So I parked at one, walked over to the photo place, which was swarmed by drugged-out people and other types of solicitors. I tried opening the door. It was closed. There was a FedEx slip posted to the door saying sorry we missed you. I walked back to my car to find someone else hanging around. It immediately got in, locked the doors and left.
