Worst service ever! Upon reading the reviews from previous customers, we should have taken their advice and gone somewhere else. Staff was inattentive and basically looked like they were miserable. They would completely avoid eye contact if at all possible. The manager was leading by example as he was on his cell phone and completely oblivious to the poor service his staff was providing. We literally couldn't even get anyone to help us pay our bill at the end of the night. We had a card on file and ended up just leaving knowing that they would charge us, which of course they did. I would never subject my family to another poor experience at this establishment in the future and would highly recommend reading the numerous negative reviews because they are completely accurate. read more

First time here, sat at the bar and the bartender, Erik, kept messing up our drink orders and definitely hated his job. Went to bowl and was not greeted by a server after 20 minutes. Tried to flag a worker down and assumed we were just waving to say hi. read more

This is the best looking bowling alley I've seen or been to. They made it to where you have a small VIP area all to yourself. We didn't feel too crammed next to other people while we played. We went in on a Wednesday evening (around 7) and left right before midnight. It wasn't too crowded, and there was no wait for bowling, laser tag wait wasn't long at all. We enjoyed putting up funny pictures for bowling, and getting to play about 2 matches. (You get an hour for play time) and if you purchase the summerpass, all you'll have to do is go to the front desk and add more time. We got in a total of 3 1/2 rounds. As for laser tag, we had a bit of an issue! Our 6 year old was a half inch short of 48 inches - you cannot play laser tag or the gravity ropes if you're not 48". We spoke with a manager, Tracie, and she said the little one looked good to her, but to keep her close by & was able to get us in for the night. She was very friendly and took our "complaint" very lightly and was super helpful. Got that settled in less than 5 minutes. Once we got in the doors though, it was pretty cool. We did have to wait for the lights on the vests to come on before we could strap on since they don't sort them out and hang them in the proper color sections. We were green team both times, and we enjoyed it. I wasn't the top but I did get most accurate lol. My wife achieved most accurate the second time around. Be aware though, kids are all over the place and when people on a team know each other, they stay together and they follow. We were circled by a group the entire second round. We didn't eat here, as we ate before we came so I can't include that...but they have a pretty decent menu. Drink menu looked nice as well. *unfortunately no organic beer* Overall, for $70, I feel it was pretty worth it. read more

I arrived in town and took my goddaughter on August 21st. We were both excited...until we arrived. First, there is a "hostess" that asks questions and preempts you about your experience, it is a lot of confusing information if you've never been before. I'm not sure what the purpose is since you still have to go to the main counter to find-out the same information and purchase tickets. The good part is that the gentleman at the counter was outstanding. I can't remember his name but he had a broken arm. We went with the all-inclusive package since, individually, the games are so expensive. There were no arcade games included so you have to pay extra for that. This is understandable, but you would think they could include a $5 card at the prices they are charging per person. My goddaughter's first experience with the gravity ropes was good although no one told us that we had to go to, yet, another counter to sign-up for a time to use the ropes. Even more confusing! Okay, so she had a good experience on the ropes. Next, we decided to bowl. This was fun and it was helpful that the technology allows for one player to use bumpers while the other player does not need to. Though this was fantastic, and adding a picture to the scoreboard is fun, the service was horrible. Since you have to "tab out" separately here, I had to wait while the workers tried to locate my waiter since they couldn't log-in to his account to cash me out. Finally, when we all saw him, he was over there flirting and snuggling up with a female coworker. All this took about 10 minutes to pay out $1. The worst part of our experience, though, was our final time to use the gravity ropes. Since we had to wait 45 minutes for our time we had chosen to bowl in the mean time. "Romeo" almost set us back due to his courting. We did manage to stand in line at the appropriate time. However, there were so many people in line that the workers were behind schedule. They even let the entire group begin the ropes while they still had not gotten to us. This was going to be my first experience with my goddaughter since she wanted me to join her. All in all, they got us up so late that we only had 5 minutes on the ropes. When I asked if we could get extra time, the worker said no. My goddaughter handled it like a mature little girl, for being 8, but I was deeply upset. I didn't complain because I chose to not ruin our day, but I'm posting here for all to read. Not a good value at all. I took 3 teens to hang out there and spent $60.00 on the unlimited wristbands. They got in line for laser tag and the next available game was in 45 minutes. They signed up for the gravity ropes and the next available time was in 1 and 1/2 hours. Same thing for bowling. We went early in the morning (10:30 am) and on a Wednesday. Big waste of money. They played one game of laser tag and the next available time to play was 2 hours later. They were not that even that crowded. I won't waste my money on this place again. For $60 they played one game of pool and one game of laser tag and had to wait around for over an hour to do that. NEVER AGAIN. Video game prices are ($1- $2.50) and kids have nothing to do while they are waiting except play the video games. These kids were ready to leave as soon as they finished they bowling game. read more

I love coming here! The price is good for all day unlimited bowling, gravity ropes, and laser tag. But it's got some cons also. The service is EXTREMELY slow and it's hard to get the servers attention probably because they're all over the place. They don't serve trechas for your drinks which probably doesn't matter to most people but it bothers me haha idk. Oh and it tends to get really hot in there so dress lightly, try not to bring a jacket. The food is great especially the pizza! It's expensive but SO GOOD. Try not to bring a purse either if you're gonna play laser tag or go on gravity ropes. Arcades are damn expensive also. Like a dollar a game which lasts less than 5 minutes. Don't get me wrong, I love the place, just those few things would be nice if they were improved. read more

When I went we had an OK time. The games are a bit over priced as well as the bowling. My little brother was so excited for the gravity ropes. There were 2 workers on there "assisting" the kids but they were not giving any direction as to what way to go. Kids seemed to be confused as to which direction to go. We paid $8 for the gravity ropes and my brother only got to enjoy half of the course. Kids would just pile up in a corner while the workers stood there not telling them where to go. By the time my brother was able to start heading to the other side of the gravity ropes, the worker said he had to go back already. We paid for him to go through the entire course not just half, which was really upsetting to both him and me.I have been to the Main Event in Houston and it was quite enjoyable. I just wish the Pharr one was the same. read more

. Was not happy with the immediate service once you walk in the door. the assumption fell on the customer that they had been there before and the workers treating you as if you were employed there. Too many of the activities coincided with one another and you were forced to decide which was more important to do during the time frame which you are allowed to participate for the price that you paid at the admission counter. the bartender was very courteous which seems to be appropriate then and they are making drinks as you would enjoy. I know the business has to compensate for everyone that walks in but people should be treated nice and enjoy everything they paid for and not feel guilty when they leave. I also did not like the fact that someone who paid for a birthday party was treated more special and then those that paid regular price. For instance we had to wait an extra hour while someone played on the gravity device just because it was their birthday knowing that we had only until 4 p.m. to partake in all of the activities. read more

Some workers in winners choice were just not positive looking making me feel uncomfortable. Too negative. No smiling. Today I went to check my points in my card and there was a group of workers just standing in a circle just talking away, no big deal. I was waiting to be attended and nobody came to help me, they just looked at me. One nice worker asked one other worker behind the table if he could attend to me. AND HE SHOOK HIS HEAD NO! Went there with my girlfriend for a bday party (sober) had 2 budlights paid for lazer tag and boiling to join the bday group we all played a game of bowling ut was a total of 8 ppl but they only allow 6 to play meaning we have 2 ppl just waiting til we finish we placed a bet, the losing team buys the nxt round so happens we lost. So we have to huy nxt round we place an order for another round which will equal 3 beers for everyone in the party its already 30 minutes waiting for nxt round were already upset the waitress comes to us and tell us that the previous waitress never placed the order so were like wtf (dont ever say that) thats not cool so she takes our order and nxt thing we know the manager xavier comes to us with two pharr pd officers behind him telling us that were to we had to much to drink (we were guessing to make up for the incompetence waitress) and that we have to leave its not our fault that ur waitress didnt put in the order the first time. A female friend of ours felt so embarrased that she started crying outside because the manager xavier had pharr pd follows us to return our shoes and til we left the premises. She never felt so embarrassed and treated like that worst experience ever hope noone has to go thru that again but tbh it was uncalled for maybe the manager xavier should go through customer service training instead of using pharr pd as a scapegoat to scare customers away that he doesnt want to deal with doesnt let you explain the situation and quickly to cut you off and run to the police. read more
