great place for your kids' party. It's about $10-15/kids to do a party here, which is usually about double the cost most places.
