They are seriously overstaffed in the kitchen and bar area. Here we have 5 employees just chilling for like an hour. There's like this mild neglect all the staff have even at the concession area. Multiple employees just walk passed you and seem to assume I'm just standing around to kill time. I always wait about 10 minutes before some one seat my family. The food is really good though. read more

Place is a bit mess. Bad customer service. Workers are rude. Waiting time is long waited 40mins for some cheese sticks. Also the girl didn't give me my drink and when I went back to ask for my drink she accuse me of her already giving it to me when she didn't. read more

I took my team out tonight and we chose Main Event and boy were we not let down. From the moment we walked in we had a great night. We had bowling laser tag ropes all the options. Came here for my birthday over thanksgiving break and it was a spur of the moment decision. I am one of the 4 people that has NEVER been here I was raised on Dave and busters lol. Walked in, very nice ambience, decorated for Xmas. I wish they had a little more options for games to be honest but wasn't a big deal. Would def come back read more

The atmosphere is good . The games were good selection . Food price was a little bite high. However, the flavor was very good. In our party (16 people) we had pizza, hamburger, and pitas. The server was toooooooo young to work on the floor. He could not take criticism on what not to do while waiting on tables. The restroom was horrible. When I informed the staff, it was as if he was not interested of what I said to him. Over all , my wife and I more than likely would not be back.............. read more

Was quoted 15 minute wait for billiards, ended up waiting about 45 minutes. Drinks are watered down badly, had about 5 mojitos and walked out perfectly fine. Place is a weird mix of families and teenagers. Don't think we will go back, maybe on a weekday if its not crazy packed. read more

went as a group of 13+ people, bowled & played laser tag & ate pepperoni / cheese pizza & had so much fun! nice customization for bowling. only downside is the seating because you can't comfortably watch someone bowl due to the design & tables, but overall it's fun at Main Event :) read more

If I could give this place negative five stars, I would. I went today with my daughters for an afternoon of fun. Upon arriving we ordered a 16" cheese pizza which arrived looking very burned. When I made a comment about our pizza being burned, the woman who served it to us told me "that is just how they come" We picked out the extra crispy pieces but it was still the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. Also, one of the games wasn't working, but still managed to deduct credit from my daughters card with each swipe and trying to get someone to help with this was a joke. I think I'm generally a pretty easy going person, but I left here pretty PO'd today. I can safely say we will not be returning! read more

Not a fan of all the new changes. Areas blocked off, can only be seated in certain sections. Walked half way down the place to a hostess to be seated. If I am with my son I don't want to be by the bar or pool tables but that's a the only thing available... guessing it was shift change had employees sitting all around the only area we could sit. Just over all an odd experience. No wings no Chicken strips no pizza? You all should make that known before! read more

We came to celebrate a birthday for a coworker. Our entire group was over 21 years of age and none of us had children. We each placed different orders. I had the wings on a recommendation of our waitress. I asked her between the burger and the wings, what she would recommend and vouched for the wings. My co-worker in front of me went against the recommendations and she ordered the burger. I should have followed in her footsteps. The wings weren't terrible, by any means, but they were rather tasteless. The serving of fries was a smaller portion than I expected and they tasted ok. I know now, when I go back, that I won't be having the wings ever again. On the other hand, my co-worker said the burger was satisfactory to her taste, so that's what I will try next. Regarding the service, the location can be very loud. I expect for this business to be loud, as it is an entertainment place for all ages with arcades and bowling. However, it makes ordering a nuisance since the waiter often can't hear what your saying and asks to repeat your order a lot. If you're ok with that, then have something to eat while your young ones go and have fun. read more

I don't typically expose myself to places like Main Event Entertainment because I haven't yet spawned (but one day I might, WATCH OUT WORLD!), and as such, I try to avoid open space massive places populated by screaming children. But I have super awesome nephews and niece through marriage, and they love these kind of places. Plus it was the day after Christmas, so we agreed that coming here right at opening would probably be a nice treat for the kiddos and well might as well acquaint myself with my possible future. So we promptly arrived at opening (to beat any potential rush) and it was gloriously empty. We opted for the all access pass, which seemed like a great deal at the time . . . We managed to sneak in a game of laser tag amongst ourselves wherein I ended up the lowest scorer (woo hoo!), but the walking around in circles was probably beneficial for my old person's morning circulatory flow? We bowled next and shocker, I am a terrible bowler. Nonetheless, it was enjoyable and by that I mean, somewhat comedic. But everyone survived unscathed and it was nice that Main Event provided a little bowling ball slide for the barely walking niece to participate in the merriment. I should mention that the service wasn't terrible for us, as it seemed to have been for several other reviewers, but again, it wasn't very crowded at this point and we didn't submit any complicated orders or requests. Then came the gravity ropes. I was a slightly adventurous child, always coming home with bumps, bruises, and bleeding wounds, but climbing up to the top of the gravity ropes, I most certainly started feeling queasy and woozy. So yeah, I sheepishly climbed right back down, with my six year old nephew and my sister-in-law, because we have nothing to prove. All I can say is the arcade games are quite expensive. Of course I don't expect the $.25 and $.50 games of my childhood, but man, $3 for one game? I'm sure there's a huge disincentive for parents to stay here more than a couple of hours because a trip here could easily equate to spending a small fortune. We hopped on to the billiards next, which was of course mostly kids-free. I took this opportunity to order and consume a glass of wine, because anti-oxidants (white wine might indeed have anti-oxidants after all, I read it somewhere!). And by this time, being lunch time, Main Event had started swelling with noticeably more and more people, in that there were winding lines at the cashier line. We decided to mosey on out before things got too sticky and rowdy and overall, it wasn't completely terrible. Not that I would ever voluntarily come here again without my own hyper child to throw into the mix. read more

We didn't do everything that Main Event has to offer, but based off of what we did do, I'm gonna go ahead and rate this place 3 stars. So there are a lot of games which is cool, but some of them just suck and don't even give you tickets. Is it worth going through the hassle of telling the front desk? No not really unless it was lot of tickets you were stiffed on. Some of the games cost a lot of money for what you get. I went to the bar and ordered a drink. Yes it was just a beer, but the bartender offered me a "trechas" and salt rim and also extra limes which was nice. They have bowling, the climbing area above and laser tag and pool tables....but wish they had some bumper cars. That would've been cool. Can't speak for the food, but it looked alright. I might come back here one day if I ever want to bowl. read more

Wish we had this in New York! So much fun. We spoke to the hostess (Brittany?) as soon as we walked in and she was kind enough to explain how everything works. She then went the extra mile and even walked us up to sign in, and then even walked us to our lane! So cool. While bowling, one of us went back and got in line to buy access for unlimited video gaming. Then went and signed up for laser tag. All of the lines are separate -- buying tickets, getting bowling shoes, and signing up for lasertag/gravity ropes are three separate lines. They move pretty fast and sometimes are shorter than others, so we just kept an eye on the line while bowling until we saw the line was short. All in all this place is incredible, and they clearly try their best to provide good customer service. We'll be back! read more

Love it. The service was great and our waiter was friendly and always asked if we needed an item every couple minutes

I'm not a big fan of this main Event! Although some of the workers are really nice, I always have many problems here. I always end up leaving without money or points on my card. It's also really busy, all the time. One time I was there with a friend, we wanted to play air hockey. We swiped are card and it didn't work. So we swiped it a couple of more times and it still did work. We decided to go to a different game and we swiped it there and all are money was gone. I went to talk to the worker at the front desk area, and he said " I can't fix it, go find a manager". So I then went to find an manager, which I couldn't find one. My friend went up the the laser tag desk and told them what happened. They then put $10 back on the card and didn't even ask how much money we had on it. On the other hand laser tag is the worst, you have to play with other people. Which is fine when you want a big group! Laser tag is really expensive and most of the equipment is broken. read more

The absolute worst time ever! We came in for a quick lunch and ordered nachos (plain, everything on the side) and a steak cooked medium. What we actually got was a sloppy soggy nacho mess with jalapeños on them. (I guess jalapeños are exempt from being served on the side). The steak was dry, hard and impossible to cut. Our server was only there to greet us, take our order and then to bring the check. We Had no refills, no chance to order anything else, no options but to pay our check. We could not get out of there fast enough. read more

This is the worst place I have taken my child, restroom are very dirty, nobody goes and check them. The bowling lane table are not clean (cockroaches) and it takes an hour to reorder drinks. I spoke with one of the managers and she looks like she was drunk or in drugs. If I could give it a negative star I would. read more

Absolutely a horrible place for a birthday party! They took and threw away food we paid for and the manager promised to us that we can take it home but completely screwed us over and lied to us, everything felt completely rushed we got there at 610 and they said we only have 50 minutes left to eat before they throw it away, you don't ever hear about having to be timed on food you bought for and then it gets thrown away?! leave it out there for the people that show up late! THIS PLACE JUST CARES ABOUT YOUR MONEY IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!!! go somewhere else to throw a party! If you wanna go somewhere that rushes you on every event, has managers that lie and throws away food you bought for because you have a time limit on, then this is the place for you. read more

We had a blast at this place but there were some pros and cons to this all in one gaming place. Our group of 6 arrived around 6pm on Monday and it took us almost 2 hours just to get through the first initial line to receive wrist bands which totally sucked. We then had to place our names on a wait list for a bowling lane. After spending all that time in line we once again had to go to another counter and wait in line to be placed on the wait list for laser tag and the gravity ropes. By this time we were already tired of the lines so In the mean time we ate some food which was actually pretty good for a place like this. After an hour of waiting from the time we placed our names on the wait list for bowling, our buzzer thing finally went off. FINALLY!!!! Bowling was awesome!!!!!! We had a great time. The little kiosk to start the games had a cool little feature where you can take a selfie and place it up on the screen next to your score card. I also liked the fact that you could order anything on the menu from your bowling area. After our hour was up we went to laser tag. It was fun and it had a pretty large area to run and hide. Wait, NO RUNNING!!!!!!! Haha...... How do you play laser tag without running, really?? Anyways, it's two stories and we had a great time working up a sweat. Scores are given to you at the end to rate against your buddies. After laser tag we had to wait another HOUR for the gravity ropes. By far this was my favorite. Not sure about others but I challenged myself by not using my hands which made it much more fun. It felt like I was on American ninja warrior!!! Until I looked back and saw a little 6 year old kid telling me to hurry up. Overall it was a great time. I know it's new so they are probably working out all the kinks but the only downer was all the waiting and standing in line. If you plan on going here make sure you wear some comfy standing shoes. read more

Food was decently priced, the location easily accessible off the highway. The staff as sole of the other reviewers mentioned aren't the most proactive but I didn't run into anyone that was rude. The special online was a bit challenging to decipher but after some in depth reading we did confirm that each activity is $7 and with bowling the shoes are an additional cost. Overall I would come back without hesitation. read more

Pizza is great here but tried the Chicken primavera ... No bueno. Burnt chicken, dry noodles with NO flavor or sauce, vegetables were bland and cold. Ugh! Fries were good. Steak was kind of ok. Games are fun but way too expensive... averaging $1.00 - 2.00 each short game. Bowling is pricey as well, its best to take advantage when they have specials. read more

The place is cool. To start off they have a bowling alley but sometimes it is full. They also have laser tag which is sometimes almost full. To be honest this place gets really packed sometimes which practically means you have to wait about 3 hours to do something. Sometimes.. They also have these ropes where you can climb on and walk in the roof. They have pool tables and a full bar for all the adults to get drunk on beer drafts, which people say are really good.. The games are fun and come in variety. Just one problem, playing one game costs a fortune. Each game is about 1-3 dollars and since some of the sort of cheat you, you will spend about 10 minutes in games because of how much they cost. The place is loud with music and sometimes it is packed, but it is a nice place to come with your family and spend a few dollars on the everything combo! read more

I had a blast watching my son and my nephew have fun bowling. My issue was with the bar, I'm assuming the manager (he had a blue collar top shirt) was trying to help out at the bar but he kept ignoring me and decided he needed to attend to the lovely ladies next me. I don't blame him but customer service means not making it that obvious. This is a great place for family to hang out but unless one has a set of breasts you might have to wait for service. read more

Very clean and many staff were there to help when assistance was needed. Also staff was very friendly. Will be back!

Went to eat with my family it was about 10 of us. The service was horrible! The girl who brought us our food (not my server) was rude. And a mean look on her face the entire time. She gave us our food and no silverware. When I asked for some she hands me 10 rolls of utensils and gives them all to me instead of handing them out to the rest of my family members. My mother had asked our server at least 4 times for a new tea that she never brought out. So when were done eating my aunt asks for her check. The server brings everyone's checks but gives them all to my aunt and says "i don't know who had what". It's not like the restaurant was busy because there was only 2 other tables in the whole place. Not sure if the server was new. But I'm a server too and it's common sense to be polite and attentive to your tables. read more

I came here with two friends on a Saturday night, because two of us had never been here before and were curious. We looked around at their options and decided to bowl. Pricing is pretty standard, and it wasn't a big deal when split between us (but it is pricy if you compare it to other places in the area). Overall, we had a good time. I was surprised by the amount of children that were still roaming around at that time of night, but I guess it mostly caters to families. read more
