Came here to bowl and don't see myself coming back. The service was very slow because I was told they are understaffed. We had to flag our waitress down because she never came over to us. She apologized and accommodated us as best she could, but she was so overwhelmed. Our game got stuck about 20 minutes in and I talked to three different employees and no one ever came over to fix it. We hit the reset button several times and then finally hit the reset button for the lane next to ours and that seemed to do the trick, but we lost several minutes of game play. The drink our waitress suggested was really good. The rail in our bowling lane was up and we could not figure out how to let it down. Aside from the slow service, this place seems more geared to kids and family. The bowling graphics are cute and the neon lights are a nice touch but the bowling balls were not ideal if you want a more professional bowl. It's not the type of place I see myself going to, to hang with friends or a date night situation. There seemed to be a couple of employees that didn't have anything to do and was sitting around. I would suggest if those employees have downtime, they can come and help in other areas and maybe walk the bowling bays to make sure each party didn't need anything.

Don't let this stop you from going & having a great time here. This is a clean & friendly place, but this specific day was a little off. I would give 4 stars, but they really need to be more attentive of the bowling lanes & have a present manager on-site/available at all times! THIS is why a lower rating. Arrived just after 11 am on Sunday, 5-11 with my children. Mother's Day! We checked into lane 20 & had 1.5 hrs on the clock. The score machine never worked properly. The lane broke down on us 1/2 threw 1st game. We moved to lane 11... same thing. Nothing worked properly. Moved to lane 12... as the lane worked, the score machine still did not keep up properly & the pins never reset correctly- kept dropping them. I went to the ladies room... NO TP in my stall & only 1 towel dispenser had about 1/2 a roll. No soap either. I called a mgr to assist. The bartender came with 2 walkie talkies & said mgrs were not in site, but could hear me. I explained & off he went. We got time put back on the clock. I NEVER heard back from anyone & we had to keep going to people as issues came up. IF THERE WAS AN ATTENDANT AT THE ALLEYS WE COULD HAVE GRABBED HIM/HER FOR QUICK ASSISTANCE & DRINKS!! I had to lose my rotations & run time down bowling to get drinks for us. The A/C wasn't on & it was soooooo hot too. The folks we spoke to were very nice & helpful. Other staff stood at the party tables drinking/chatting. Was a fun time dispite all of this.

We celebrated a birthday here a few weeks ago. We didn't make reservations and the staff was able to quickly put together several tables for us. Overall we had a great time. The only issue was watching the bartender make my drink. No gloves were used, hands were not washed, she grabbed the cherries and wedge of orange with her hands. I had to ask her to remake it.

AMAZING !!! First experience for my grandsons birthday and truly extraordinary!! Had a little mix up with birthday party arrangements but management went above and beyond to ratify the situation so the birthday party was a success and I am truly grateful. Something for everyone of all ages here. Good, drinks, games only thing missing is a live DJ which I won't be surprise shows up in a few minutes. Will make this a regular stop for future visits ... hats of to management for a amazing place !! ________________ Will do Justin.... Believe it or not, 4 hours later and we are still here ... hats off to Jasmin !!!

Went on a Thursday with my 4 nephew sons and I probably wouldn't have made it with out our bartender Floyd! Pls ask for him if you go. Courteous, attentive, great drinks and helped the boys as well. Made auntie duty fun and seamless. Thank you Floyd from all of us!

The chicken strips were great. The service was great for food/drinks with my kiddo was just right. However, many of the games/equipment were malfunctioning and absolutely not working but they certainly took the swipe and funds from our card. We got the funds back at the points redemption register but we had to spend so much time to go report it and WAIT in line for limited workers who were often nowhere to be found wasting precious time. Plus it's hard for a special needs child to understand "why" at times making it almost miserable for this mama to have to deal with his frustration/meltdowns and sadness. Not to mention the family bathroom and the main women's bathroom stalls were so filthy and gross. The family one had human fluids both blood and possibly vomit, we exited as fast as we walked in. The main women's stalls had toilet paper all over the floor, most of the stalls were out of TP to actually utilize and the paper towel dispensers were all broke so they had rolls of paper towels which was not only inconvenient but IMO represented how the facility was ran/managed and attended too. I'm not one to frequent or return to places where it's not super cheap fun if they don't take care of their customers by making it a safe and clean, fun place with machines/games that function properly. Probably give it a try again sometime because he did enjoy all the basketball hoop games the best of anyplace we've been but I'll have to weigh in if another place can provide us the same with a cleaner environment.

Customer service is bad. Not enough information about ticket prices and special. And rude workers. We wouldn't go back this place again.

Good place for the games. My only complaint was that the food took forever to receive. I will definitely comeback though!

Awful customer service. Long line. You would think that as a newly opened establishment, that they would be over staffed, not understaffed.

Our servers (yes, SERVERSSSS .. we were spoiled) were knowledgeable, hilarious, and checked on us like we were VIPs. I'd remember their names if I wasn't too busy enjoying myself. We skipped appetizers because we're professionals. Chilean Seabass : I wanted the Diver Scallops, but they were out...womp womp. But the seabass stepped up like an understudy ready for Broadway. Sitting on spinach mash, full of flavor, melts in your mouth tender. Not dry, not bland, not anything except delicious. Microgreens? They can stay home. Delmonico Ribeye : This steak was JUICY. I don't even have a comparison....JUST JUICY. My husband would've inhaled it whole if sharing wasn't legally required in marriage. Crème Brûlé: Dessert has two settings: good or bad. This was good. Unfortunately sharing is illegal with desserts.. The GM even came by to check on us and told us to head to the other room for live music afterward. A perfect ending to a perfect night. Great energy, great staff, great everything. We loved it.

We were greeted with friendly host staff, roses given to all moms. They had a specialty menu but also their regular menu. We had the oysters Rockefeller for an appetizer but had missed out on the cerviche special due to its popularity. I had a filet , brussel sprouts , and a wonderful lobster bisque soup. All in our party we're pleased with their entree selections. There is ample dining space, a nice lounge and live music most days. They have an outdoor cigar area and cozy quaint near the fireplace. The stat was the chocolate mouse cheesecake dessert which was delicious. Our servers were excellent and even met the manager staff very hospitable. Definitely a wonderful experience and will be back.

The prices were so outrageously high I started wondering if I was accidentally buying shares in the restaurant instead of ordering a steak. Then, before I could even process the emotional damage, I noticed they had already slapped an automatic tip on the receipt. Bold move. Usually people wait until after they've earned it. I would give a better tip at Texas Roadhouse, a real American Dining. The steak arrived looking like it had lost a fight with the shrink ray from Honey, I Shrunk the Kids. I've seen bigger samples at Costco. It was somehow both tiny and salty as shit, which is an impressive achievement in all the wrong ways. The mac and cheese tasted like someone whispered the words "cheddar" and "seasoning" into the kitchen and called it a day. I've had more flavorful ice cubes. At one point I looked down at my plate and genuinely wondered if this was the kids' menu portion by mistake. As we departed this fine establishment, I felt as though the restaurant had not merely emptied my wallet, but reached into my very soul and repossessed my financial future. My pocket had a hole in it by the time I left, my stomach was disappointed, and my dad deserved an apology letter from the chef. If Shakespeare himself had dined here, Hamlet would've been five acts of him debating whether "to eat, or not to eat." Save your money, grill a steak at home, and season your mac and cheese with literally anything. It'll taste better, cost less, and you won't need a small business loan just to celebrate Father's Day.

Have a trio of birthdays and one of our friends recommended this spot. In the square of Sauwnee, easy to get too. Good parking. Started with drinks and ordered the garlic bread for the table. Ordered a spicy tequila drink that was blackened with charcoal. Very good drink. Ordered the chopped salad, lobster bisque, sweet potatos, Brussels sprouts and the delmonico ribeye to share. The salad was very good. Bisque was rich and had a good bit of lobster. Didn't like the sour cream in the soup due to too much acid in the soup. The steak was cooked to perfection. Sides were also very good. My only roque was the cut of meat was very fatty. After dinner went into the lounge for a night cap and to listen to the piano player. Steve Lee is excellent. A nit- the birthday cake they gave us was small. Thank goodness we didn't have much room for dessert All in all we will be back.

Now I understand why their dessert selections were mini indulgences instead of a full dessert entree. For this visit the table ordered crab and shrimp, stuffed mushrooms as well as their avocado toast for appetizers. Each appetizer was so very tasty but I was very impressed by the stuffed mushrooms. They were delicious. The other people in my party, ordered fish dishes, and I ordered the steak and lobster. We all throughly enjoyed our entrees. Everyone ordered one mini indulgence: oatmeal cookie cream, turtle cheesecake and the key lime pie. Those mini indulgences are so good I wish it was a full entree dessert. To their credit, the staff did apologize and replaced the meal, and also offered a Caesar salad. However, the salad itself was not good and didn't really make up for the situation. The replacement entrée was fine--it tasted good--but by that point the experience was already affected. For a place like this, you expect a higher level of quality control and attention to detail. While they did try to fix the issue, finding something like that in your food is hard to overlook. Overall, just not the experience I expected for the price. Only good thing was my server he was excellent, I wish I could have remembered his name.
